About: I can play, walk, feed, give medication, and love your pet as much as you do. I have grown up in a house hold with dogs, I have my own dog, I have fostered puppies before, taken care of neighbors and friends pets while they were away, and also dog sat for my sisters dogs over weekends. I'm currently a graduate student at MUSC with a dog of my own so I understand how much time goes into having a pet and what needs to be done to ensure he/she is always happy. I walk a few miles everyday and would love to incorporate your pup into them! I allow dogs on furniture which means they can have constant cuddles to feel loved while being away from home. I can still give the same amount of exercise they'd receive from home as they would with me. I also have a dog so your dog would have a friend to play with 24/7!

About: I have experience working in animal rescue, fostering, basic training, and complex medical maintenance for both dogs and cats. I have fostered over 100 dogs in ten years and owned two heart dogs and three beloved cats, all who had complicated medical conditions that required daily management. Pets are family to me and deserve the best care and consideration. I am currently on sabbatical and looking to fill my days with happy time with pets though walks, play, and just quality time. I’m available every day 11 am to 6 pm. Two days notice is required for both dog walking or dog check-in requests. I have a fenced in back yard and crates, along with dog safe toys, doggy gates, and non slip mats throughout the house for better traction for older dogs.

About: I love caring for animals and I've taken care of many kinds of animals for as long as I can remember. I've had dogs with extra needs (emotional & physical) and senior dogs for many years and I'm happy to help with any needs your pup(s) may have. I love to make simple homemade plant-based treats from scratch and will be happy to share some with your babies too! (with your permission) If your pup has their own favorite treats, of course I'd be happy to share those as well. My dogs have always been my world and I know yours are just as special to you, so when they're in my care they'll be loved just like my own. My schedule is very flexible and I'm free most weekdays and weekends. We can go for strolls around my quiet neighborhood and play outside. Or we can hang out inside and play or just relax; whatever their hearts desire, I'll do my best to make it happen for them. I have a large fenced in back yard in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room to run and play. All dogs are fed separately to help ensure their safety (exceptions can be made for dogs from the same household who are accustomed to eating together, granted there are no other dogs around). I have plenty of space in the home to allow everyone their own space if needed. I'll be sending you updates and photos of your fur babies throughout their stay.

I will treat your pet like family while out on walks in the neighborhood or while caring for them in your home. My goal is to always make sure your pets are comfortable, relaxed, and having a great time when I'm interacting with them. I'm familiar with dogs from puppyhood to senior status, and am able to adjust my care to their needs. -Drop ins: I am respectful of my clients' homes and yards, leaving them just as clean and secure as they were when I arrived. I ensure I follow any reasonable care requests that help keep your pet in their routine. -Walks/outdoor time: Confident dog-walker who feels comfortable walking both small and larger dog breeds. I am cautious to make sure passersby do not approach, especially with other animals, unless it is permitted by the owner and the dog is comfortable. Keeps dogs on-leash unless in a fenced in backyard.
