“We are honored to say we were Jen’s first customers since she joined Rover. We were going to be out of town last weekend and felt like, basically, the only choice we had was to leave our pup at a kennel. We really didn’t want him to be confined to that small space with attention only given to him during feeding and potty breaks. A family member and a neighbor recommended we check out Rover. About: Update: I will not be available May 18-25, and Jun 2-14 I love dogs!! I've fostered many dogs and volunteered at many shelters. I've had seniors and even fostered one with spina bifida. My first two loves were English Bulldogs. I have lots of experience with them and know that smooshy face breeds are much more delicate than other breeds. I absolutly love them! I'm not good with extremely energtic dogs, but can handle anything else. I am semi-retired. I currently work part time on Friday and Sundays with an occasional third day, so I am home a lot. I do have a pool, so I will need to know how your dog is around pools, or if they have zero experience with pools, I will need to know that as well.

I’m mostly available throughout the week aside from occasional shifts starting after 4 pm. I live on a small hobby farm, so I have a large fenced property as well as a smaller, more private fenced area. I have friendly dogs of my own. I can easily crate your dog if wanted, bathe and trim nails, and take them for walks or any other requested activities!

They are cleaned every use with kennelsol because animal safety is very important. I will ask what the of dog food you prefer for your pet this way they can stay on any diet they are on. I won’t need any animal bowls unless you wish to bring them for the animal. I will go and get them personal use bowls for their stay and future stays if willing to use services again.

Thank you for entrusting us with your beloved family member! We are both excited and honored to be able to give your sweet one's a mini vacation of their own while you're away. My husband and I are self employed and spend most of our time at home. While you're loved one is in our care, they will be our main focus and have all of our attention. We have a ton of space to be able to take great walks. Unfortunately it's not fenced so your pup will need to be leashed unless trained to not need one and personally told to not use one. We do our best to acclimate ourselves to each furbaby's personality. Some are super active so we make sure they get tons of playtime. If they are snugglers, they get lots of snuggles. If they like to just relax, then that's what we'll do. We just want any that are in our care to feel right at home.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was pretty young, working on Rover when it first came out. I worked at a dog daycare in Indianapolis for 5 years that I was a general manager at for 3 years of that time. I have a 6 year old mini Australian shepherd that I have experience with managing dog reactivity. I currently am in between jobs and have plenty of open availability. I structure my day around your pets’ needs and then prioritize admin work tasks once I have a schedule to work with. My own dog is selectively dog reactive so I am very aware of my surroundings and his triggers at any given time when outside of our home. I can and have always provided multiple daily updates, pictures, videos, and am very responsive to owners. I am more than willing to share my personal number to ensure trusted communication.

I am here to ease the stress of being scared of your pet being in the wrong hands. About: I've grown up taking care of cats and dogs. My professional pet sitting experience includes small and large dog breeds, as well as cats. I have a background in animal science and care so I am the ideal sitter for pets with high medical needs and elderly pets. I am willingly to take dogs on long walks or runs, and take them to the park. I am not certified, but I can do basic training (sit, stay, etc) and leash training. I currently work from home, so I am available at home 24/7. Great for pets that are potty training or need multiple play times a day. I abide with the rules and schedule of the owner. Not required, but I encourage a meet and greet for first time clients for care instructions and to ask any questions.
