Experienced and Reliable Dog Care
I am a retired elementary school principal and a life-long dog owner. Spending my days and nights in the company of dogs is a labor of love. I know how stressful it is to leave one's dog in the care of others, and I strive to provide my guests with the level of care and attention that I hope my dogs would be provided in my absence. My home is 100% dog friendly. Dogs are welcome on the furniture and have dog-door unlimited access to a fenced in back yard and deck area. I am pleased to host dogs Up to 40 lbs.. This requirement may be waived for exceptionlly gentle larger dogs. Guest dogs must get along well with other dogs. I have a chihuahua and cannot host aggressive dogs. Always a great job
Michael took great care of Toby and I appreciated the pics he took of him with his dog, Jeff.
Michael is amazing! We had a quick change of plans and he was able to come over that day to meet our dog and care for him this week. We will definitely use him again!
Let me start by saying that my dogs have never been away from home, so I left two of them with Michael as a short-term test. (2 nights) Lucy, who weighs about 5 lbs, was just fine—she rolls with the punches. Mac, who weighs about 20 lbs, on the other hand, was more of a challenge. Michael took wonderful care of both, giving Mac the extra attention he needed. Michael handled him with patience and care. I’d trust him with them anytime! I would gladly trust them with Michael again—if he’ll have them!
Buddy spent a long day with Michael and was able to relax and sleep there most of the day. He ate all his food which was good sign! He’s home now and thank you Michael for helping me enjoy my birthday by watching Buddy.
