I have experience of more than 20 years walking with various dogs, potty training puppies, administering oral medicine as well as I have given vaccinations. I work from home and make my own schedule, so I'm available at any time for your pet needs. I offer walks, exercise and play, drop in visits, and boarding at my house. I have fully fenced 6 acres of well maintained land and will play and exercise with your dogs as much as they want. I will send you pictures and keep you updated, so that you don't have to worry about your dog well being. I currently work at home and my schedule is very flexible. I have a separate living quarters with heat and air conditioning so that I can separate your dogs from other animals if needed.
About: I spent over two years managing a dog training facility, so I really understand how to make pups feel comfortable, confident, and cared for. Iâm also Dog CPR certified, so safety is always a top priority. What really makes my boarding special is that your dog isnât just a guest â they become part of a warm, nurturing family. From playtime and cuddles to cozy naps, your pup will feel right at home while youâre away. Pet care is a big part of my everyday life! I work outside the house for only about two hours a day, so Iâm home the majority of the time to give your pup plenty of love, attention, and playtime. Iâm available all weekdays and stay flexible with drop-offs and pick-ups to make things easy for you. Whether itâs morning walks, cuddle breaks, or evening playtime, I make sure every dog feels cared for and part of the family all day long. When your dog stays with me, they become part of my family! I have a big fenced-in yard thatâs perfect for playtime and zoomies, plus another friendly dog who loves making new friends. Our two little ones adore helping with gentle pets and belly rubs â itâs truly a home full of love. Everyoneâs safety always comes first, so if a pup prefers quiet time or needs their own space, I make sure they have a comfy, peaceful spot to relax. Your dog will feel right at home with plenty of love, care, and family fun every day.
About: I have had dogs in my life since I was fifteen. I had two rescue dogs in high school until they became senoirs. I have assisted in a birth and raised a litter of puppies. I had a service dog for many years and two service dogs in my current household all of which I trained myself. I also have a Diploma as a Canine Specialist. I am currently a stay at home mom with open availability to care for your pets needs. We take time everyday for exercise, play, and sun bathing. Your fur babyâs schedule is my schedule. I have a big house and a big yard. Your fur baby will have his/her own safe space in the house to use as they feel the need. I also have education in animal behavior, and nutrition.
âThis was our first time using Rover and Leigh was an awesome puppy sitter! We will definitely be using her again, it's nice to know our dog is well taken care of if we need to go out of town.â

âWe left two our two Australian Shepherd mixes with Paola for the day while attending a family reunion from out of town and were happy with their care. The dogs were comfortable with her and enjoyed relaxing in her comfy air conditioned home on a hot day. She sent photos and sent them home with cute report pages about their adventures.â

About: Weâve always had dogs and cats in our home but we are a military family so we move around often and we are not ready to bring one in permanently so I thought helping others with theirs would be perfect. I know I needed help with mine so Iâm happy to repay the favor to others now. I have 3 kids who are used to animals (especially bigger dogs), private yard, no other animals in the home. Iâm home all day and would love a buddy or two to join us from time to time! I only ask that dogs are kid friendly! We donât mind animals on furniture but will adhere to any at home rules you may set (if you donât allow them to do certain things at home, I wonât deter any training and let them do it here and vice versa!). Crate trained dogs are preferred but definitely not required! Just know a lot of dogs may do better in a new setting by having their own spaces to retreat to! Iâm a stay at home mom, other than school drop off/pick up & errands, Iâm home to care for pets in my home or visit a pet in their home We treat all pets like they're part of the family. When it comes to caring for pets, I'm all about creating a cozy, safe, fun environment for them. From belly rubs to fetch sessions, I'd make sure they feel right at home. We live on a private road with plenty of space to run around. Whether it's a scratch behind the ears or a tasty treat, I'd give them all the love and attention they deserve. And you can bet I'd be sending you cute photos and updates to let you know they're in good hands!
âLuna was very happy to stay with Kika on her first visit! Kika was easy to coordinate/communicate with, has a nice big yard and house, and is trustworthy and kind. I felt comfortable that Luna had everything she needed while with Kika and appreciated receiving updates. We will be going back. recommended!â
âLuiza took amazing care of my pup. She clearly made Zoeyâs care and well being a priority . I felt very confident and safe leaving Zoey with her and will certainly contact her again if we are in the area .â

âDaisy was amazing! I booked her last minute and she was kind enough to squeeze Snoopy in for the day. She kept me updated throughout, which I really appreciated. Snoopy came home happy, worn out, and ready for a nap, so I know he had a great time! Iâll definitely be rebooking with her.â

âBrennen provided a great sitting experience for our puppy. She answered all my questions as we are new to rover. She gave us updates all day long and gave our pup all the love.â

About: Growing up on an animal farm introduced me to pet care early on. Continual dog ownership and constantly seeking improvement has helped me with my care for pets. Being prior service within my job scope I was directly affiliated with working dogs, service dogs, and basic training for both! Iâve always been the one to be called on in regards to family and friend. A hamster, a fish, a turtle thereâs a friend for everyone here! There is no dog too big or too small. I am extremely grateful for the time you took to look at my profile and I want you to understand that your pet would be in caring, tender hands. Iâm a stay at home dad and my wife owns a private personal training business. Iâm always home, and when Iâm not my wife is. We tend to our 2 dogs, 3 fish and multiple varieties of plants. We have a neatly cut tree line surrounding our 2.5 Acre property. The dogs are allowed to roam freely. The fish are not allowed to roam freely. We have a variety of dog toys outside, multiple sources of fresh water outside and inside. When the dogs are outside they are administered. When we welcome your pet here you can expect top notch treatment! I preform frequent grooming on my own dogs so Iâm always happy to brush or bathe any other pet! I can maintain anything from a human baby, all the way to a spooky horse! (Huge difference there right?) A nicely maintained property thatâs ambiance is accentuated with nature! Clean, fresh cool well water in the water sources every day. Inside is extremely welcoming for pets also! Pets are allowed to roam the house freely, where youâll find water sources and plenty of dog toys. Our whole family thrives off of positive reinforcement, so we are always trying to progress our pets knowledge while having fun in the process!
âFirst time dog parent. First time Rover app user. So glad Monty & I connected with Raquel. From first point of contact, meet and greet, day one and day two of doggy care was absolutely amazing. Raquel is a genuine, authentic, dog care provider. Communication â . Care Expectations Met â . Very Responsiveâ . Professionalâ . Personableâ . Sheâs passionate about caring for dogs and it is shown through her attentiveness to the well-being of dogs while under her care. Raquelâs sitter etiquette is superb. To see her love on Monty at drop-off and pick up gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was being left in good hands. To make things even better she shared updates via pics and videos throughout the day on each doggy daycare visit. Hands down, weâll be re-booking Raquel. #RaquelROCKS âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸â

About: I am a lifelong animal lover with a strong background in behavior science. I have professional experience working in applied behavior analysis and I am currently completing my degree in psychology, where I focus on how behavior is shaped through the environment and reinforcement. Dogs have always been a central part of my life. I currently live with three dogs, including high-drive working breeds, so I understand the importance of exercise, structure, and mental engagement. Because of my background in behavior science, I focus on positive reinforcement, clear communication, and creating calm, safe environments for dogs. Whether your dog needs a reliable walk, companionship while you are away, or someone who understands behavior and energy levels, my goal is to make sure they feel safe, engaged, and well cared for. I am especially comfortable with active breeds and dogs that need extra structure or mental stimulation. Services offered may include walks, drop-in visits, and companionship depending on your dogâs needs. My schedule is flexible, which allows me to provide reliable care for pets throughout the day. I am available for morning, afternoon, and evening visits depending on your dogâs needs. Because I manage my own schedule, I can often accommodate last-minute walks or drop-in visits as well. I provide a safe and structured environment for all pets in my care. My home has secure housing and a safely fenced yard where dogs can exercise and explore under supervision. I am attentive to each dogâs comfort level and carefully monitor interactions to ensure everyone remains calm and safe. I also maintain clean conditions by regularly disinfecting surfaces, water bowls, and common areas to help protect the health of the animals in my care.
âIsabella and her family are so nice and pleasant. They send pictures and keep me updated with Jettâs activities during the day. He gets excited when I mention her name which is a good sign.â

âExactly what we expected from their bio on Rover. Courteous, professional and punctual. We look forward to them taking care of our boys for a long time. Thank you Janece and Matthew.â

About: Update: I will not be available May 18-25, and Jun 2-14 I love dogs!! I've fostered many dogs and volunteered at many shelters. I've had seniors and even fostered one with spina bifida. My first two loves were English Bulldogs. I have lots of experience with them and know that smooshy face breeds are much more delicate than other breeds. I absolutly love them! I'm not good with extremely energtic dogs, but can handle anything else. I am semi-retired. I currently work part time on Friday and Sundays with an occasional third day, so I am home a lot. I have plenty of time to devote to your pooch. In my home, I care for your pet just as I care for mine. Of course, with your direction implemented also. I do have a pool, so I will need to know how your dog is around pools, or if they have zero experience with pools, I will need to know that as well.

FAQs for Doggy Day Care - Camden
Frequently asked questions about Rover
As of July 2026, there are 169 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Camden. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your petâwhether thatâs early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Camden commute.
If your schedule changes, itâs best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.
Think of doggy day care as your dogâs fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0â7 kilograms and/or 7â18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pupâs socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dogâs pack, check the sitterâs profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dogâs vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitterâs care.
Many sitters in SC ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, youâre adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justiceâs National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Roverâs commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 169 sitters in Camden, 77% respond to messages in under an hour.
You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
