About: Hello, I’m Haley. I’ve been taking care of my own pets as well as others for 9 years now. I love animals and taking care of animals in my free time. Whether it be playing in the yard or going on a walk to get out their energy, I will keep your dog busy. I also have experience with cats and rabbits. I have base access as well. I work from home so have a pretty open and flexible schedule and am able to leave during the day to attend to your animal. I have a 5 year old German Shepherd and a soon to be 2 year old Doberman/Husky of my own. I treat every animal just like my own and will attend to all their needs.
“Kelsey was so good with our cats. Lollipop is wary of strangers but I think she warmed up to Kelsey after the first day or so. I think our cats are more comfortable in our home when we travel and I felt like they were in good hands during our time away.”

“Ashley is awesome and a sweet person, too. This was my first time using Rover, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. My cats are very attached to me and not that comfortable with strangers. They were in great spirits when I got home and my apartment looked nice and clean. Thank you, Ashley. I’ll call you again. Hope you’re available!”

“100% I recommend BRANDON!!! I was in a bind, contacted him and he responded within 10 minutes. He was very communicative throughout the visit and was great with my energetic Weimaraner, Maggie. Thank you Brandon!”

About: I've have 20 years of dog/house sitting . During this time, I have encountered many different breeds and temperaments. I've never met a dog/cat that I didn't love. I'm retired and have full time to devote to pet and house sitting. It is my plan to take as many jobs as possible. I would love to turn this into a full time business. I like to follow the owners instructions to the letter. I think it's important to provide continuity, for the pet, from the owner to the sitter.
“We had Dorothy drop in to check on our aquariums, gecko, and pacman frog, She communicated before and during the stay which brought us great peace of mind! I would trust her to care for my home again, Thank you Dorothy!”
About: I’m always a go to, I’m flexible and do what’s needed for the family and the dog. I’m genuine and will help whenever you need. I have a dog myself so I take care of him everyday. He eats and goes out on time, and then he just relaxes ! I will make sure everything is put back in the right place, clean up after myself and the dogs. I treat it like it’s mine.
“Carolina was amazing! She took great care of our dogs while we were away and gave us complete peace of mind. It’s clear she genuinely cares, and our dogs were in great hands. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone and would love to book with her again in the future.”

“Samantha was great! She was very quick to communicate any questions, poetical problems, or issues while she was doing drop in visits for my senior cat. Sends photos everyday with vey descriptive notes on how the visit went. Could not have asked for a better sitter.”

About: I have always had a certain connection to animals which is why people always run to me when they have to leave for a trip. I don’t really do much besides be home and workout so taking care of animals fits right in and i love getting to know them. I make sure they are well fed, walked, and played with to obtain that happiness and playfulness , we love to see in every dog.
About: Update: I will not be available May 18-25, and Jun 2-14 I love dogs!! I've fostered many dogs and volunteered at many shelters. I've had seniors and even fostered one with spina bifida. My first two loves were English Bulldogs. I have lots of experience with them and know that smooshy face breeds are much more delicate than other breeds. I absolutly love them! I'm not good with extremely energtic dogs, but can handle anything else. I am semi-retired. I currently work part time on Friday and Sundays with an occasional third day, so I am home a lot. I have plenty of time to devote to your pooch. In my home, I care for your pet just as I care for mine. Of course, with your direction implemented also. I do have a pool, so I will need to know how your dog is around pools, or if they have zero experience with pools, I will need to know that as well.
About: I’ve had several pets growing up so I have years of experience playing and taking care of dogs and cats. I love going to the beach, park, or hiking so I can take the dogs with me on any adventures. I am currently working part time. I am available on most weekends to spend time taking care of the pets. I am pretty active so if the dog is high energy, I can take him/her out on a long walk/run. Currently, I live in an apartment with one dog. I can provide both at home or at clients home services as long as all house rules are given to me before hand.
“Hannah was such a great help! She took a very last minute booking and our pup loved seeing her. She was always on time for visits and sent photo updates throughout our trip. Will book again!”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 9 years old and have experience with dogs of different breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. I had a Labrador Retriever and Weimaraner mix who was absolutely precious. She passed away on April 3, 2026, which was very difficult, but caring for her taught me a lot about responsibility, patience, and the importance of providing dogs with love and attention. I currently have a Boxer, a Cocker Spaniel, and a Chihuahua, so I’m comfortable handling both large and small breeds. Through caring for my own dogs and helping family members and friends with theirs, I’ve gained experience with feeding schedules, walks, playtime, basic grooming, administering medications when needed, and making sure dogs feel safe and comfortable in their environment. I’m familiar with different energy levels and temperaments, from active, playful dogs who need plenty of exercise to older or more relaxed dogs who prefer a calmer routine. Family and friends know they can rely on me to provide dependable and attentive care for their pets. I always make sure every dog is happy, well-fed, exercised, and given plenty of love and attention while their owners are away. My goal is to treat every dog as if they were my own and ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for at all times. I currently work part time and attend college classes, so I understand the importance of being organized and responsible with my time. My classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and I typically work Friday evenings. My work schedule is posted about a week and a half in advance, which allows me to communicate my availability clearly and plan ahead for pet care. Outside of those commitments, I have a flexible schedule and spend most of my time at home. I am committed to providing reliable care, regular updates, and plenty of attention to every pet. Whether it’s feeding, walks, playtime, administering basic medications, or simply keeping a dog company, I make sure each pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owner is away. I have a securely fenced backyard where dogs can safely play, explore, and get plenty of exercise. I also have three friendly dogs who are well socialized and enjoy meeting new canine friends. I always supervise introductions and interactions to make sure every dog feels comfortable and safe. For dogs that are crate trained or need their own space, I have both a small crate and a large crate available. I understand that every dog has different needs and routines, and I do my best to accommodate them. Whether your dog loves to play, relax, or stick to a specific schedule, I’ll make sure they receive the care, attention, and comfort they deserve while you’re away.
About: I’ve grown up with dogs all throughout my life. I’ve owned a dog for about 9 and a half years now. I’ve also owned two cats but was slightly allergic, but I am more than willing to take care of them too. Animals have had such a huge impact on my life. I work full time right now but am free most evenings and weekends! I would love to help anyone out that needs help caring for their pet because I’ve been in that situation myself. I have a fenced in yard and I don’t crate my dog. I am willing to crate my client’s dog if needed, walk them, or bathe them too!
About: My name is Linda. I love animals. I am a member of the ASPCA. I have had at least 1 dog in my home and in my life since I was 8. I can't express how much they rely on us for everything. They are sweet, loving and intelligent animals of God. I also help rescue them from the streets, or in homes where they are not taken care of. I currently have two babies in my home. I will care for your pet as if it was my own. Pets are family. I enjoy making homemade doggy treats for my babies, taking them for rides, and they go on doggy playdates to get to know other pets, and stay social. My babies are 3 years, and 8 years. Dogs can be excellent companions, as well as, loving family members. I currently work a full-time job, but can make time to help those when I can M-F and Weekends. I love animals, and enjoy caring for them and helping their moms and dads if I can. I currently don't care for other animals in my home. I venture out to visit my clients where they live. I like to see where they live and their normal routine.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking.
