The weekend flew by and after an easy pickup (they really made everything so easy!) Ding and I were back home. He totally crashed out after a fun weekend with his new friends. About: I’ve always had a special place in my heart for dogs, and caring for them has been a big part of my life. I have two rescue dogs of my own and have spent several years fostering dogs through Harbor Humane Society. Fostering has given me valuable experience caring for dogs of different ages, breeds, personalities, and backgrounds, including those who need a little extra patience and understanding. I’ve also had the wonderful experience of helping deliver and raise a litter of purebred English Cream Golden Retriever puppies, giving me hands-on experience with newborn puppies and their early care and development. One of my own dogs is leash and barrier reactive, and I’ve worked extensively with her to better understand and manage her behavior. That experience has taught me the importance of reading a dog’s body language, recognizing triggers, and approaching each dog with patience and compassion. I understand that every dog is unique. Whether your dog is an energetic puppy, a shy rescue, a senior who enjoys a slower pace, or somewhere in between, I’ll care for them with the same attention and affection I give my own. I’m an accountant who works remotely from home. My flexible schedule allows me to fit in pet during the day, in the evenings and on weekends. I have a fenced in yard with vinyl privacy fencing. My 2 dogs are used to dog visitors of all kinds. They can also be crated separately.

“Jayme took exceptional care of my senior dog while we were gone for almost 2 weeks. She was easy to communicate with and we arranged a meet & greet after I initially booked, which went well. Her home and yard were perfect for my dog and she answered any questions I had. My dog has a few medications she had to take and this was not an issue at all. She and her family were so welcoming and loving to my dog, who has mobility issues and separation anxiety. She also sent me photos and updates throughout the time she was watching my dog, which was so welcomed. I never once felt like I was concerned or worried about how things were going while in her care. When I picked up my dog, she was very obviously comfortable in her home!
