Leaving my dog for a week while I was on vacation was a little nerve-wracking, but Cody immediately put me at ease. From our first interaction, it was clear that he is very experienced with dogs and genuinely enjoys caring for them. I have a high-energy Border Collie/Aussie mix, and he handled him wonderfully. He got plenty of attention, exercise, and care, and I could tell he was comfortable and happy during his stay. “We were a little nervous using a sitter we didn’t know for the first time, but Kadi put us completely at ease. From the very beginning, she was warm, attentive, and clearly has a genuine love for dogs. Both of our pups instantly took to her, and throughout our time away, she sent regular updates, pictures, and lots of sweet moments that showed just how happy and comfortable they were. It truly felt like they were on their own little vacation! When we picked them up, they were giving her kisses goodbye, which says everything. We couldn’t be happier with the care and attention Kadi gave our dogs, and we will absolutely be booking with her again. Highly recommend!”

“I appreciate Mou and Yanling because they did a wonderful job caring for my Belly Belle! They regularly sent photos and videos of my furbaby. She returned home as happy as the day she arrived to them.”

“Monica is absolutely awesome! She is so kind and sent lots of funny updates when I was out of town to keep me in the loop. My dog was all smiles when I picked him up. “Yvette truly took wonderful care of our babies, Lou and Copper, while we were away on vacation for over a week. She sent many pictures, videos, and updates which really helped us feel at ease. “Danielle does such an incredible job taking care of our kitties, she has a great attention to detail, and our kitties love when she comes to visit them. Highly recommend!”

“If I could give 10 stars I would!!! I will absolutely ask Robyn to watch my babies again. She picked up my emergency job and was at my house in an hour at 9pm. And it was past her bedtime!!! My original pet sitter was a no call/no show and we were already out of town for a medical appointment. She did a FANTASTIC job with my cats. Normally I like to meet and talk with my pet sitters before having them come for the 1st time but this time she was able to do everything just as if I had been there and it was flawless. Actually one of the 1st times we’ve walked in our house and there’s not been anything wrong. I will without a doubt ask Robyn to come back again. But this time with significant amounts of notice … less than an hr she earns a place in my heart for stepping in when it could have been a serious situation I am just so grateful.”

“I completely trust Hannah with my cat! She’s an absolute gem to work with and I love the notes and photos she takes for me. I know she takes care of my pet the way I do!”

“Ciaran is an excellent pet sitter not just for dogs and cats but for your pocket pets and reptiles, as well! I was nervous about leaving my guinea pigs for the first time since one of them began taking a new medication, but I was comforted by the detailed Rover cards and photos that Ciaran provided. I highly recommend their services!”

“Ally was amazing! She took such great care of my two cats. 🐈 🐈⬛ She sent fantastic detailed updates and lots of photos on every visit. Ally really went above and beyond. I am super grateful I found her. I will definitely be rebooking with her in the future!”

“Melissa took great care of my cats! I was away a lot during the past month and the cats had separation anxiety, which caused a few litterbox accidents. Melissa was very patient, communicative, and professional. Definitely recommend!”

“Sam is amazing! This is my first time Rover and she made the process super easy. She sent so many photos and made sure to give an update at each visit. She took great care of our kitten, Winnie! I highly highly recommend her! We will definitely book her for the future! Thanks again Sam! I appreciate you so much.”

“This was our first time leaving our cat, Willow, alone by herself, and Erin made the experience stress free and reassuring. She took the time to get to know Willow, and ensured that she was comfortable and happy while we were away. Each day, we received detailed updates and adorable photos, which gave us peace of mind knowing our fur baby was in good hands. Erin went above and beyond, not just feeding and playing with Willow, but also taking care of little things like turning the tv back on for her. When we returned, Willow was content and playful, which is a testament to the attentive and loving care she received from Erin.”

“We had to extend our visit with a separate Rover caregiver who was unable to do the extra days. Therefore, we needed another person to come visit our kitty. The previous caregiver had Emily helping them out with their own pets, and got us in contact with Emily. They exchanged the keys and Emily was able to help us out with our care extension. She was very understanding and helpful working with us on short notice and with visitation adjustments. Highly recommend her to anyone!”

“Jackie was absolutely wonderful! I needed a last minute booking, and Jackie was more than open to helping out. Jackie’s daily notes were so detailed, and I really appreciated them. She’s clearly trusted by animals because even my one cat who normally hides came out for Jackie. Jackie also brought in my packages that came to the house while I was gone, which I super appreciated. I absolutely will book with Jackie again. I know the kitties loved her, and they were definitely taken care of.”

“Cara is AMAZING! My cat is normally skittish with new people, however, he fell in love immediately. I can always relax knowing my boy is in good, caring hands. Highly recommend!”

“Our cats had a wonderful experience with Renee while we were away for about a week. They warmed up to her surprisingly quickly and even played with her. She was attentive to each cat’s individual needs and quirks and clearly took the time to get to know all their personalities. I genuinely looked forward to her daily updates. Her notes were funny and spot-on, especially the little oddities and questionable choices our knuckleheads make, and the photos were a highlight. We came home to happy, relaxed cats who were clearly well cared for. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Renee again and highly recommend her.”

“Excellent communication and took great care of our two cats for drop in visits, we’ve booked Elizabeth twice meow and glad to have someone like her in the neighborhood for next time we travel!”

“Stephanie has always been amazing with my cats! She cleans the littler boxes, plays with them, gives treats, and sends photos. She shows up and is always very communicative. Highly recommend her!”

“Yvette took very good care of our little Lena, it was her first day them but she had so much fun and played very much with Draper. Definitely recommend her and coming back!”

About: I've owned dogs a majority of my life, both large and small breed. I've house trained and crate trained my own dogs so I have some experience with that, as well. I have 2 cats in the home but they tend to stay away from any new dogs, often hiding in their own room that the dogs are not allowed in. I work from home, which allows lots of one on one time with your pet. I'm able to flex my work schedule based on whatever is needed. I have a fenced in yard, which my own pup loves to run in. Lots of toys and playtime with plenty of comfy surfaces to nap on after.
“Maritza did a great job communicating with me for Marlon’s first visit. I am super grateful and glad to know he’s being watched by a thoughtful and caring family.”

“After some horror stories elsewhere, we’re overly cautious about who we leave Oslo with. Annoyingly cautious, honestly. Sara was so kind and accommodating, answering every question & fulfilling every request. She made us so comfortable with the choice to leave our pup in her care and sent pictures and videos throughout the day of Oslo having fun with his new friends. He came back a very happy & tired boy; we’ll definitely rebook.”

“Angela and her rescue pack are great! She’s so kind, comforting, and understanding with our shy anxious rescue girl. Her boys Ernie and Jerry are a nice bonus to help socialize Gretchen with other dogs. I also appreciate Angela’s open honest and frequent communication.”

About: My life revolves around dogs, pet care, and dog rescue work. I'm pet CPR and First Aid Certified, and I dedicate my time to continuous learning—from medical needs and different personalities to training topics like canine body language and communication signals. I am also a dedicated dog foster and the Foster Coordinator for a pug rescue, where I manage transportation, intake, and the coordination of finding perfect forever homes for pugs in need. Because of my rescue work, I have experience in managing different dog personalities and needs—and my own dogs are, too! I also regularly care for the pets of my friends and family, from quick check-ins to extended stays. I work a part-time schedule with hours that vary each week. I keep my calendar updated regularly, but please feel free to reach out to confirm specific openings for your furbabies. The Meet & Greet: To ensure everyone is comfortable, I require a Meet & Greet before boarding bookings. We typically start in my fenced backyard to give the dogs space. We first meet on opposite sides of the fence; once we see positive body language, we let the guest dog into the yard. I keep my dogs leashed during this process to give your pup plenty of space to sniff and explore at their own pace. Afterward, I’ll show you the indoor space where they will be staying. Supervision & Sleeping: Your dogs are always supervised while outside in my fenced yard; they are never left alone. While my two dogs happily go to "their rooms" (crates) at night, guest dogs can sleep wherever they are most comfortable. Whether that is in a bed, on the living room couch, in their own crate, or a private room, I want them to feel right at home. Updates & Communication: You can expect daily updates on your pet, including details of their day, how they are doing, and plenty of pictures and videos. You are always welcome to contact me for a status update, but I provide a daily report so you never have to wonder. Transportation: If you need help with transport, please reach out! I can offer pick-up or drop-off for an additional fee, and we can discuss details during our coordination. I work a part-time schedule during the summer with hours that vary throughout the week and weekends. This means I have different blocks of availability each day, but I keep my calendar updated regularly! Please feel free to reach out to me directly to confirm openings for your fur babies. While I have flexibility for check-ins and care, please note that I cannot book recurring daycare right now due to potential schedule changes later this year. On Saturdays and Sundays, I have limited availability depending on the week—messaging me in advance is the best way to coordinate! I have a fenced in yard, clean and organized home, and two dogs who absolutely love to play and I'm also able to crate your dog if needed. If I'm checking in on your furbaby, I am very respectful and considerate of your home and your pet's needs whether that's taking them potty, feeding them or having play time!
“Stephanie is so good to my Mac! I know he’d be so well cared for the second we met! He loves playing with Kobe and gets so much love with her! I will absolutely bring Mac to her again!”

“Erin was very attentive, caring, and professional. My pup loved her. I received regular updates and photos throughout the stay. Erin made sure my dog was comfortable and happy. Highly recommend her”

“Laura was so great with our 1 year old pup. She took her on adventures out and about, sent pics and videos, and was just so easy to work with. We'll definitely contact Laura again soon!”

“We are so excited we have found such a wonderful caregiver for our two dogs, One is an energetic mini Aussie and I have never seen her respond so well to anyone. She was cuddling with Whitney within a couple of hours and we got lots of photos of the pups playing and snuggling throughout the day. Whitney is a bona fide dog person whose house is not only gorgeous, but was designed with dogs in mind. The fenced in yard and dog park were amazing and our dogs got to play outside in a safe, clean environment. We have already booked her again for a longer visit in December and we are so happy to know our pups will be in the care of someone who not only knows dogs but genuinely cares for them and goes out of her way to make them at home and loved. A++++”

“One of the best rovers I’ve used!! Phoebe came home happy, sleepy and with an adorable new scarf Rachel knitted her! I’m a new dog mom and Rachel left me feeling so so comfortable. Absolutely recommend!”

“Alan was incredibly accommodating when I needed to book pretty last-minute for a holiday and set up a meet & greet with me right away. I knew my dog would be in amazing hands, and based on the photos I received and how exhausted my dog was at the end of the night, I'd say he had a really great time with Alan and the pups. I know it's always a little bit nerve-racking booking a sitter for the first time, but Alan is incredible and I highly recommend him!”

“Jess is absolutely my 1 and only go to for caring for my sweet baby. After such a terrible experience with my previous sitter .. jess has been a breath of fresh air. She takes amazing care of Nova! And Nova just loves her and all her friends she gets to see when she visits. Jess is patient and kind and really treats your pets as her own. Nova gets to run around and gets nap times throughout the day. Jess makes sure she addresses the needs of each dog individually and they each get the attention they need. I would 100% recommend her EVERY SINGLE TIME”

About: I've walked dogs in the metro Detroit area for around 5 years. I love active dogs, but I don't mind to slow the pace if your dog isn't as energetic. I'm available all day for walks and visits. For boarding and sitting, I am typically available if given a week of prior notice. I love to make sure your companion feels loved and cared for, even when you are away. Dogs love routine and I will adapt to yours! I have experience with all ages, from puppy to senior, and I can administer medications as well. I have plenty of experience with cats and other pets, including the very shy. I live pretty close to the 696 and 75 junction, so getting to and from my house is usually easy. Fortunately, I am currently available for walks, visits, and boarding full time as your schedule needs. I have my own dog and two cats that require my care daily. My yard is fully privacy fenced with a large deck. I have a few small gates I can set up in the house for introducing animals slowly or separating everyone for downtime and breaks. I have a few harnesses/collars, leashes, and a caution symbol to use on walks unless you prefer your current gear. I own a large crate for my 80lb lab that can be used as needed.
About: Hello! I’m an experienced pet sitter with several years working in a kennel environment and as a groomer. I also enjoy fostering/training dogs for local shelters! I have experience with behaviorally complex dogs as well as working and giant breeds. In addition to professional experience caring for dogs, I also have three personal dogs that I train, show, and trial with in sports! I work from home, so I have plenty of time to give your pets the attention they deserve! I’m generally not out of the house for more than an hour or two each day. I want your dogs to feel at home here! My three bedroom home has a fully fenced yard and is safe and comfortable for pets. Dogs who prefer to be the only pet are welcome to solo access to the back yard and one on one time in the house with me! Safety is always my first priority, so all dogs are crated for meal times and when unsupervised/over night. Please note that we have one adult cat in the house! While she is very dog savvy, I’m happy to ensure she is in a separate space if needed.

“Heather was amazing! She went above and beyond and it was our first time meeting her. She came over on short notice the day before to do a quick meet and greet and then walked our dog twice in one day, sent plenty of pictures, hung out with her...I couldn't be happier and will definitely checking her availability for needs in the future.”

“Renee is fantastic! She communicates clearly and always keeps us up to date throughout the week. Gibson has a great time when she stops by, and we love keeping up with the stories and pictures from Renee’s visits/walks!”

“Richard is absolutely wonderful. He bonded with our two girls immediately and they just adore him. One of our girls has some anxiety and can take a little time to adjust to new faces, but within the first minute of meeting Richard, she was at complete ease. He definitely has a special way with them.”

“Kat is our new FAV! She is such a kind person and huge animal lover. She took care of our pup for us last minute, and sent lots of pictures and messages. She also arrived early and stayed a few minutes late to let our dog cool down and relax after their walk. She made sure to ask us all the questions and took detailed notes during the meet & greet. I couldn’t recommend her enough, so amazing!!”

About: I’ve always grown up with multiple dogs at a time. My parents currently love a 5 year old German shepherd, an 8 year old English shepherd, and an 8 year old Staffordshire terrier. I myself now love a 2 year old Irish setter doodle that I have well trained with my boyfriend, and a 3 year old orange tabby kitten! I work in the medical sales industry, so no two days are the same. I usually don’t have a full day however, so if I’m scheduled with your pet, they have my full attention! I currently love a 2 year old male Irish doodle puppy and a 3 year old female orange tabby kitten. They are very friendly with each other and everyone who visits. We think it's important to have rules and structure so they are both trained and well behaved but thoroughly loved and cared for. l am comfortable with putting dogs in crates, letting them out, feeding, and administering medication if necessary; really whatever attending to their normal schedule.

Gabrielle's dog is very well mannered and great with other dogs. If you're looking for a fantastic and knowledgeable person to take care of your beloved pet, look no further. You'll have a hard time finding someone better than Gabrielle.”

“Abby did a great job caring for our dog over several days and nights. She was friendly, communicative and thoughtful, sending photos and updates. Our dog came home healthy, happy, and very tired out!”

“I was nervous because this was the first time I'd left Picasso with someone he didn't know. Ekow was extremely kind and sent updates of a happy dog daily, which made me feel much better. We've found a new sitter and I will definitely be reaching out anytime we need a sitter. Five stars!!”

“Once again he was amazing! Cobra was very happy and excited to see him again! He will definitely continue being my sitter! He treated him like a part of his on family! 🥰”

About: I am an animal lover with years of experience taking care of my own dogs and my friends’ many pets. I love to take long walks or sit and hang with animals if that’s what your pets need. I have had dogs in the house since I was a baby, most of which have been large high-energy dogs, so I can handle the big loud pups. My most recent pet was a high-needs senior dog, so I understand the anxiety that comes along with leaving your pet in the care of someone else. I am happy to take care of any special needs and send updates/pictures to ease your mind. I have a soft spot for seniors. In the summer I work from home on weekdays. I have some flexibility when it comes to being able to take longer breaks as long as I can get all my work time in. I have lots of flexibility during weeknights and weekends! My home: I have a great home for dogs, with lots of open space and a fenced back yard. Since I work from home, I would be able to keep an eye on your pets all day long. I have a partner who is home most weeknights and weekdays as well. We recently lost our senior dog and we would love to fill our house with wags and barks again. Clients home: I have lots of experience pet sitting at friends’ homes, so I can adapt to whatever you need at your home. I am very flexible so if you’re curious about how often I can come over or anything, please don’t hesitate to ask.
“This was my first time leaving my dog Hazel with someone for an extended period of time and Monica was amazing! She gave me daily updates and took excellent care of Hazel as if she was her own. I will definitely be using Monica again in the future.”
