About: My first job at 12 was dog walking/sitting but I have been a lifelong animal lover! I grew up with dogs and adopted my cat about 8 years ago. I have cared for both young and elderly dogs/cats as well as those with special needs and medical conditions. I’m currently a stay at home mom with my school age kiddo. My availability is very open especially now during the school year. Let me help you out during this busy season with your fur babies! Although I may not be able to do overnight stays at this time, I can do later evenings and earlier mornings. I do have a fenced in backyard that I can accommodate your pup with! I also have a dog in my home who is very friendly and would love play if you allow it. If not I will keep them separate. I can take your dog out to a local trail or walk them in your neighborhood. With cats I would be vigilant in keeping them away from open doors unless allowed. I know they love to explore small spaces and I take extra precautions to keep my girl safe! I love getting to know all the unique personalities of different cats, I love a good cuddle as well as some fun playtime. I have a special place in my heart for senior kitties.

About: I've taken care of many dogs for friends and family members. Trained puppies for family as well as my own. Cared for older dogs who needed extensive care. Provided all types of care such as, walking, feeding, bathing, playing, and sitting. My schedule is very flexible so I have lots of availability. Morning drop offs and pick ups are great but can adjust as needed. Don't hesitate to reach out with questions. I have a spacious yard and only one small dog who gets along well with other dogs. My home does have space for a crate if needed.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and lots of other animals, like lizards and birds, and I’ve always loved building bonds with them—it’s something that makes me feel really special 😌🐾 I work 12-hour shifts with a rotating schedule (3–4 days a week), and I’m hoping to keep busy on my days off. Melissa did an amazing job housesitting for our two shepherds. She gave them walks, plenty of love, plenty of playtime, and she even offered to do some light housekeeping prior to the end of her stay. She was professional and was a great communicator throughout the five days. I will definitely have her sit for our dogs again. I had no concerns and thought that our dogs were in good hands.
Nancy was very thorough with communication (including photos and videos). It was great to know that our dog was comfortable and enjoying her time with Nancy while we were away! sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
