I didn't have to explain much to her. She sent us pictures, played with our cats, fed them before she left, and cleaned the litter box when necessary. We were able to enjoy our trip without worry. Hannah did a wonderful job taking care of my cat! She followed all the instructions and I could tell Kitty warmed up to her very quickly by the photos & updates she provided.
