Your dog’s new vacation destination
We are a husband and wife who lost our 14 year old dog due to cancer and old age 1 1/2 years ago. We don’t currently have any animals in our home (taking a break from caring for one of our own) but are ready to open our home to spoiling your dog(s). We cared for our elderly dog giving her daily insulin injections as well as helping her outside for frequent potty breaks. We love all animals like they were our own and will be sure to give your dog plenty of attention and love. We live in a house with a fenced in backyard.

Rachel and Jeff were such great sitters for our dog while my family was on vacation! They kept us updated on how our dog was, sent photos, were quick to communicate with and were flexible. I know our dog loved being them. I highly recommend, I know we’ll be using them again!
Rachel and Jeff are simply the best! They took amazing care of my dog and sent daily pictures, which I loved. I had zero worries and knew he was having the best time on his little mini vaca. Highly recommend!
Rachel and Jeff were great! We met them at their house a couple weeks before our Aero would be staying with them, and they have a really nice, clean place, and are clearly dog lovers. Communication for drop off and pickup were great, they sent several pics of our girl, and she seemed to have a nice, relaxing time with them. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be booking with them again! Thank you!

Rachel and Jeff took great care of my elderly dog and I will definitely use them again. Their home is quiet and comfortable and they have a fenced-in back yard, all of which were just what my 13 year old sheltie needed! I highly recommend them!
We’ve never left our dog with anyone outside the family, but I’m pretty convinced that Ellie felt like Rachel and Jeff WERE family after a week there. There are no words for how grateful we are for their excellent care! She was happy, comfortable, and loved on (I know from the pictures!), and I’m not sure she actually wanted to come back home! I sort of hate to so highly recommend Rachel and Jeff in case they get too booked up to watch Ellie again, but it’s a risk I’m willing to take. We drove more than an hour to them, and after this experience, I’d have driven six. They were wonderful with Ellie but even more lovely as people. I wish I could give more than five stars, because they deserve it!

Schedule
I work outside the home on a part-time basis and my husband works a majority of the day from our home office, we are very rarely away from our home for longer than 5-6 hours. We are available 7 days per week all day and night.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fenced in yard and no pets or children of our own so we can give your dog all our attention. I can also crate your dog if that is your preference, although you would need to bring your own crate. The only time we will have more than one dog at our home is if they are from the same family.
A typical day
We love going for walks in our neighborhood. We also can play fetch with your dog in our fenced in back yard or just let them hang out inside too.
