9. Lady T.
About: Hello! My name is Lady T. I grew up on a farm in rural Tennessee, and now I'm here to stay in Michigan! I've managed all types of animals; I've had experience working with Dogtopia of Grand Rapids, Harbor Humane Society, and The Dog House in Holland Mi, as well as Fido and Stitch in Jenison, and Pet Supplies Plus. Currently I'm servicing the Holland/Zeeland area! My dream job is working at The Pack restaurant and indoor dog park in GR! I'm on the move around 6am-10am & 10pm-midnight! Let me know if you've got an early bird 🐦 or a night owl 🦉! I can provide novice level training to your dog! I am currently enrolled with the Animal Behavior College of California online and am half way through my program, however currently on hiatus. Ask me about my test scores! I can cut down on leash pulling and reactive barking in a day or two, and can even teach tricks in a few sessions. I use positive training techniques only, I will not use E-collars or barbed choke chains, I will make use of the EasyWalk harness if need be. Acceptable collars are either flat or martingale collars, otherwise I'd ask if your pet can be walked by the EasyWalk harness if pulling behavior or slipping their collar is a big issue for them. I have every size available! I bring my treat pouch and clicker along on every visit to help shape polite walking behavior for a better walking experience between an owner and their best friend. I have freeze dried beef and chicken liver as a reward but let me know if you've got dietary restrictions! I have quite durable toys in my trainers toolbox such as KONG toys, flavored Nylabones, and tough thick rope for chewing and redirecting puppy biting behavior. I can also administer medication, including injectables. I do currently have a domestic shorthair in my home, her name is Squid Aubergine. Let me know how I can help! I currently work part time so I've got plenty of time to spend on walks and drop ins! I'm available all day on Tuesday and Thursday for drop ins and walks, limited availability Mon- Wed- Fri, every other weekend! I care for an energetic 1 year old domestic shorthair at home right now. This includes cleaning up pet messes, scooping litter boxes, putting on cat TV on YouTube for her to watch, clipping nails, feeding and watering, light housekeeping. Unfortunately I cannot do sleep overs/daycare for dogs or cats at this time due to Squid being in our home. I'm available for daily exercise for dogs, and cats and for companionship on lonely weekends for drop ins! Let me know how I can help!

14. Cameron L.
About: My first job was to care for dogs at a kennel, I've been around dogs my whole life! Unfortunately my Great Dane, Chance, passed away 12/26/2023 and I miss him and being around dog energy terribly. I work M-F 8:15-3:40 but can do drop in visits anytime before or after work. I can do over night house sitting on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays My mentality is to be a companion for dogs just like they are for me. I want them to have all of their needs met, feel comfortable, and experience low levels of anxiety. I think it's important to let them expend energy through play and walks!
15. Sammie B.
“Thank you, Sammie, for rolling with the punches today!!”
16. Emily R.
“Emily is an amazing dog lover. It is truly noticeable that she loves dogs! She has two dogs that she loves to spoil and spends time volunteering at an animal shelter. She is always sending me pictures of the new dogs she meets every week. She is always there to help dog sit whenever needed and I know when she watches my dog, my dog will be in good hands.”
17. Sarah V.
“I have used Sarah several times to care for our two dogs that have diverse needs---one is thirteen and one is two. We chose Sarah to care for our beloved dogs in part because we have known her since she was a young child. In seeing her grow up I can attest to her moral character, giving spirit and loving heart. She has a profound love of animals, reflected in being a volunteer at the zoo--as well as in the ease she demonstrates in giving splendid, detail care to our dogs. We trust Sarah to be in our home when we are gone and look forward to the detailed notes she leaves behind as to what transpired in our absence. As a former mental health administrator, I hired hundreds of people. I can tell you from my experience, Sarah is a sure thing. You will feel much peace knowing that you pet is in the loving care of a sweet, mature, competent young woman. Congratulations. You just won the lottery of pet sitters.”
