Yujin and Stephen were incredibly warm and communicative throughout the process. They greeted Ellie with familiarity immediately and ensured we felt confident that she’d be in good hands. We received multiple photos and updates throughout her stay. And as a cherry on top, they surprised us with a physical photo of Ellie as a souvenir. Excellent, wonderful, super, amazing, great, and absolutely perfect all describe the service Jameson provided to my baby. He sent pictures of how Onyx was doing and explained how he was doing. When I picked Onyx up, Jameson advised on his eating habits, restroom usage, and his playtime. This made me feel at ease about leaving him. Jameson's entire family was very receptive to Onyx and treated him like family. I will definitely be using his service again and highly recommend Jameson for your fur baby sitting needs. Wow, is all I can say! Nikki and Brian have watched our girls several times, but we were gone for an entire 3 weeks this time and a little extra anxious about leaving our girls for that long. Nikki put that anxiety to rest almost immediately and continued , throughout the trip, to send pictures and updates every day! They are so good to our girls!
