“As a fellow Rover.com sitter I find myself extremely picky and selective when it comes to finding a sitter for my own cats. This was my first booking with Amanda and it will not be my last. We were out of town for 12 days and she came over 4 times during that period and gave me full reports, followed my wacky instructions to see if the cats will come out to get some interaction and went above and beyond multiple times. She is extremely thoughtful in any interaction she had while in our home and it feels great to finally have a designated sitter that I can trust to do the right thing so when I come home to my cats they are well taken care of. We take in any kind/breed and any size is accepted as well. I have lived with all kinds of animals my whole life and have always shared my home with dogs. We are a small family who is great with your furry baby. We take walks and play outside and are a very patient, loving family who would love the opportunity to watch over your furry friends and keep them loved and happy until your return. I try my best to be 100% reliable and take in last minute as I understand emergencies happen. You can message me at any hour I got you !!! 👍 We take daily walks when the weather is nice we go twice a day I let the dogs out in the backyard multiple times a day and we do feedings 2x a day We have a kennel that we use for introducing and there is someone always home We are also both cpr certified First Responders My kids are older and great with giving dogs space. Also, did I mention the backyard is fenced in.

About: Hi Everyone! I am a college student who absolutely loves all animals! I have two rescues of my own, and one family rescue! I have a deaf dog who I taught sign language to! And I have gone through Reactive behavior training as well as basic training for dogs! I worked at a dog boarding facility for a year and have fostered through harbor for a year! I have lots of experience with all sized dogs, all ages, and all behaviors! I am very comfortable and am willing to meet your fur baby before booking with me! I love going on adventures (hiking is my favorite hobby) so I would love to take your fur baby for walks or even just snuggle, whatever is needed!! We have a 14 year old pit mix who requires medication everyday so I am very familiar with giving medications, I would also be able to help with basic training during my time if needed! I have experience with all kinds of pet care daily because I worked at a daycare and boarding facility. I have been around all sizes of dogs and all ages. I have been around more aggressive dogs and also the sweetest dogs. I also take care of my own dogs and when I’m done at work I like taking them for walks or snuggling on the couch! I have a very friendly,goofy, clumsy deaf dog who loves all dogs and people as well as a very friendly (submissive) quiet puppy! I also have a big crate for if your fur baby needs to be crated. I have enrichment puzzles for dogs and a big yard. I also am close to a dog park. Or walking trails for hikes!
