About: Aloha, I’m Kawehi! I’m new to Rover, but not new to caring for animals. I’ve had 7 cats & 2 dogs of my own through the course of my life, and I’ve fostered several kitten litters from 2021-2022. I’ve had to put fostering on hold now that I work full-time, but I’m excited and looking forward to caring for your fur babies! ☺️ I’m generally available after 3pm on weekdays and all day on weekends. Of course, this is if I do not already have plans. I will do my best updating my calendar to reflect availability accurately. You are welcome to message me anytime! I love getting to know new animals and all their little quirks. As a long-time cat owner, and behavioral technician, I'm very attentive to pets' body language and what they're trying to signal. About: Proud dad of two adult dogs! Studying for the Hawaii Bar Exam and looking for study breaks to walk some beautiful pups! I’d love to take your doggie out for a walk! Studying full time for now, at home. Partner works full time. Primary caretaker for our two dogs - food, meds, walks. I am home all day, with transportation. For boarding, I will be in the house almost constantly. For my own dogs, I manage their medication and feeding. We walk several times a day and get out to the dog park or the beach every day.

About: Aloha! I am a dog-loving, mom of three boys, two dogs, and a military spouse of 15 years. Being flexible and dependable is pretty much my lifestyle. I grew up with dogs, and I’ve personally cared for my own since I was an adult. I have also fostered rescue dogs for Okinawa Stray Pet Rescue. I have experience with a wide range of breeds, all sizes, and dogs from newborn puppy to 15 year old seniors with very limited mobility. I am probably over paranoid when it comes to safety, so you can trust that your dog will be in good, responsible hands! I understand that each dog is unique, and I treat each one as if they were my own. I know how important it is to feel confident in who you choose to care for your fur baby, and I’m happy to provide what your pup needs! My only time constraints are shuttling kids to and from school and activities so I have lots of free time to spend with your pup! As previously mentioned, I am very cautious and your dog’s safety is my top priority. I have personally owned dogs who are “runners” so I’m constantly aware of my surroundings and the dog’s behavior when caring for them.

About: I'm born and raised in Kailua. I Grew up riding horses and currently own a mare in Waimānalo. I foster cats for a local rescue and im comfortable medicating and giving sub q fluids to cats. I am also very comfortable with dogs and currently have 4 of my own. I have and care for a number of my own cats/rescues and colony feed & TNRM. Eff 5/1 I'm retired from the State of Hawaii and looking to check in and care for pets daily anytime throughout the day as needed. I'm very flexible can even do evening care as well. I am careful to listen to and respect the routine and rules that you have for your fur baby, no matter how big or small. I’m a big fan of taking them for walks on the beach and shady hikes! I always leave homes cleaner than they are left. My reviews are older because of the break I took from Rover to care for my senior pup, but I still value the same service.

About: Aloha 🌈 I have been a pet owner for the last 11 years (dogs, cats, goats and ducks) and walked professionally on another app for 3 years in Los Angeles. I’m trustworthy and patient with reactive pets and am open to whatever your friend may need! I can take short walks, long walks, hikes, beach swims and really any activity your pet likes. I just love to be outside with animals. I can also visit at home and give lots of belly rubs and home care if that’s what’s needed. I have had elderly dogs as well and am happy and comfortable to provide special care for them. Great with huskies and couch potatoes alike. I am currently working an on-call position and always have Mondays and Tuesday off with fluctuating schedules week to week. I am available before 1pm every day though. I do travel occasionally. I will keep to your home rules and needs based on how you care for your pets. If they have a crate or area, they will be secured on your request with whatever food/water/ snacks are needed. I always prefer owners to provide snacks as many animals have allergies. I am happy to fulfill any special requests like feeding or medications.

About: I got my first dog when I was 4 and started dog sitting for neighbors when I was 8. I worked with a group when I lived in Kansas City that did short term in-home dog fostering for 1 day to two weeks. My puppy experience comes from a few of my friends having puppies, but adult dogs are my favorite. I work full time from home, and can schedule walks in between meetings during the day. If the dog(s) are up for it I would love to take them hiking, SUPing, kayaking, to the beach, and to hang out with my friend's dogs. I prefer to keep the dog on a similar schedule to what they are used to and not overwhelm them with new experiences while their owners are gone. Please provide me with the needed information of your dog's routine.

About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up with pets taught me that every animal has a unique personality, needs patience, and deserves kindness and respect. Over the years, I've cared for dogs of all ages, including senior dogs who require extra patience, attention, and gentle care. Friends and family have also entrusted me to care for their pets while they're away, and I treat every animal as if they were my own. In addition to caring for dogs and cats, I volunteered at a farm animal sanctuary on Oʻahu, where I helped care for a variety of rescued animals. I’ve also help to fabricate and fit animals with prosthetic legs and braces from my work experience as a Clinical Prosthetist/Orthotist at UCLA Medical Center and Shriners Children’s Hospital in Honolulu. That experience reinforced my passion for animal welfare and deepened my appreciation for the trust and connection we share with animals. Whether we're going for a walk, playing fetch, relaxing at home, or simply keeping each other company, my goal is to make sure every pet feels safe, loved, and happy while you're away. About: Growing up I always took care of all my neighbors’ dogs, cats, and even cows. I have 2 cat fur babies of my own and grew up with a crazy energetic golden retriever. I have loved adopting my friends’ dogs as my own as well. I will happily feed, walk, play with and love on your pet as my own. I have base access as well if needed. I am available for dog walking M-F and drop in visits any day of the week. My preference for hours is between 8-5pm but flexible as needed. I am very responsive in my communication should you ever need to get a hold of me. I am always happy to provide photos. I understand pets are family! I am located on MCBH for easy base access as well.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life. Both of my parents worked full time, so I’ve had experience taking care of my own dogs since I was a child. I’ve dog/house sat many family members’ and friends’ dogs over the last 10 years. I’ve volunteered at animal shelters and have experience caring for and walking dogs. I love all animals, especially dogs, and would take great care of your pet! I currently work full time fully remote. My schedule is pretty open after 2:00 pm each week day and I typically take my own dog on a long walk or to the park each day after work.
