About: When your pet stays with me, they are family, and treated as such. I have experience with elderly and hospice pets as well as special-needs pets, young puppies, medication management and administration (liquid, pill, and injections) and some training experience as well. Well versed in pets with special care requirements (i.e. animals with anxiety, reactivity and/or other behavioral challenges). Because I work from home, I can be with your pet throughout the workday, and can easily step away to give your pet potty breaks and attention. I prefer to do house-sitting based pet care, as I’ve found that animals are most comfortable in their home environments. I am also happy to water any plants that may need it, as long as instructions are provided. Happy to work with large animals, amphibians, fish, and reptiles as well. Do note that house-sitting based pet care includes light house maintenance/cleaning as well such as vacuuming and laundering the guest sheets used. I like to leave the houses I care for as neat (if not neater) than they were upon my arrival. I work from home and can easily step away to care for your pet. When pet sitting, I generally don’t leave the house I’m sitting at for more than a few hours at a time, so your pet has reliable supervision and company. I am pet CPR and first aid certified through Red Cross. I am a very cautious and risk-aware person, always mindful of keeping doors and gates shut and ensuring the environment I’m pet-sitting in is safe and secure.

About: I work from home full time and have the capability and desire to have a cuddly fur baby around, snuggles, walks and lots of love a must. I like watching 1 dog at a time but if they are from the same family, please feel free to reach out if there are 2. I am able to be flexible. Since I work from home full time I am available to watch your fur baby during the day, night, boarding and on weekends if needed I would take them on walks when I could during the day, snuggles, some play time and rest when needed. Plenty of food and water, no fenced in back yard.

About: I’ve had the pleasure of watch family dogs and caring for friends’s pets for as long as I can remember. I’ve always taken care of them like they were my own and I love seeing their excited tails when it’s time for walks, car rides, or just being able to play. I work a hybrid schedule during the day so most of the time I’m either nearby or at home. My job is flexible so I’m able to come and go if needed! I currently do not have my own pet due to living in a small apartment. When I take care of pets, I try to keep them as active as they want to be - walks, play time, etc. Whether they like to just hang out or like to play, I try to help them feel comfortable and happy as much as possible.

About: My husband and I have grown up with dogs and you will receive tons of pictures throughout the day! We have flexible jobs where we can work from home so your dog will always have someone to hang out with. Our house has a very large fenced in backyard where the critters can run around and chase all the rabbits and squirrels out. Your pup will have full access to the entire house including all of the furniture and beds. Please let us know if you would like to set up a meet and greet to ensure that all our furry critters get along. In addition, we are members of the Horse and Hunt club and often take our hunting dogs. If you’re interested, we would be happy to take your hunting dog with to horse and hunt to run fields and get them on birds. Cost would be a daily visit plus cost of birds. We basically schedule our days around dogs and their daily needs. Just let us know what their routine is and we will stick with what they’re used to. My husband and I both work hybrid/remote and someone will always be home with the dogs to hang out with them, let them out, etc.

Why I love dog sitting I have loved dogs for as long as I can remember. When I was younger, my parents would rescue them (and they still do). We have had many different types of dogs and I love them all. We love the big slobbery ones just as much as the tiny cute ones! About my yard- My yard is big, but not yet fenced. My experience administering medication Yes, I have experience in doing so with pills, powders, and ear meds. When our pet friends stay with us, they will be part of our family. I structure my scheduled around them when they visit my home. They will have plenty of tummy rubs, play time, and potty breaks. When your furry family member comes to stay with me they will be cared for as if they were my own. We will have a play time, cuddle time, they will be brushed (if wanted), fed separately from others, they will have potty breaks frequently, and of course inside and outside playtime.

About: Dogs have been my whole world since I was four years old, and I've been actively caring for them since I was around ten. Now at 25, with over 15 years of hands-on experience, I know what it means to love a pet like family, not just as a pet, but as a real member of your life. I'm a proud fur-parent to Boogie, a rescue pup I adopted at four months old. He's two now, and watching him grow has only deepened how much I care about the life every dog deserves. It's something I think about a lot: our pets are experiencing everything for the very first time, and that's worth honoring. I also volunteer as a temporary foster, which means I'm comfortable meeting animals exactly where they are, whether that's a nervous newcomer or a playful goofball who wants all the attention. I take every walk and drop-in seriously, because I know a mid-day break and a kind, familiar face can make a pet's whole day. My schedule is more flexible than it might look on paper. I work full-time in the office four days a week, typically wrapping up between 3:30 and 4, and I'm always happy to stop by before work, after work, or in between my jobs. I also work part-time some weekday evenings and weekends, but my hours shift week to week, so I'd rather just talk through what works for you and go from there. If you need someone reliable who's willing to figure it out, I'm your person. When you invite me into your home, I treat it with the same care and respect I'd want for my own. I'm tidy, mindful of your space, and will always leave things exactly as I found them. Your pet's routine matters too. I'll follow whatever instructions you leave, from feeding schedules to favorite toys to the walks they're used to. For walks, I keep a close eye on leash behavior and surroundings, and I'll never push a pet past their comfort zone. I know some dogs need a slow warm-up and others are ready to go the second the leash comes out, and I'm happy to meet them wherever they are that day. You can also expect regular updates while I'm with your pet. I'm happy to send a photo, a quick message, whatever gives you peace of mind while you're away. I know handing over a key and trusting someone with your animal is a big deal, and I don't take that lightly.

About: We are a cozy, warm, loving family of four who love animals! I (Jenny) rescued my first dog, Summit-a black lab mix many years ago. He was with us over 14 years and we loved him so much! We just recently adopted a kitten a little over a year ago. She is a tuxedo house cat named Smokey. Drop-in visits and dog walking are what we are able to offer as of right now. We may bring boarding back into the mix when Smokey is a bit older. Jenny works part time and has time for drop-in visits as well as dog walking. If allowed by the pet parents our kids (10 and 12) would also love to help out! We play with Smokey in our home with balls, springs, socks! I am happy to pet and play with your pet. Feed, let out, clean litter boxes, and taking leashed dogs for walks.

About: I’ve taken care of almost every size of dog since I was 8. I’ve always loved dogs with a passion and am happy to help. I have 2 large labs who love to play. I have had pets my entire life, more specifically dogs, and would love to help take care of your furry friends. I am currently working a full time job as well, so my availability would depend on my work schedule. We have a large fenced in yard that our girls love to run and play in all day. We also take them for walks, and to the dog park for their enjoyment.

About: I’ve taken care of my friend’s and family’s dog(s) throughout the years. From overnight stays to short walks, I am able to provide these services effortlessly. I have had my cats for 4 years now and know how to handle their rambunctiousness and understand their needs. I wfh part of my days so I am able to do short walks or visits. On weekends I am typically free and will be available for other pet services if needed. If the pets do not get along with cats, I am able to provide a separate space for them where no interaction can occur. I am neat and tidy in my space and will respect client’s homes as if it were my own.

About: My name is Marill. I love all animals. I have been watching animals since 2006. I absolutely love dogs. Every pet I've ever watched I try to mimic their home behavior so there are no bad habbits learned. If they aren't allowed on the couch at home. I wont let them here. If they are working on commands I will use your verbiage and hopefully return them to you more trained then when they came! If you want them to have the best time ever and be on vaca too, I can absolutely do that as well with beach days and sleeping in, on my bed! I want your pet to feel happy and loved while you're away and I can always provide pictures and video's too if you'd like! I have had a lot of experience with dog behaviors, training and medications and am always willing to learn. I chose to do Rover because I no longer wanted to leave my older dog… then COVID happened and I lost all 4 of my hospitality jobs so I chose to watch dogs full time! Rover is just one more way to get my name out there, but this is all I do all day long and I love it! I own a boarding business that I run out of my home so I’m here all day every day doing what I love. So Rover is just a great way to get in touch with people that need their pet to be in a safe and happy environment while they are away. I have 6 dogs of my own. Ranging from 6 years to 1. All different play styles or all of them love to sleep too! I have everything your dog needs to feel safe, get properly socialized, learn in a group setting and really enjoy coming here every time. I love all the dogs I watch just as if they were my own.

About: I’ve had the privilege of growing up with dogs! Whether it be friends or family, I was always offering walks, baths, or even long hikes. I have experience with all stages of life! My current dog was a puppy when we got him, so puppies are my jam! My previous dog had varying health issues, so I have experience with older dogs that may need a little more help than others. I've got a healthy amount of experience with all different types of dogs. Regardless of their size, I assure you that the dogs in my care will have a blast no matter what we do. I’m a college student at the University of Minnesota Duluth, so I have lots of time to get out and about with your pups! I’d love to have more companions to walk with me. Since I am not offering in-home service, as I am a college student living with other students, I hope you can find the provider you need!

About: I have helped take care of dogs and cats since high school. I have helped with pets of all ages, including senior pets. I'm happy to be active with pets and walk and play with dogs. I also work full-time and will be mostly available on weekends. I do work from home as much as I can and can be flexible with that some of the time. I can take care of small dogs in my own home. Typically, I take care of pets at clients' homes and am open to any instructions needed to do so.
