About: I have always had a dog in the household since I was born ranging from a tiny dog to now a 65lbs golden doodle. I have dogs sat overnight in my household my longest for almost a month. I also had experiences taking out dogs for a walk when the owner isn’t home or able to. I am home most of the time so they are more than likely accompanied by me. When booking with me, I ask for open communication. If you found someone else to dog sit please let me know so I’m not left hanging or trying to leave my schedule open for you. I also ask your dog is house trained (potty trained) As of right now I am free throughout the week, so if you dog need a walk morning, afternoon, or evening I got you covered If potty trained I allow pets to free roam in the house, if not they will be limited to certain rooms in the house. If you like your pet crated I will respect that and do so if wanted. If needed extra accommodations (ex: medication) I’m willing to talk about it with you.

About: I’ve cared for and raised animals my whole life from young to old and from reptiles to equine care. I’m comfortable caring for expecting puppy parents, sick or if some fur babies just need a little extra help. Growing up on a farm and breeding Great Danes teaches you a few tricks along the way! My husband and I have just arrived to the island with our beautiful family are excited to get the full experience living here. I am currently a stay at home mom with an open schedule! I have 3 beautiful fur babies that are absolutely spoiled!!! I like to say I’m their emotional support human and personal assistant. About: I’ve taken care of and owned dogs my entire life. I have watched my neighbors and friends dogs as well when they need. I’ve taken care of many breeds and newborn pup-senior pup. Dogs are literally man’s best friend and deserve a warm place to be when their parents are away! I love all dogs and embrace them with open arms and treat them as my babies!! I’m so excited to meet you and your pup! Hi! I have three children ages 7, 5, & 1. Fur babies whom have been around small children is much appreciated. About: I want to first say I live on a military base and have base access so I can walk those who live on military bases. But most importantly if you don’t have base access I’d have to sponsor you on for meet ups or if you wanted to just come by to check out my places and meet my dog and I. Furthermore, I love animals!! I am very active with my golden retriever and can be with yours too if that’s what they need. I’m really good with running a dog if he or she is a runner. I have a hands free leash and use it regularly with my pup. Most importantly though I care about the safety of your animal and their happiness. I have a solid understanding of dog anxiety and I also understand some dogs are uncomfortable in specific situations or around certain dogs. I can still work with these dogs. My routine with my own dog is taking him on a walk in the morning, coming home for lunch and letting him out in the back yard, and when I arrive him we walk to the park to play ball or go on a run. I can adjust this schedule for your needs. I have a fenced in backyard and a friendly golden retriever. I live in a neighborhood that is great for long walks and there is a dog park nearby and many open fields. I allow my dog to sleep on the bed/couch.

About: I’ve taken care and formed bonds with many dogs. My family and friends have relied on me to watch their dogs during vacations, work time, and date nights. Even though I’m currently working full time, I can pretty much come home whenever needed to check up on your dog or drop in whenever you’d like. I’m off on weekends and if something comes up, my wife will be home so there’s always someone for your fur baby to be around. They will also have our dogs to keep them company and be friends I have 2 dogs of my own. A chihuahua as well as a golden retriever both who are 2 years old. I’ve grown them both from 8 weeks old. Nothing is more important to me than these two furballs and I will make sure your fur babies get the same level of care. They are by my side whenever I am home and if feasible, they go with us wherever pets are allowed.

About: Update: 01/05/25 Just moved back home to O’ahu and accepting new clients- strong preference for Kaneohe/Kailua/or North Shore clients but open to other areas. Update: 3/20/2024 I unfortunately will no longer be doing drop ins and/or overnight stays for felines (kittens or adult cats) Aloha! I moved back home to Laie from the mainland in December of 2024 and am ready to take on new clients. I was a veterinary technician in Utah for 2 years, and now work at an animal hospital here on island. I have experience working with a wide range of pet behaviors but unfortunately do not watch cats. Open minded to outdoor only cats if you need me to feed. I have experience bathing, walking and administering medications (oral and injectable). I also have experience with pet first aid and cpr. As a pet parent I understand how stressful finding reliable pet care can be and I’m here to help you through a difficult situation at a reasonable price. Unfortunately I will be unable to stay with your pets 24/7 however, your pets will not be alone longer than 6-8 hours, please see "Schedule" section for more details. Note: I will not bring my dog to any House Sitting stays (she will be at home with my husband while I watch your pet(s) ) Schedule changes on a weekly basis- I am always off on Sunday and have two other days a week off. I work 4 10s. When I’m watching your pet I will go to work as normal (just as you probably do) when I am off I will stay home with your pet, only leaving the house for walks and groceries on longer stays. You do not need to stress while your pet is in my care. My guarantee to you is that I will not let your pet out of my sight on walks or while at the park (for safety I do not take any dogs to dog parks) and will have my cell phone on me at all times while your pet is in my care. I will never watch or walk more than one pet at a time unless they are from the same household. I will not watch more than 2 dogs at a time. I always require your primary veterinarian offices contact information and atleast one emergency contact. Emergency contact must be on island. Your pet and I will never go on a “field-trip” without your permission and knowledge of where we are headed and when you should anticipate our return.

About: *Location: Hau'ula, HI* Registered Nurse for 10 years. Competitive athlete for 20 years. Throughout my childhood I grew up with Dobermans, Bichon Frise and Standard Poodles. I have unconditional love for all dogs and all their personality. Some breeds I've watched over the last 6 months include Rhodesian Ridgeback, Pitbull mix, French Bull dogs and Standard Poodle. I've trained dogs to swim and even surf. I am comfortable with post operative care and administration of medication. Pet sitting experience also includes rabbits, cats, exotic birds and small reptiles. Happy to spend time with your pet at any time of the day. Starting next month my goal is to transition to provide full time pet exercise service to the community. I enjoy going to the beach and being outdoors which is something I have found most dogs to enjoy as well. I can do as little or as much exercising as you request and the pup can handle. If they just want to cuddle and cruise I'm well versed in that program as well.

About: We absolutely love dogs, but we travel often and aren't able to have our own at the moment. We would love to take care of your dog and give it a great home while you are away! I work from home and we do school at home as well, so we are home almost all day everyday to care for and play with the dogs we watch. We also like get out and to hike. We have a cat who can keep your dog company if your dog likes cats. We have a large yard, almost 2 acres. It is not completely fenced in.

“Sean was great. My dog has a complicated feeding regime and she picked it up right away. Not only that, but she timed her walks so Mooji could get his favorite beach walk. Mooji is a food aggressive terrier who takes a while to warm up to people. Other people who have cared for him didn’t pay attention to my explanations on how to handle Mooji. About: I have been taking care of pets since I was very young, with the exception of snakes and spiders. I took care of dogs through Rover when my spouse was unavailable. My spouse was a professional explosive detection dog handler. I work from home and my spouse is a stay-at-home dad, so someone is home to take care of your fur babies, make sure they get played with and taken out for potty breaks. I have a very large yard that is completely fenced so your pet can enjoy off-leash time all day. Your pet will be able to come and go inside and outside as they please. Your pet will be played with and any obedience training will be reinforced. Your pet will be taken outside for a break and played with.

About: Hi Everyone! My name is Drew, I just recently moved back home after living in Australia for a year post grad. While I was in college, I was on Rover and I absolutely loved it. I also volunteered at an animal shelter for four years in high school where I would take the dogs out for walks but my favorite part was taking them out to the beach or trails. I’m comfortable with all different breeds and sizes of dogs! Growing up, my family would always rescue dogs. We had a German shepherd mix, labs and a red bone coon hound I’d love to help out with your dog(s) in anyway I can, whether that’s dog sitting, walking, or stopping by to let him/her out! I am living on a farm in Kahuku as a work/trade. I pick and choose my hours so I am very flexible and can take care of your pets at the times needed. This depends on the dog and it’s owner's schedule. But when I’m taking care of them I will be making sure their schedule and needs are first priority.
