“Dawn took care of my puppy for a week while I was out of state. She gave me twice daily updates with tons of pictures to show all of the fun and growth. He also received a lot of very well needed supervised socialization with other dogs that Dawn cares for, as well as her own dog. Snickers came home a much more obedient and well rounded dog. I truly appreciate all of the special care and love given to Snickers. I highly recommend Dawn!”

I left my 11 year old dog Ziggy with her for a week while I was on vacation and I could tell from the daily pictures and videos that she sent me how much Ziggy felt like he was at home. “Labor Day weekend was the first time using a doggy sitter for my lovely cavapoo, Brooklyn. I was very nervous at first. I didn't know how my dog would react when I was away being that she suffers from anxiety separation. Ziwei made me feel comfortable and my dog too. She kept me informed from day one. I also received pictures and videos. When I picked up Brooklyn she was very happy and she looked well taken care of. “As a first-time Rover user, I was nervous about leaving our rescue dog with someone new. She's very shy and easily scared around people outside our immediate family, so I wasn’t sure how she would adjust to a sitter’s home—especially with kids. We tried a few short drop-in visits at other homes, but she just wasn’t comfortable. With an international trip coming up, we had to keep trying—and that’s when we met Stephanie and her wonderful family. Right away, my dog warmed up to Stephanie and her two kids. I could tell she felt safe and more at ease than she ever had with others. It was a huge relief, and we decided to move forward. Stephanie updated us every day with messages and photos, which gave us peace of mind. After just two days, our dog was sleeping on the nanny's bed! By the end of the 7-day stay, she looked so happy and relaxed. When we came to pick her up, she actually barked at us at first—she didn’t recognize us right away! That’s how well cared for and loved she felt during her time with Stephanie. I can't recommend Stephanie enough. She treated our dog like family and helped turn a stressful situation into a beautiful one. We’ll absolutely be back!”

We used Bob as a sitter for our Poppi recently and I cannot say enough great things about the experience! Bob and Poppi bonded immediately and she was treated like a member of his family. Bob sent photos all week and made my nervous dog mom self feel incredibly comfortable with the experience. We will definitely be having Bob care for our girl in the future and I am so glad we found a sitter that makes me feel less guilty and anxious about going away without Poppi! Thanks again!
Our dog Mazie loves going to Ricks! She is an Aussiedoodle that needs a lot of exercise so it was important for us to find someone who would make sure she got her steps in. At Rick’s, she’s able to run the property to get out all of her energy. Rick sends us videos every day to share how Mazie is doing. We feel confident knowing mazie is in good hands when we are away.
Let me start by saying that my dogs have never been away from home, so I left two of them with Michael as a short-term test. (2 nights) Lucy, who weighs about 5 lbs, was just fine—she rolls with the punches. Mac, who weighs about 20 lbs, on the other hand, was more of a challenge. Michael took wonderful care of both, giving Mac the extra attention he needed. Michael handled him with patience and care. I’d trust him with them anytime! I would gladly trust them with Michael again—if he’ll have them!
