My bigger pup was a little shy and unsure about it at first meet. After he arrived for his week long stay, he started getting along better. She'd sent me evening updates about my pups wellbeing with text and pictures. With thise notifications, I was able to give some helpful ideas on how to get him to eat since he was feeling homesick. He did hurt his leg while he was there, but with him being very active, he just over extended his leg while playing, and she notified me and helped him out as best as possible. About: We’re dog lovers! Our home loves doggie energy. We can comfortably administer meds, injections and will walk daily. I work from home and my husband and I have flexible schedules. We can typically accommodate up to two consecutive weeks of care with consistent exercise and constant love. We are an active couple: beach time, hiking and daily walks are the norm for us. We believe that dogs are part of the family, whether they are our own or the fur babies of others. We have a 17 pound male terrier mix who is very playful. Being that I work from home, I'm here most of the day with an occasional appointment or meeting for a few hours. When Robert is off he's also home most of the day however he may go out for a bike ride or surf session. We also may meet up with friends for a meal out. Cooper (our fur baby) will be home to keep yours company but if you're looking for 24/7 type of care or if your fur baby has separation anxiety we are not the best fit since we may be out of the house at times. Your fur baby must also go potty outside unless we're caring for your pup who has physical or health issues that would hinder outdoor potty time. Our typical day starts with exercise then breakfast out on the lanai where you're fur baby will be able to join us. Per your permission/request and for an additional fee of $15/day, we will take your pup for a walk in the neighborhood. Walking your dog is almost a requirement because in our experience, they do MUCH better when they can get out with one of us humans and Cooper. We can discuss this on our meet and greet. We are open to taking your dog to the beach or on a hike if they do well in that environment. Your dog must be good on leash and obey basic commands if requesting walks or anything that would require a leash/lead. If you would like to add dog walking please let us know so that we can adjust the fee because it's not included in the boarding fee. Thanks! We have a fenced-in backyard with a doggie door so your dog can take their potty break whenever needed. My office has an open door policy so they will always have company when they want it. There is plenty of shade and grassy area for them to play and hang out. Our walks are typically around the neighborhood where there are very few cars passing by, if any. There is a park walking distance from our house and we may walk the park at times. Most often either I or Robert will be home and Cooper will be home to keep your fur-baby company if the humans need to leave for a short time.

I have a fenced yard and a young corgi who has full run of the house. He can be shy to other dogs. If your dog has any aggressive tendencies or Keahi does not get along with them for whatever reason, we cannot board your dog. Meet and greets are mandatory before any boarding or daycare. Dogs must be house trained for boarding or daycare (paper trained is not house trained). I cannot and will not leave food out. If your dog has issues eating when they are fed (I feed them when I feed my dog), I have to take your dog’s food away and store it. This is a house, not a kennel where your dog has an assigned lot. If your dog has these feeding issues, consider another sitter. I have no kids on property.

During the work week, our boarding furry friend has the option to chill in the kennel solo or with 1 of our dogs as a companion. All doggos are kept indoors at night and welcome to sleep in our room with plush beds. **IMPORTANT READ** This boarding service is best suited for dogs who are comfortable with being left alone for several hours, are accustom to a kennel, are not food aggressive, and enjoy the company of other dogs.

I currently work as a dental hygienist Mon-Thu so I have availability outside of that. I love to take my dog out on walks, hikes, beach and dog park so I’m happy to bring yours along or separately if you prefer. I treat others’ homes as if it were my own and with the utmost respect. I’ll happily follow your pup’s favorite routines and games. I have immediate access to a few very large grassy areas for play time but they are not fenced in. I have a small and Xl crate. Multiple leashes and harnesses.

About: I got my first dog when I was 4 and started dog sitting for neighbors when I was 8. I worked with a group when I lived in Kansas City that did short term in-home dog fostering for 1 day to two weeks. My puppy experience comes from a few of my friends having puppies, but adult dogs are my favorite. I work full time from home, and can schedule walks in between meetings during the day. If the dog(s) are up for it I would love to take them hiking, SUPing, kayaking, to the beach, and to hang out with my friend's dogs. I prefer to keep the dog on a similar schedule to what they are used to and not overwhelm them with new experiences while their owners are gone. About: Growing up I always took care of all my neighbors’ dogs, cats, and even cows. I have 2 cat fur babies of my own and grew up with a crazy energetic golden retriever. I have loved adopting my friends’ dogs as my own as well. I will happily feed, walk, play with and love on your pet as my own. I have base access as well if needed. About: I’ve take care of many dogs during my live and I have training my own pets. I will love your pets like if they will mine. I will have plenty of time during they week and weekends to take care of any type of pets. During week I can take care of them after noon. I will be very alert during my visit and will try to make fell loved during the time that the owner is away. About: Proud dad of two adult dogs! Studying for the Hawaii Bar Exam and looking for study breaks to walk some beautiful pups! I’d love to take your doggie out for a walk! Studying full time for now, at home. Partner works full time. Primary caretaker for our two dogs - food, meds, walks. I am home all day, with transportation. About: I live on base, so base access required. Or I can pick up and drop off up with small fee. My meeting place for those who don't have base access is Holy Family Catholic Church 830 Main St Honolulu. A cancellation fee is applied if cancellation is within 72hrs. I have raised and cared for many pets. I have walked, and given pets needed exercise, and have always made sure they have fresh water to stay healthy and hydrated. I have a lot of experience with caring for pets and given them needed medication as well. Also I can accept longer boardings or boardings needed on short notice. Currently a stay at home mom to school kids so I have quality time to devote to pet care. I wake up at 6am daily and walk 1 mile for my health and your pet is welcome to accompany me. I provide care in my home only. I provide walks when possible. I do conduct meet and greets to ensure proper fit and I have a fenced yard for safety.

Lucky was shipped separately and the travel was to take one day, but stretched out to two full days. Lucky was not his happy go "lucky" self.
