About: My first job was to care for dogs at a kennel, I've been around dogs my whole life! Unfortunately my Great Dane, Chance, passed away 12/26/2023 and I miss him and being around dog energy terribly. I work M-F 8:15-3:40 but can do drop in visits anytime before or after work. I can do over night house sitting on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays My mentality is to be a companion for dogs just like they are for me. I want them to have all of their needs met, feel comfortable, and experience low levels of anxiety. I think it's important to let them expend energy through play and walks!

About: My two big, affectionate, quirky dogs I currently have at home have given me lots of dog experience: playing, walking, dog beach days, hikes, and just hanging out giving dogs the individualized quality time they deserve. I grew up since the age of 3 with dogs. I have experience with both walking and caring for dogs other than my own and with overnight dog sitting, nannying for families with dogs, and spending time with dogs we have watched at our house for other families. Dogs should get intentional and quality time, love, and play time, and I am a very patient, responsive, and dedicated person who would love to help out in giving this to your dog/s! I am a senior nursing student and I play soccer at Hope College. I want to be available to meet and care for the pups you care so deeply for in your busy times! I am available part time and extremely flexible. Willing to work with whatever you may need. Weekends, weekdays, mornings, daytime, evenings, I will coordinate with my schedule and yours as well, depends on the week but contact me to discuss availability. Most importantly I can honor owner's requests. I can take your dog on long or short walks in the neighborhood, at the dog park or dog beach, play outside in the yard, you name it.

“I have known Jaronsa for a little bit over a year. She is a kind and loving person. I have seen first hand how great she treats animals. She has checked on my dog Princess while I was on vacation for about a week. She walked her, fed her and kept her company. She is an old dog who is set in her ways but Princess just adores her.”

About: I have had dogs my whole life. I also started working as a dog walker/ “adopter” when I was 9 years old. A local dog store teamed with the harbor humane society to help get dogs adopted in saugatuck over the weekends. And I was the one to care for them and try to find them a home! We placed over 200 dogs and kept them until they found a home! I myself have a dog, 5 chickens and a cat. All of whom I love dearly! Unfortunately my dog doesn’t play well with others so I need to get my new pet fix outside of my home. I currently work full time so it would be difficult for me to tend to my own pets and others during the week days. But weekends are wide open! I wake up (my dog wakes me up) around 6 most days, feed and let everyone out and depending on the weather typically stay outside with them all day. Morning and evening feedings and potty breaks every hour or so is standard when I’m home and can’t be outside. I have a lot of experience with all sorts of animal behavior so I can easily handle it all! Whether it’s walking a dog that pulls or reacts to squirrels, I have no concerns. I also have personal experience with aggressive pets and pets that don’t stay in the yard. I know from personal experience the importance to follow directions provided by a pet owner.
