I am most concerned with a dog's size and temperament. My home is an ideal environment for non-aggressive dogs under 40 lbs. A meeting is required before all first-time bookings Proof of rabies vaccination and Bordetella vaccination are required. Side note: I couldn’t figure out how to remove the Cat Care Option that is listed under dog boarding on my profile. Since I couldn’t remove it, I raised the price to $150 in hopes that no one will hire me to watch a cat. If you’re a cat owner and you’re reading my profile, please do not hire me to watch your cat. I’m a dog person and you definitely shouldn’t pay $150 to have me watch your cat.

I am a retired elementary school principal and a life-long dog owner. Spending my days and nights in the company of dogs is a labor of love. I know how stressful it is to leave one's dog in the care of others, and I strive to provide my guests with the level of care and attention that I hope my dogs would be provided in my absence. My home is 100% dog friendly. Dogs are welcome on the furniture and have dog-door unlimited access to a fenced in back yard and deck area. I am pleased to host dogs Up to 40 lbs.. This requirement may be waived for exceptionlly gentle larger dogs. Guest dogs must get along well with other dogs. I have a chihuahua and cannot host aggressive dogs. Michael took great care of Toby and I appreciated the pics he took of him with his dog, Jeff.
Michael is amazing! We had a quick change of plans and he was able to come over that day to meet our dog and care for him this week. We will definitely use him again!
