I currently work in cat care at a local shelter, where I spend my mornings caring for cats of all personalities — from shy and scared to playful and affectionate. I’m very comfortable with feeding routines, litter care, and making sure each pet feels safe and comfortable in their own environment. I’m especially patient with nervous or timid cats and always let animals warm up at their own pace. I also have experience caring for dogs, including walks, playtime, and basic care. About: I’ve spent the past couple of years assisting my girlfriend with her Rover clients and helping care for dogs of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels. About: I love dogs. Friends call me the whisperer. I lost my Princess 2 years ago to cancer and I find that this is the best medicine for me. I love to travel so having another baby right now is not in the cards. Taking care of your baby is the next best thing. I have had people fly me out to Portland, California, and New York to pet sit for them. I absolutley love it. Some of the dogs I have cared for were sick or new family members. I love to take them on new adventures but only if Mom and Dad are okay with it. I also love to train, play, and hug on them. My only job is taking care of your dog, so I am with them the entire day and night. Sometimes they will go on a golf cart ride with me. My yard is not fenced in so your dog would be walked regularly. There are plenty of grassy areas next to and accross the street from me. If there is a schedule you have for the dog that is what will be followed.

“Misty came by for a third meet and greet with Mia and we went over feeding instructions and the walking route for her morning post breakfast walk. Mia recognized Misty and was wagging her tail. Misty was good with Mia and there were no problems walking, or coming in the house. Misty was on time, even for early morning visit which was appreciated. Thanks!”

About: I have taken care of and have had pets since I was a baby. I actually was born into a house that already had a dog. I have the most experience with dogs but I have also had, and have taken care of cats. I love to be interactive with pets, take them on walks, and give them lots of pets! I am a true animal lover through and through and I can’t wait to make a new furry friend. I have personally been a pet sitter for family & friends for many years but decided to try Rover to make some extra money. I work full-time in Lake County. I will service Lake, Marion & Citrus counties. If you’re local to my job I can break free on my lunch break to let your trusted companion outside. About: Have a natural instinct for animals. Love all dogs big and small. I am the go person for my family’s pet needs. My daughter has bought home 3 dogs in the last 5 years that I have raised and cared for. I work part time and am pretty flexible with my schedule. I have one child who is pretty independent and helpful with our dog and other responsibilities which frees me up to attend to other things. I would care for my clients pets as they were my own. About: I grew up on a farm in Southern Indiana where we had farms animals as well as breeding dogs. I have two dogs myself that I love to pieces Puddles and Apollo that are 5 years old. I have house sit for clients with pets l know how important long walks are for your furbaby. I have basic knowledge of dog grooming , bathing and drying and nail cutting. First aid trained in pet care. Non smoker I am able anytime seven days a week Weekends and evenings as much as your pet needs . I can be there if emergency arise I do have two dogs that love play with other dogs. We have house full of dog toys. We love use the dog parks and take long walks.
