Right from the get go they were extremely responsive and had the answers to all my questions. And so friendly! We did a quick meet and greet at their home and I instantly knew I’d be trusting my guy with them. Just really wonderful people and they clearly love the animals they take care of. And they sure took care of mine! I got lots of pictures and updates over the weekend, and Ding looked so happy in all of them. He really hit it off with their dog Sonic! The weekend flew by and after an easy pickup (they really made everything so easy!) Ding and I were back home. He totally crashed out after a fun weekend with his new friends. About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life. Our family has always had a dog and we couldn't imagine our life without them! I have also cared for our family, friends and neighbors dogs. About: I I've had dogs in my life since I was 6 years old. When I was nine we in moved to little farm. It been perfect place to have animals. I have loved taking care all kind of animals… from gold fish to dogs to chicken and goats. I learned something new from each one. About: I have owned dogs for over 15 years. I've been surrounded by animals my entire life. I grew up around large German Shepherds, a Doberman and too many cats to count. Today I have much smaller dogs. Mr. Miygai is around 19lbs and looks like a terrier mix but is part Chi and part Mini Poodle. Zoe is all stumpy tail Cattle dog mix and about 30lbs. Both love other dogs and get along great with them. Mr does prefer smaller dogs. Over the years I have owned 2 Dachshunds and a Sheltie Mix who was deaf. My Doxies lived to be 15 years old and one survived back surgery. I have experience taking care of young and old dogs. I am very comfortable with providing medication as well. I would love to take care of your dogs and treat them like they are my own. Currently taking a break from the corporate world. Have a lot of time to help others. About: My first job at 12 was dog walking/sitting but I have been a lifelong animal lover! I grew up with dogs and adopted my cat about 8 years ago. I have cared for both young and elderly dogs/cats as well as those with special needs and medical conditions. I am currently a stay at home mom with my five year old son. My availability is very open especially going into the summer months. Although I may not be able to do overnight stays at this time, I can do later evenings and earlier mornings. About: Hi! I'm Sami, and I am THRILLED to meet your loved one. ME AS A SITTER: My number one priority while caring for your loved one is their comfort. I believe having patience and allowing your pet to make the first move is important when first establishing a routine or any sort of bond. Anything you or your loved one needs for our time together, I'm there for it all! I have always had a passion for animals and find it an absolute blessing to spend time with any and all. WHAT I CAN DO: I am comfortable with pets of all shapes, sizes, and energy levels. This includes pets that need medication, special dietary restrictions, or even pets that don't like to be too close but just need a little company- I'm just happy to meet your pet no matter what they need! MY PET BACKGROUND: I have experience housesitting with dogs/cats for up to a week. In this time, I maintained the house, watered plants, fed both cats and dogs, took care of trash and mail, etc. My family has had up to 8 dogs at once, ranging from puppy to senior. Now, we currently have 3 dogs and even a pet rabbit. I found a passion for training pets/encouraging good behavior, which led me to teach my pup tricks like roll over, bang bang, dance, etc., and we both loved every minute! We also took in a stray feral cat (was stuck in a car hood, long story), and for the past few months I have successfully worked hard to make a connection and bond with her! I do also help care for the cat in my home in Indiana. I have given pets medication many times, including wound care, vet visits, and special feeding instructions. I currently work part-time at a restaurant, with my shift typically starting at 3pm. My schedule does tend to shift around, but on days I do work, I am flexible with when I can watch your loved one and am willing to visit as much as possible before and after work. However, when I'm not working, I am more than happy to spend as much time with your pet as possible/wanted. While in your home, I will be around your pet 24/7, making sure they are safe and comfortable. I love playing with pets but can also enforce rules and regulations set up for your pet with ease. I can handle crating, leashing, feeding, picking up messes, and more. If housesitting, I am happy to assist in pickup and general house upkeep, including trash night, collecting mail, dusting, etc.
About: I’ve been caring for dogs my whole life! Not only my own dogs, but friends and neighbors dogs as well. I love animals and they love me. I am flexible and can adapt to serve your pets needs. I have great attention to detail and care for pets in a timely manner, feeding and walking consistently according to their normal schedule to avoid disrupting their routine. I know how tough it is to leave your pets, but I will give them love and care and send as many pictures as you’d like throughout their time with me. About: I've had dogs and cats my whole life, family and friends call me when a answer to a question is needed. I'm the go to for fun and trust is needed when your mind needs to be on a vacation or work! I have a successful business than pretty much runs itself. About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life. Our family has always had a dog and we couldn't imagine our life without them! I have also cared for our family, friends and neighbors dogs. I am a stay at home mom which gives me plenty of time to care for dogs! We are home most weekends and are available for boarding. I am very comfortable and am willing to meet your fur baby before booking with me! I love going on adventures (hiking is my favorite hobby) so I would love to take your fur baby for walks or even just snuggle, whatever is needed!! We had a 16 year old pit mix who required medication everyday so I am very familiar with giving medications, I would also be able to help with basic training during my time if needed! I have experience with all kinds of pet care daily because I worked at a daycare and boarding facility. I have been around all sizes of dogs and all ages. I have been around more aggressive dogs and also the sweetest dogs. I also take care of my own dogs and when I’m done at work I like taking them for walks or snuggling on the couch! I have a very friendly,goofy, clumsy deaf dog who loves all dogs and people as well as a very friendly (submissive) quiet puppy! I also have a big crate for if your fur baby needs to be crated. I have enrichment puzzles for dogs and a big yard. I also am close to a dog park. Or walking trails for hikes!

About: I have pet sit, walked, ran, leash trained, and mentally stimulated dogs of all breeds since a kid. Each dog needs all of these things in different ways and I am here to figure that out to insure your pup and you get the best from me. I used to be under the LLC Dogs On the Run Grand Rapids, but life (two children, moving to Holland etc) put that on hold.
