About: My dogs have always been my best friends. I have had experience with small, medium, and large dogs. I am careful to listen to and respect the routine and rules that you have for your fur baby, no matter how big or small. I’m a big fan of taking them for walks on the beach and shady hikes! I also love a good excuse to drive around looking for a good place for my pup to stretch her legs, or be a good cuddle buddy. I am currently a small business owner in private practice as a healthcare provider. Dog sitting was something I loved doing for many years, but paused to do to care for my senior dog for the last 3 years. After recently losing her, and not being ready for a new love of my own, I’d be honored for the opportunity to care for your pet. I live in Kaaawa but am able to travel anywhere on island to care for your pet(s). Thank you for reading my profile, & I hope to hear from you soon! I work from home doing telehealth, largely from 11-4 M/W/F so I have lots of time and breaks to spend with your pet. I spend most days at home, able to provide exercise and maintain routine feeding throughout the day. I am used to administering meds on a schedule and provide frequent updates to owners (if they’d like!). I am careful to follow the house rules and your pet’s routine. I know it takes a lot of trust for someone to care for your fur baby, and I am a trusted member of the community. I am transparent about my stay in your home and understand it is a privilege to be there and be trusted to care for your animal. I provide lots of play time and cuddles! I always leave homes cleaner than they are left. My reviews are older because of the break I took from Rover to care for my senior pup, but I still value the same service.

About: I have had dogs and cats my whole life and they are truly my passion. I care for their health and needs, possibly more than my own, and I will put in the same care and care into your fur babies! Connecting with each animal and earning their trust is my protocol first and foremost. I have a lot of experience caring for a wide range of pets, from energetic puppies to gentle seniors, and can provide personalized care while carefully following any instructions given. If you book with me I promise to earn you and your precious fur baby's trust! My schedule is very flexible as I work part-time remotely at the moment and I am also available on the weekends for any Rover bookings. At this time I do not offer pet sitting in my home but when in my client's home, my priority is providing a calm and safe space for the pets. I will follow all instructions given as well as any specific care instructions for those with special needs. My goal is to mimic the pet's normal routine as much as possible so they feel safe and comfortable. I focus on building trust by respecting each pet’s comfort level and offering gentle, positive interactions while staying attentive to their needs. I also take safety seriously by securing doors and gates and closely supervising outdoor activities. My goal is to ensure every pet feels comfortable, secure, and well cared for just as they would at home with you!

She responded positively to both of them in my room and even went up to Merit in my room where she is very protective. They learned the command and routine to work with her and she looked for them when they were coming. Great communication both bt phone and text so we were on the same page. About: Aloha! My name’s Mackenzie and I genuinely love animals. I worked at a humane society in California where I grew up, and I’ve cared for many dogs and cats of all ages and personalities. I’ve lived on Oʻahu for the past three years, and I have two cats of my own. I also grew up around dogs, cats, and other animals, so being around pets has always been a huge part of my life. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, medications, supplements, walks, playtime, and more complicated care schedules. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pets, and I treat every animal with patience, love, and attention like they’re my own 🐾 I work in Waikīkī, so I’m available for drop-in visits before and after work and on my days off. For boarding, I’m typically away for about 6 hours during my shift. Your pet will get plenty of attention, exercise, and care before I leave and as soon as I get home. I’m happy to be flexible with drop-off and pick-up times whenever possible. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about my schedule! I follow feeding schedules, walks, medications, litter box cleaning, and any instructions carefully. I’m also very communicative and like to ask questions and be thorough so I fully understand your pet’s routine, personality, and needs. I know how important trust is when someone is caring for your pets and in your home, so I always try to be reliable, respectful, and communicative. I currently only offer boarding for cats. Visiting cats stay in their own private room, completely separate from my two resident cats, to help everyone feel safe and comfortable. For longer stays, if both cats seem interested and ONLY if the owner is comfortable with it, I may allow short, supervised play sessions to help with enrichment and socialization.

About: Having the opportunity of sitting pets in their own place makes a difference in their adaptation while someone new takes care of them. sometimes is easier for puppies or older pets to adjust when they are somewhere they already know. I enjoy sleeping, playing, cuddling or just share space with them. Also i find interesting the way you can stimulate them with games or new activities I am a student at Chaminade university and take my classes in the mornings. About: From sneaking in strays as a kid and providing food, shelter, and love for them like they were my own to working alongside military working dogs during my time in service, showing our furry four legged friends that they matter has always been important to me. I am currently available M-F 7 AM-7PM for scheduled walks, house sitting, and even a chauffeur for things such as grooming appointments that just don’t work with your busy schedule. Whatever your furry friend needs, I will provide! Special diet, no problem! Medications or exercise regiments, I’ve got you covered!
