About: Hi! I have 2 dogs of my own, a 8mo lab, and a 5yo Australian Terrier. I grew up with dogs, cats, bunnies, gerbils, etc. A house without a pet is far too quiet for me. I have experience with reactive dogs, training pets, and caring for individual needs. No need to worry about medications, temperament or your personal preferences, I would want my pets to be taken care of just like I do when I’m home- I will ensure they are loved & cared for to the fullest extent. I am a wedding photographer so I prefer not to take sessions on the days I am actively photographing a wedding! I have those blocked off :) I am gentle kind and patient. About: I'm a 39 year old direct care worker. I've grown up with dogs and cats all my life. I currently have a dog and cat. My experience in pet care is from taking care of my own and volunteering for friends and family. I was a kennel technician for a year at the Humane Society and have volunteered there over the years. I am working minimum part time right now. I am available during days and evenings, as I work 3rd shift, and will be available some nights and overnights also. About: I’ve had pets in my house for a majority of my life and have spent that time helping to care for them. I have also been watching others pets for about three years now, including both cats and dogs. Tasks included feeding on a schedule, taking for walks / outside to go potty, cleaning/scooping the litter box, and of course making sure they’re safe and not getting into any trouble while you’re gone. I have hands on experience in watching after and caring for a terminally ill dog for about six months. Those tasks included changing his dressing (he had an open wound that refused to heal), giving medications on a schedule, and giving enrichment that he could enjoy with limited energy. I also have hands on experience with reactive dogs, so please know that I will love your reactive pup just as much. I can do basic training, but my favorite part of the job is showering the animals with love and attention. This is my full time job! I have a few side gigs that I work on remotely and can do from just about anywhere so long as I have WiFi access to communicate with my colleagues! I’m used to many kinds of temperaments, from “you stay in your corner and I’ll stay in mine” to “I need to be as close to you as possible at all times” and will respect your dogs needs. I prefer setting up a time before the sitting starts where I can just get to know the pet(s) and get an idea of their normal schedule. This way they can meet me while everyone is home so they feel most comfortable, and I’m not a complete stranger once I begin sitting or come over to let them out for a potty break.

WHAT I CAN DO: I am comfortable with pets of all shapes, sizes, and energy levels. MY PET BACKGROUND: I have experience housesitting with dogs/cats for up to a week. In this time, I maintained the house, watered plants, fed both cats and dogs, took care of trash and mail, etc. My family has had up to 8 dogs at once, ranging from puppy to senior. Now, we currently have 3 dogs and even a pet rabbit. I found a passion for training pets/encouraging good behavior, which led me to teach my pup tricks like roll over, bang bang, dance, etc., and we both loved every minute! We also took in a stray feral cat (was stuck in a car hood, long story), and for the past few months I have successfully worked hard to make a connection and bond with her! I do also help care for the cat in my home in Indiana. I have given pets medication many times, including wound care, vet visits, and special feeding instructions. I currently work part-time at a restaurant, with my shift typically starting at 3pm. My schedule does tend to shift around, but on days I do work, I am flexible with when I can watch your loved one and am willing to visit as much as possible before and after work. However, when I'm not working, I am more than happy to spend as much time with your pet as possible/wanted. While in your home, I will be around your pet 24/7, making sure they are safe and comfortable. I love playing with pets but can also enforce rules and regulations set up for your pet with ease. I can handle crating, leashing, feeding, picking up messes, and more. If housesitting, I am happy to assist in pickup and general house upkeep, including trash night, collecting mail, dusting, etc.

About: I have pet sit, walked, ran, leash trained, and mentally stimulated dogs of all breeds since a kid. About: My first job at 12 was dog walking/sitting but I have been a lifelong animal lover! I grew up with dogs and adopted my cat about 8 years ago. I have cared for both young and elderly dogs/cats as well as those with special needs and medical conditions. I am currently a stay at home mom with my five year old son. My availability is very open especially going into the summer months. Although I may not be able to do overnight stays at this time, I can do later evenings and earlier mornings. I do have a fenced in backyard that I can accommodate your pup with! I also have a dog in my home who is very friendly and would love play if you allow it. If not I will keep them separate. I can take your dog out to a local trail or walk them in your neighborhood. With cats I would be vigilant in keeping them away from open doors unless allowed. I know they love to explore small spaces and I take extra precautions to keep my girl safe! I love getting to know all the unique personalities of different cats, I love a good cuddle as well as some fun playtime. I have a special place in my heart for senior kitties.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and lots of other animals, like lizards and birds, and I’ve always loved building bonds with them—it’s something that makes me feel really special 😌🐾 I work 12-hour shifts with a rotating schedule (3–4 days a week), and I’m hoping to keep busy on my days off. I always ask questions because owners know their pets best. I want to understand the dos and don’ts—some pets are allowed on furniture, others aren’t. I make sure to follow the same rules while caring for them so their environment stays consistent and comfortable with me.
