About: We have over 25 years experience raising our Labs, Rottweiler's and now our 2 year Chi-wienner dog, Ollie. I'll come to your place and care for the kids or bring them to me and they can play with Ollie. Walks, playtime and feedings are all good. It's no problem if they need their meds or other care. Your pets will be safe, loved, happy and well cared for, giving you peace of mind while you are at work or traveling. We currently live in a 1st floor 2 bedroom condo in Crystal Lake, Illinois. There are other dogs here and your pet could make other friends. While we focus on smaller dogs, let me know if you have a Rottie; we can consider them on a case by case basis. We raised four and have a special place for them in our hearts. Pet care is my only job so I spend lots of time with the dogs. I feed at 8am and 5:30pm. Walks are four times a day and my husband has them outside when it's sunny. I treat client dogs as if they are mine. They will spend the day with Ollie and I. My husband and I love dogs and to us they're family, including yours. It's my only job. My husband assists me and is here five days a week and every evening. All dogs are given very personalized attention. Weather permitting, my husband and I will have them outside throughout the day. Otherwise, indoor lounging is the order of the day. We feed twice a day, plus treats for all good boys and girls.

“Very quick reply and perfect communication. My first time using this service and made me feel at ease. Will use her again in future. I highly recommend.”

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and have watched friends and families dogs for several years. If I get the opportunity to watch your dog I will make them feel like a queen or king. My customers have told me that as soon as they get close to my house they begin to get very excited. I have a fenced in yard so your dog will get to be outside most of the day if they want. I also enjoy walking the dogs I sit. I don’t leave them alone except for a possible quick trip to the store. I have a bed they can sleep in and they can go on the furniture. I want them to feel at home at my house and a little bit spoiled like going to grandmas house. I hope I can meet your dog and become their friend. I have the flexibility to walk and let the dogs outside I sit. I can walk two to three times per day. The dogs I sit are not alone very often. I currently don’t have other pets. This is the first time in my life without a dog and miss having a dog around. I would love to take care of your dog and make my home their home away from home.

About: I've been taking care of and loved pets my entire life. I'm recently retired and was looking for something to make my day more interesting. I've had and taken care of fish, gerbils, hamsters, guinea pigs, cats, and dogs. Currently I have two cats and periodically take care of my son's dog as well. I treat all pets as if they are my own. Being retired leaves my day pretty much open all the time and very flexible. I'm an early riser and take the time to walk every day. I prefer to care for pets in their normal environment. This help to keep the pet less stressed out and allows them access to roam about and play with whatever toys they are used to. I follow whatever rules the client has for their pet. If they are training, I will find out what commands, props, and/or treats they use so that the pet doesn't get confused.

“Laura provided a meet and greet and took time to interact with Penny and answer all of our questions prior to us booking. We booked a mid day walk for Penny. Laura confirmed appointment and arrived on time. Penny received a walk, outdoor time, attention, and belly rubs. Laura left a report card and sent us pics of Penny. Laura seems like a genuine pet lover. Reliable. Friendly. Great communication. Would highly recommend based on today’s first service. Would book again, if needed. Thanks, Laura!!”

We have booked several more walks and hope the relationship continues.”

Wyatt V.
“Wyatt is beloved by our pups. When I tell the pups that Wyatt is coming over, they know who he is and they get so thrilled and run around wagging and yapping in the best possible way. Wyatt has been walking, playing with and feeding our pups for the past few years. He first started taking care of our pups when we had an elderly Terrier, Poppy (18 pounds), an adult Schnoodle, Lita (11 pounds), and eventually a cockapoo pup (now 2), Cooper (30 pounds). Wyatt was so good to Poppy who was blind and suffering from dementia. Poppy was always so thrilled to get attention from Wyatt. Wyatt was so compassionate towards Poppy. The sympathy from Wyatt when Poppy passed was sincere and heartfelt. Lita loves going on walks with Wyatt and though she is small, she is exuberant to go on walks with him. Lita also plays with Cooper when Wyatt comes over to play ball with them in the backyard. Cooper is probably the biggest fan of Wyatt. Wyatt is so good with Cooper who is a bit skittish and always wags his tail as he barks at Wyatt. Wyatt is always gentle with Cooper and lets Cooper smell and bark and be a weirdo until Cooper sits to get his leash on. Cooper also loves playing in the backyard with Wyatt. It's so important that the pups get good exercise and Wyatt always delivers on whatever they need. I am so glad to have Wyatt help walk and play with the dogs. Any pets would be fortunate to have Wyatt care for them.”

“I can't recommend Michele highly enough as a dog caregiver! While we were on vacation, our dog, Tucker, received exceptional care. Michele is reliable and genuinely passionate about animals, which gave us peace of mind. She showered Tucker with love and attention and texted us pictures to show how happy he was. Michele is an excellent choice if you need to board your fur baby.”

Joseph R.
“I am so grateful for Joe's exceptional care that he provided for my dog over the summer! While I was working full-time, Joe provided daily walks and daily care for my 50 lb pit mix. (Walking, feeding, occasional cleanups... all of the above!) I was able to be stress free because I knew that my dog received the exercise and attention she needed daily. Joe is an avid walker (your pooch will get a few miles in at least!) and he has a wide availability to accommodate most schedule needs. When you see Joe interact with your dog, it will be clear that he is a true dog lover. I wholeheartedly recommend Joe for any dog walking or sitting opportunities. He is caring, punctual, reliable, and will undoubtedly provide excellent care for your four-legged friend.”

Julie was nothing short of amazing during my time with her! She was our regular dog walker during the school year. Julie is beyond reliable. She always made sure to send photos and give detailed explanations of the walk and if anything is out of the ordinary with Domino. She communicates well and always gave plenty of notice if she had to cancel. Couldn’t recommend Julie enough! We will definitely be hiring her again!!
