About: I have pet sit, walked, ran, leash trained, and mentally stimulated dogs of all breeds since a kid. Each dog needs all of these things in different ways and I am here to figure that out to insure your pup and you get the best from me. I used to be under the LLC Dogs On the Run Grand Rapids, but life (two children, moving to Holland etc) put that on hold. I am now so excited to start giving Hollands furry family members what they need! I would love to meet you and work with you and your dog to give them the energy and visit or stay that they need! I have ran and walked dogs no matter the weather. Visits and Stays will come with pictures, arrival and departure time, a map of where we walked/ran, and any notes of our adventure! I am always willing to find the best scenario and schedule! For those going on walks and runs, we will work with what you use and what works best for your dog. All dogs are different. Also, what you want from your dog is different as well. If they need some leash training we can do that as well. My car is dog friendly, so if ball at the park is what they need, or a swim, I am down for that as well! Variety is the spice of life! About: I have 11 animals, from rodents to dogs to cats to birds. I love taking care and loving of all of them. I’m saving up to go to collage for wildlife conservation so I want to be around animals as much as I can be. I will love and take care of your pet as my own. I’m free weekends and after 3:20 on week days. I’m a full time student and work at a restaurant Thursday- Saturday at 5pm. My schedule is pretty flexible on days I don’t work. When I’m looking after your pet, they are my focus. I love playing with animals and taking care of them. As well as cleaning up after them if they happen to make a mess. About: My first job at 12 was dog walking/sitting but I have been a lifelong animal lover! I grew up with dogs and adopted my cat about 8 years ago. I have cared for both young and elderly dogs/cats as well as those with special needs and medical conditions. I’m currently a stay at home mom with my school age kiddo. My availability is very open especially now during the school year. Let me help you out during this busy season with your fur babies! Although I may not be able to do overnight stays at this time, I can do later evenings and earlier mornings. I do have a fenced in backyard that I can accommodate your pup with! I also have a dog in my home who is very friendly and would love play if you allow it. If not I will keep them separate. I can take your dog out to a local trail or walk them in your neighborhood. With cats I would be vigilant in keeping them away from open doors unless allowed. I know they love to explore small spaces and I take extra precautions to keep my girl safe! I love getting to know all the unique personalities of different cats, I love a good cuddle as well as some fun playtime. I have a special place in my heart for senior kitties.

About: I've worked at a Veterinary Clinic for a year where I worked with pets all day! I have owned two dogs, one being a puppy! I’m currently working part-time at Clinic, so I am able to come check on your pet during my lunch break! I am also available to come to your house after work to care for your pet! I am unavailable to board or do doggy day care, but I am able to dog walk, house sit, and dog/cat sit! I love taking care of animals! Working at a clinic has been the best thing for me to know exactly what your pet wants and needs! When staying in your home I will make sure to know how he/she thrives! About: I have had cats and dogs since I was a kid and raised and trained multiple dog breeds, including German Shepard’s, Shelties, and Grey hounds. Animals have always taken a liking to me and I have had a passion for wanting to care for animals for as long as I can remember! I will love and care for your fur baby as if it was my own! I currently work a full time job out of the house but have some work from home flexibility. I am available for weekend and evening care and some weekly daytimes. I have a fully fenced in yard with lots of room to run and play! I like to be active, so your fur baby is always welcome to join for walks, hikes, and various adventures and even some pup cups if mom/dad approve! I know how tough it is to leave your pets, but I will give them love and care and send as many pictures as you’d like throughout their time with me. I am a grad student and I would be happy to add caring for your pet into my day or week. I have time to let your pet out about every 4-8 hours. About: I grew up with dogs as pets my whole life as well as babysat friends pets. I also have my own dog now as well who is a golden doodle I currently work full-time but from home and don’t have many meetings so my schedule is flexible! It's quiet with lots of nature. There's a fenced in yard with ease of access from the slider door. We plan to buy the property from family that we currently live with. There's two acres out back we plan to fence in for the pups who love to run. I do this full time so I'm very flexible and attentive towards every individual pup and allows for balanced play. Each dog that I take in is based off the dogs I will have in house at the time. So the capacity varies but typically stays around 3-6 pups on average. Dogs often learn bad behaviors from one another and make up their own rules during play. I take a different approach to this. I'm careful about which personalities I place together to bring out the best in every dog during play sessions and advocate for the ones who are more of a wallflower. *IMPORTANT IMFORMATION* I only take in puppies that are up to date on their first year of vaccines. This includes: Bordetella Distemper Rabies Negative fecal check (I do accept titer tests for +1 year old pups) 🐕‍🦺 TRAINING: Some of the behaviors I work on include: resource guarding, jumping, leash pulling, fear related sensory stimuli, hyperactivity, barking, proper dog play/interactions, chasing fast moving objects/high prey drive...etc. I'm more than willing to go over any more information on what I offer if interested. They are supervised throughout the day. If your pup is in my care, I treat them as they are my own. The care I offer is much more than just watching your fur baby. I pay close attention to behavior, eating habits, coat maintenance, anxiety, health etc. I typically feed in crates, so they can eat without being bothered. I let them rest for up to an hour, (especially large breeds) after each meal as a precautionary measure to avoid bloat. I send updates with pictures and videos when watching your pup, so you can see what they have been up to. I have plenty of crates of all sizes, so no need to bring any from home. If they aren't crate trained at night, that's not a problem. I do allow dogs to free roam at night as long as they aren't destructive and I can trust them on their own. I have vet grade cleaner on hand for toys, water dishes and disinfecting. I take health extremely serious, so I have a vast amount of first aid supplies, cones, pharmaciticals and ID on hand. If you have any other concerns or needs I'm more than happy to address those as well.
