About: I live in a quiet, safe neighborhood and enjoy a peaceful home environment. I work, stay active in my church, and love winding down with a good book or movie. I’m down-to-earth and will treat your dog like family. My daughter, who’s now abroad, used to dog sit and encouraged me to try it myself—knowing how much I love dogs, even though I’m not ready to have one full-time. I often helped her with dog sitting before she left, and truly enjoyed the companionship. It would be a blessing to care for your pet and offer you peace of mind. I’m flexible, reliable, and would have a great time making sure your dog feels safe and loved. I work hybrid, which means your pet will have plenty of attention, playtime, and supervision throughout the day. I love taking regular breaks to go on walks, give belly rubs, or just relax with a furry friend nearby. My flexible schedule allows me to accommodate feeding routines, bathroom breaks, and any special care your pet may need. I live in a quiet, pet-friendly apartment with plenty of space for your dog to relax comfortably. While I don’t have a backyard, I take regular walks in safe, green areas nearby and always supervise outdoor time. I follow your care instructions closely, including feeding, medications, and routines, and I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos. Whether in my home or yours, I provide calm, attentive care to help your pet feel secure and loved.

About: I am an animal lover to the core. I have had pets of all kinds through the years. I currently have two dogs and a bearded dragon. I have helped family and friends with occasional care for many years. I work from home and am able to be home with your pet most of the time when it is in our care. I take our dog on daily walks that your dog can join if they are needing to burn some extra energy. Pets will be cared for based on clients needs. If the dog is crate-trained I have a quiet spot for the dog to crate that it will be able to call it's own. Dogs that are not crate trained are welcome to sleep/stay where they feel comfortable. They will have access to all parts of the house. Though I do not have a fence, I have a long lead outside, and live on a quiet street.

About: (Updated 5/08/2026) Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover with 14+ years of experience caring for dogs of all ages. I’ve raised my own pup for the past 5 years, helped care for my childhood dog from puppy to senior, and frequently cared for family dogs along the way. I also have a kitten of my own so I'm gaining more experience with our feline friends! Starting Feb 9 I will be working another job 8-5 and will be unavailable to drop in during those times. I offer house sitting, dog walking, and drop-in visits—and no matter the service, your pet will get the same love and attention I give my own. I’m available for walks or visits, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. While I can’t host pets in my apartment, I’m more than happy to care for your pup in the comfort of their own home. I offer drop-ins, walks, and house sitting. I’m happy to feed, cuddle, walk, play, and give oral medications—whatever your dog needs to feel safe, happy, and loved. I can’t wait to love on your fur baby like they’re my own!

About: What sets me apart is that caring for dogs and cats has always been a part of my life—not just a job. I’ve grown up around pets and truly see them as family members, so I understand how important it is that they feel safe, loved, and comfortable. I’m patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoy spending quality time with animals. I also have hands-on experience from working at a dog kennel during high school, where I learned the importance of routine, cleanliness, and recognizing different pet personalities and needs. Whether it’s a playful puppy, a shy cat, or a senior pet who needs extra care and gentleness, I’m committed to making every pet’s time with me happy and stress-free. Pet care fits very well into my daily and weekly routine. I’m currently working at a doggie daycare, I mostly work in the afternoon. My schedule can be flexible but for the most part I have work from 12-6:30 in the afternoon. I enjoy structuring my days around feeding times, walks, play, and companionship so pets receive consistent attention. Ideally, I’m looking to do pet care part-time, which means I can be reliable, present, and attentive when pets need me rather than rushing through visits. I care for pets by closely following the owner’s instructions and routines to ensure consistency and comfort. Whether in my home or a client’s home, I make sure pets receive plenty of love, patience, and compassionate attention. I focus on meeting each pet’s individual needs—feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medication if needed, and quiet time—while making them feel safe and cared for. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always aim to create a calm, positive environment.

About: I have grown up with animals all of my life. With busy working parents, I was often the one doing most of the animal care. I grew up with 2 large German Shepherds and 2 cats, so I am familiar with handling large breeds and taking care of multiple animals at once. I am a huge animal lover and have always been a natural pet caregiver. The well-being of animals is my top priority. I am currently working full-time; however, I work from home once a week and can be flexible on which day that is. I am also completely available on the weekends. The beautiful Detroit River Walk is right by my apartment, where I would take lovely long walks with pets. Additionally, my favorite pastime is cuddling with furry friends on the couch!

About: I've owned dogs since I was a child and love walking and spending time with them. Dog parks or trail walks are just two options I love. I'm open Monday through Saturday, 9-5, and possibly on weekends, depending on my work schedule. Drive time is a consideration. Holland, Zeeland, Saugatuck is preferred. The dogs get better care than my husband! I love brushing, petting, and caring for dogs to build trust and a relationship. I consider your dog my dog.

About: Family and friends always ask my availability when they need a dog sitter before going anywhere else. They have also nicknamed me the dog-whisperer after dogs seem to welcome me very quickly. I've already gone on lots of walks/runs with another dog walking service, so I know how to love on your dog, properly fasten a leash, and understand how to console your dog if a vicious bicyclist happens to terrorize the neighborhood. I've yet to find a dog that I haven't enjoyed hanging out with, although Huskies have always been my favorite. I've been able to help train my family's dogs, some with more persistent, but still an overall success. A fun fact about me is I used to go out of my way to collect all the Beanie Baby dogs, and I still have that collection to this day.

About: I have two Cavalier King Charles Spaniel’s and am a huge animal lover! I spoil my boys rotten and would do the same to your fur babies. I love playing fetch with the pups and taking them on walks! I can also take care of your cat or check in on your home if needed. I have over 20 years of petcare experience and you would never have to worry when leaving your pet in my care. I would be happy to help make your time away more pleasant by knowing your beloved pet is being taken care of very well! Meet my pets Milo and Cooper which are my two dogs and my Persian cat is named Myka. Let me know if you have any questions and I will be happy to assist with your pets needs! I am currently a stay at home mom and my daughter goes to school so I have decided to take on taking care of animals while she is away! At this time I am only doing drop in visits at your home due to my dogs still being pups and my cat being 20 and starting to have dementia. She doesn’t handle new house guests well anymore.

About: I’ve cared for cats and dogs my entire life, with hands-on experience supporting pets through all life stages and needs. Whether your pet requires medication management, specialized diet adherence, mobility assistance, or extra patience due to age or disability, I approach each animal as an individual deserving attentive, compassionate care. I don’t just follow instructions, I notice subtle changes in behavior, anticipate needs, and communicate proactively with owners so you have complete peace of mind while you’re away. I am currently working part time as a painter, part time with Rover, and volunteering for Harbor Humane, but worry not. I can make my schedule completely open for any pet care needs. I will rarely be unavailable. I prioritize your pet’s routine and comfort above all. Whether that means leash walks through your neighborhood, supervised backyard play in their familiar space, or respecting crating schedules you’ve established, I adapt to what works for your pet, not what’s easiest for me. I ensure fresh water is always available, meals are served on time, and any special instructions (door security, alarm codes, plant watering) are followed exactly. Beyond the basics, I make time for real connection like belly rubs, play sessions, or just calm companionship for anxious pets. You’ll come home to a pet who felt cared for, not just looked after.
