This was our first time using Rover and Katherine was amazingly patient when answering all my questions about what we should expect. Unfortunately during the stay, one of our dogs had a difficult time adjusting, but Katherine did everything she could to ease her anxiety and make her comfortable. By the end of the weekend, there was quite a bit of improvement for Jessie. They sent pics of them and the dogs having fun which I thoroughly enjoyed.
We had a great experience with Antonio. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and we really appreciated the regular updates and photos. He kept our dog’s medication schedule on track without any issues, and it was clear our girl was well cared for. Our baby came home happy, relaxed, and clearly loved. Highly recommend!
