About: As a high school teacher, I’m dependable, patient, and calm under pressure. I’ve personally owned three dogs over the past 25 years, so I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet. I do not currently have pets in my home, which allows me to give focused attention and care to the dogs I work with. I also love being outdoors and enjoy walks, routines, updates, and helping pets feel comfortable and cared for. As a teacher, I’m very organized and consistent with routines. During the summer, I have a flexible schedule with plenty of availability throughout the week for walks, drop-ins, and quality time with pets. “My family had a cruise planned and I was a nervous wreck thinking about leaving my dogs with someone I didn’t know and I definitely didn’t want to board them! When I first met Mackenzie she stayed and talked to me for an hour or more and by the time she left I was finally excited about the cruise and no longer anxious about leaving them! The day before we left Mackenzie came by and my dogs were so excited to see her, my rottie sat on her feet while she was talking to me! Mackenzie was great with my dogs and they loved her! She kept in contact with me while I was gone and let me know how they were doing! We will definitely use her in the future!!”
