I know how important check ins are so you can be sure your fur baby is well & happy! I work from home most days so my schedule is flexible and allows me to be home with your fur baby! My home is comfortable and pet friendly and if they are sun seekers I have a great deck for them to lounge on. I have a fenced in back yard with room to roam and live in a safe cul-de-sac neighborhood perfect for dog walking! Couches are not off limits in my house 😊

About: I have pet sit, walked, ran, leash trained, and mentally stimulated dogs of all breeds since a kid. About: I am a mother of 6 children, plus 2 dogs (a silver lab and a pointer mix), 1 cat, 2 fish, and 2 guinea pigs. I have taken care of pets since I was young. When I was a kid we had dogs, cats, and even a raccoon and baby skunk throughout the years. I fostered cats and kittens through the humane society for many years. About: My first job at 12 was dog walking/sitting but I have been a lifelong animal lover! I grew up with dogs and adopted my cat about 8 years ago. I have cared for both young and elderly dogs/cats as well as those with special needs and medical conditions. I am currently a stay at home mom with my five year old son. My availability is very open especially going into the summer months. Although I may not be able to do overnight stays at this time, I can do later evenings and earlier mornings. I do have a fenced in backyard that I can accommodate your pup with! I also have a dog in my home who is very friendly and would love play if you allow it. If not I will keep them separate. I can take your dog out to a local trail or walk them in your neighborhood. With cats I would be vigilant in keeping them away from open doors unless allowed. However, when I'm not working, I am more than happy to spend as much time with your pet as possible/wanted. While in your home, I will be around your pet 24/7, making sure they are safe and comfortable. I love playing with pets but can also enforce rules and regulations set up for your pet with ease. About: I’ve had pets in my house for a majority of my life and have spent that time helping to care for them. I have also been watching others pets for about three years now, including both cats and dogs. Tasks included feeding on a schedule, taking for walks / outside to go potty, cleaning/scooping the litter box, and of course making sure they’re safe and not getting into any trouble while you’re gone. I have hands on experience in watching after and caring for a terminally ill dog for about six months. Those tasks included changing his dressing (he had an open wound that refused to heal), giving medications on a schedule, and giving enrichment that he could enjoy with limited energy. I also have hands on experience with reactive dogs, so please know that I will love your reactive pup just as much. I can do basic training, but my favorite part of the job is showering the animals with love and attention. This is my full time job! I have a few side gigs that I work on remotely and can do from just about anywhere so long as I have WiFi access to communicate with my colleagues! I’m used to many kinds of temperaments, from “you stay in your corner and I’ll stay in mine” to “I need to be as close to you as possible at all times” and will respect your dogs needs. I prefer setting up a time before the sitting starts where I can just get to know the pet(s) and get an idea of their normal schedule. This way they can meet me while everyone is home so they feel most comfortable, and I’m not a complete stranger once I begin sitting or come over to let them out for a potty break.

About: I have pet sit, walked, ran, leash trained, and mentally stimulated dogs of all breeds since a kid. Each dog needs all of these things in different ways and I am here to figure that out to insure your pup and you get the best from me. I used to be under the LLC Dogs On the Run Grand Rapids, but life (two children, moving to Holland etc) put that on hold. About: I am a mother of 6 children, plus 2 dogs (a silver lab and a pointer mix), 1 cat, 2 fish, and 2 guinea pigs. I have taken care of pets since I was young. When I was a kid we had dogs, cats, and even a raccoon and baby skunk throughout the years. I fostered cats and kittens through the humane society for many years. Once my own family grew and got busier I stopped doing that and adopted 2 cats of our own. Myself and my family will treat your dog(s) like our own! If your dog likes to sleep in a bed with their human, I have many willing participants who would love to do this for you! We have a fully fenced in backyard with a lot of dog toys (thanks to Barkbox!) and our kids love to take dogs for walks! I am home most of the time so I am able to provide lots of hands on care and attention. I am a registered nurse who works very part time, so I am usually home. I am 100% willing and capable of administering medications in any form, injectable included.
