About: Hi! I'm Sami, and I am THRILLED to meet your loved one. ME AS A SITTER: My number one priority while caring for your loved one is their comfort. I believe having patience and allowing your pet to make the first move is important when first establishing a routine or any sort of bond. Anything you or your loved one needs for our time together, I'm there for it all! I have always had a passion for animals and find it an absolute blessing to spend time with any and all. WHAT I CAN DO: I am comfortable with pets of all shapes, sizes, and energy levels. This includes pets that need medication, special dietary restrictions, or even pets that don't like to be too close but just need a little company- I'm just happy to meet your pet no matter what they need! MY PET BACKGROUND: I have experience housesitting with dogs/cats for up to a week. In this time, I maintained the house, watered plants, fed both cats and dogs, took care of trash and mail, etc. My family has had up to 8 dogs at once, ranging from puppy to senior. Now, we currently have 3 dogs and even a pet rabbit. I found a passion for training pets/encouraging good behavior, which led me to teach my pup tricks like roll over, bang bang, dance, etc., and we both loved every minute! We also took in a stray feral cat (was stuck in a car hood, long story), and for the past few months I have successfully worked hard to make a connection and bond with her! I do also help care for the cat in my home in Indiana. I have given pets medication many times, including wound care, vet visits, and special feeding instructions. I currently work part-time at a restaurant, with my shift typically starting at 3pm. My schedule does tend to shift around, but on days I do work, I am flexible with when I can watch your loved one and am willing to visit as much as possible before and after work. However, when I'm not working, I am more than happy to spend as much time with your pet as possible/wanted. While in your home, I will be around your pet 24/7, making sure they are safe and comfortable. I love playing with pets but can also enforce rules and regulations set up for your pet with ease. I can handle crating, leashing, feeding, picking up messes, and more. If housesitting, I am happy to assist in pickup and general house upkeep, including trash night, collecting mail, dusting, etc.

About: I've taken care of many dogs for friends and family members. Trained puppies for family as well as my own. Cared for older dogs who needed extensive care. Provided all types of care such as, walking, feeding, bathing, playing, and sitting. My schedule is very flexible so I have lots of availability. Morning drop offs and pick ups are great but can adjust as needed. Don't hesitate to reach out with questions. I have a spacious yard and only one small dog who gets along well with other dogs. My home does have space for a crate if needed.

About: I've been taking care of dogs for most of my life. Puppies to the end of life care. I also volunteer with Harbor Humane society. Pet care is my real day to day joy. Currently, this is a side job, but I would love to have regulars and make this a full time gig! I have training from Dog Gurus, in dog behavior. I have worked at dog kennels, and have training in dog handling of rescues. I want to show your dog to not be afraid and to enjoy our time together.

About: I'm a 39 year old direct care worker. I've grown up with dogs and cats all my life. I currently have a dog and cat. My experience in pet care is from taking care of my own and volunteering for friends and family. I was a kennel technician for a year at the Humane Society and have volunteered there over the years. I am working minimum part time right now. I am available during days and evenings, as I work 3rd shift, and will be available some nights and overnights also. About: My first job at 12 was dog walking/sitting but I have been a lifelong animal lover! I grew up with dogs and adopted my cat about 8 years ago. I have cared for both young and elderly dogs/cats as well as those with special needs and medical conditions. I am currently a stay at home mom with my five year old son. My availability is very open especially going into the summer months. Although I may not be able to do overnight stays at this time, I can do later evenings and earlier mornings. I do have a fenced in backyard that I can accommodate your pup with! I also have a dog in my home who is very friendly and would love play if you allow it. If not I will keep them separate. I can take your dog out to a local trail or walk them in your neighborhood. With cats I would be vigilant in keeping them away from open doors unless allowed. I know they love to explore small spaces and I take extra precautions to keep my girl safe! I love getting to know all the unique personalities of different cats, I love a good cuddle as well as some fun playtime. I have a special place in my heart for senior kitties.
