Michael was an excellent dog sitter for Fitz! He was great to communicate with throughout the weekend and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. Fitz had a wonderful time going on walks with Michael and his dogs, and even got to explore Michael's orchard. We also really appreciated his flexibility when our plans changed and we needed to pick Fitz up earlier than expected. We were visiting Douglas from Grand Rapids for the weekend, and it was such a relief knowing Fitz was happy, active, and well cared for. We highly recommend Michael and would gladly trust him with Fitz again!
Mike was so accommodating with my schedule which I appreciated. He also send pictures which I loved to get.
I do not have enough good things to say about Mike! We dropped off our 10 week old sheepadoodle puppy (Sunday) to him. We were very nervous to leave our little guy at first. Each day we were on vacation we picked up our puppy for beach time and hiking. Each day when we returned our puppy was so happy to see Mike, it warmed my heart to see that Sunday was over the moon excited to be back at Mike's house. His dogs are wonderful and they did a great job playing with and being gentle with Sunday, he really enjoyed Pepper and Chile! Sunday was always well fed and watered and came out happy and rested to see us in the mornings. Mike is a great human, truly, he was a delight to talk to and worked with us to meet when we needed to, in addition to sending lots of pics and videos of our pup having fun. I couldn't recommend anyone else!
I have two senior dogs that both did their business and enjoyed time with Mike while we were away. Mike letting them out gave me peace of mind knowing they were in good hands!
Micheal & his family were wonderful to Ripley! He was kept busy and given lots of love; Ripley’s Velcro personality was satisfied. Will be using Michael again - great care giver.
Michael is awesome! When we had the need for someone overnight Michael was our top choice and so glad he was available. Oreo just loves him as well as the chance to play with chilli and pepper!

Schedule
I am a retired teacher and spend most of my days at my orchard and tending to our dogs' needs. This work is very flexible which allows me to dedicate time to your pets.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a small house full of love. Our dog guests are invited to share our space but I always feed guest dogs in a separate bedroom and can use either bedroom for some quiet time as needed.
Pets
A typical day
Play fetch, go for group walks, take them to the orchard, play catch and lounge around after we're worn out from running and sniffing around the acres of fenced in dog friendly meadows and woods. At home we use Petsafe wireless electronic collars to keep our dogs on our property.
