“Paola was our first pet sitter since we moved to MD almost two years ago and our first time using the Rover App so we were a bit nervous but Paola came a few days before our trip to meet us and our pets and really put our mind at ease. Paola is so kind and gentle … our puppies soon warmed up to her and Paola took really good care of our pets and provided lots of pictures and communication during her stay. We will definitely ask Paola to pet sit for us again in the future! She is truly a “gem”!!!”

“Madeline did such a wonderful job taking care of our pups in our home for the weekend! She was super responsible and responsive and it was clear our babies had a wonderful time with her. We will definitely reach out to Madeline again for future dogsitting!”

“Ashley did a first-time 5 night housesit for my almost 10 year old lab mix, and she did a great job. She followed my directions and gave me daily updates and photos. She was very responsive through the app. I felt confident my dog was well-cared for and would use her again.”

“Sierra took excellent care of our fur baby TRUE🐶🐾! We were updated on all his walks play time and play dates with his new fur friends boarding with him for four days! I felt confident with our meeting with Sierra that True was in a safe environment and welcoming!”

“Michael watched our dog at our home for a week. He was very responsible and kept us informed when our dog started having behavioral issues. Michael was so patient while our dog was getting used to having a new sitter and us being gone. He tried different ways to get him to eat his food and take his medications. We were so thankful to have someone we trusted while we were away.”

“Cedric is a great sitter - I felt confident my pets were in good hands and really appreciated getting updates with photos. I’d definitely have him back to watch our critters again.”

“Lauren is an attentive and diligent sitter who goes above and beyond. We entrusted her with our corgi with Epilepsy, and she made sure to follow directions very closely and provided daily to semi-daily updates, with photos and funny stories. Even though we missed our boy, she helped us feel a part of his everyday. Lauren was very willing to learn how to take care of our baby but also made sure to treat our home very well. She went above and beyond what we asked of her. Half way through our trip we realized we had booked out rover reservation 1 day early and she made adjustments to stay as long as possible until another friend could come take care of our baby. She prepped out our pups medication and food and was willing to show our friends how to care for our furry family member. We will most definitely use Lauren in the future. Your pup and home will be well taken care of with Lauren.”

“Kemmesha was amazing! From the beginning she was engaged with our 3 animals and sent us photos and videos while we were away. It made us feel much better about being gone for a week to know there was someone who cared watching our girls. Thank you!”

“Simply the best around in pet sitting! Yolanda rolled with the punches and kept both our hyper dog and sweet kitty exercised, fed, and loved during our week long trip.”

About: i have lived with pets my whole life both cats and large dogs. currently we only have cats but I feel comfortable taking care of low maintenance dogs as well. i live in a house with multiple cat and have primary responsibility for some of them including litter box cleaning, grooming, feeding, watering, all basic needs. I have established routines for meeting these needs on a regular basis. I have also lived with dogs in the past and have basic care knowledge on them as well When boarding cats i will provide a separate quiet space to allow for both interaction and privacy. When caring for pets in your home I will try to mimic your routines as much as possible although that isn't always possible.

“Shes been amazing. She has a pup of her own and milo and her love playing. To give me a break shes taken him to the dog park and to her place so he has a change of environment. Deff recommend her.”

About: I’m the go to for taking care of my friend’s dogs when they go out of town. I’ve walked, fed, and provided active time when needed. I’m currently working from home and I am able to provide loving care as needed. I’m available on week days and weekends as needed to provide care. I have a friendly pet available to provide company and canine time. In addition, my home is large enough and I can crate as needed.

About: I've had pets starting from the age of 2, I am now 30. Ever since I can remember I have always had so much love to give to any animal I see. Whether it be a dog, cat, snake, or even donkey (yes, I've even cleaned donkey poop). Because I have always had pets in my home, I learned early on the ins and the outs on how to care for them. My first dog was a Japanese Akita, who I had until the age of 15 and was my best friend, which means I have never had any issues or even fear dealing with large dogs. By age 15 I was being asked by family/friends/& neighbors to walk/watch their pet. This particular job has always been something I take very seriously, animals are your family, and I always intend to treat them as such. I will make sure to show each and every pet I come across with as much love as I can, as well as patience and care. I will be sure to send you lots of photos of your fur baby while under my care. Whether it's for a short walk or a long week together! I am currently unemployed, so I have plenty of time to play with your fur baby. I am available any day to walk & feed your pet/s. I am also available to house sit while you are away, I typically would like at least a week notice. However, I am very flexible. Before starting any job, whether it is just to walk or feed your pet, I require meeting them first. It's important as a pet owner to feel comfortable with the person you are leaving with your fur baby, but most importantly we want your pet to feel safe/comfortable! I have done this with every new animal I have cared for and it always makes it to be a smooth and easy visit!

About: I love dogs, cats, animals in general! I teach children all day so my patience is amazing! If your dog wants to smell every blade of grass then I’ll wait as long as they need. I have two very different dogs at home a one year old and a 10 year old so I have high levels of experience with all ages. I also have been a pet sitter for neighbors for years they love their walks! Saturdays and Sundays I’m available all day anytime ! I’m currently a teacher so Monday through Fridays are a bit tougher. Anytime after 6pm I’m there ! I understand at first most dogs won’t trust me(stranger danger) so we will start getting to know each other slowly. I do bond very quickly with everyone so by the third time we should be best friends !

About: Animals are such a passion of mine and I care for them as if they were my own. I truly put my all into taking care of them and making sure they have a blast. I work part time in the food industry right now so I decided to let this be a side hustle to help me with school. With the service I provide, even though the time spent with the pets isn’t long I make sure to follow your set instructions along with giving as much love to your pet as I can.

About: I grew up surrounded by dogs, and I’ve always loved caring for them—feeding, bathing, and making sure they get plenty of exercise. I believe it’s important to understand each dog’s unique personality and needs to make them feel safe and happy. I’m a stay-at-home mom, so my schedule is flexible. I have a three-year-old son and a one-year-old daughter who both love being outdoors. Sometimes I may need to bring them along on walks, but I always ensure your dog gets my full attention and care. Providing high-quality, individualized care is my priority. I treat every dog like a member of my own family, and I’m honored to play a role in supporting their health and well-being.
