Also David was very responsive in messages and sent us bunch of updates with pictures throughout the day during Pom Pom’s stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for Whitney! Sona was amazing from start to finish. She sent us adorable picture updates throughout the weekend, was incredibly communicative, and always replied promptly whenever we reached out. She was also very flexible when we ran late due to transportation issues, which we truly appreciated. Whitney loved her right away, and it’s clear he was well cared for. Sona walked him, fed him exactly as instructed, and there were zero issues at all. We feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful sitter in the city. She will definitely be our first choice whenever we’re in New York. Highly, highly recommend!
Jennifer was absolutely fantastic. Rocky loved her; she sent pictures and videos frequently (usually more than once a day). She was so flexible (I changed the pickup date twice) AND went picked up extra food from one of my neighbors. I travel often - we are looking forward to seeing her again!
Willie is amazing. He truly loves dogs and sends tons of pictures and updates. We left Oreo with him 3 times now and there was never a problem. I'm extremely happy with the communication and transparency level. Willie took great care of Oreo, including giving her her medicines. He's accommodating as well and had other dogs all sizes at the same time for a few days without trouble. Thank you Willie so so much!
Kayla and her partner are great! They took great care of Bento for over a week, and Bento came back healthy and happy. They even brushed him daily! Kayla was great with communication from the start, and sent pictures regularly to give us updates. We will definitely check her availability first the next time we board Bento!
A+ experience!! I've used many Rover sitters over the years and have, fortunately, only had good experiences, as I always look for sitters who have numerous glowing reviews. Even so, I've observed that there's a vast difference in dog skills/familiarity among sitters, as well as service levels in terms of frequency of updates, etc. Onur is easily one of the BEST sitters I've had on every dimension!!! My mini dachshund Einstein is terrible with new people and I prepared for the worst, but Onur and his wife made Einstein comfortable in their home almost instantaneously, which is almost unheard of! If you have an anxious dog, seriously look no further... this is your guy! He also sent tons of pictures and updates throughout the day, which is super important to me. I never had to wonder how Einstein was doing (as I have with others at times) because so many updates kept coming without any prompting. Amazing!
Caroline was amazing with my pup! She sent pictures and updates every day and was very communicative. She also treated my baby like royalty and got her pup cups and a new toy. I will definitely be asking Caroline to doggy sit again, and am sure my girl can’t wait until next time!
Lauren and her family took amazing care of our dog, Zoey while we went away! Zoey is a senior dog, and needs a bit of extra consideration to keep her comfortable and they did a fantastic job. Zoey came back happy and not stressed, and they shared cute pictures and updates along the way. It's clear her children are excellent helpers and clearly understand how to be soft and gentle with the dogs that they sit. I highly recommend them!
