“Shayla is wonderful. Shaggy came home happy and full of zest and for an old dog, that's great. Shayla's home has plenty of room for playing and exploring (something Shaggy does a lot of). She sent me many pictures while I was out of town and they are all keepers.”

“Our dog, Harper, is very timid around people, but did well in Bill and Krista's welcoming home. They frequently sent updates to assure us she was settling in and we were able to travel with peace of mind knowing Harper was in good hands.”

“Alexus was great! She communicated with us. She sent us pictures and every time I checked in she responded, and she took very good care of our children!! She’s awesome I highly recommend her!”

“I absolutely could not have found a better couple to take care of my beautiful 12 lb Shih Tzu. I never let anyone take care of him but I had to because I was visiting here and they answered quickly and I was so overjoyed. I'm so blessed to have found them so quickly and my Giovanni was so blessed to have them take care of him. Thank you so much for taking care of my sweet boy and giving him a happy home for 6 nights. You all are amazing! God bless you.”

About: When our sweet dog of 14 years passed away Nov 2017 I started volunteering as a dog walker at Homeward Pet in Woodinville where I received rigorous dog walking training. While working there I enjoyed the interaction with many different types and temperaments of dogs. A true blessing being able to give them love, protection, reassurance and fun when they most needed it. I've always loved animals my entire life and would very much enjoy taking care of your precious baby. Looking forward to seeing your dogs smiling face I'm retired and have extra time to spend having fun with new pets and helping neighbors with thier babies. Plus I live right here in Harbor Hills. Visiting your fur baby in your home, using all leashes, harnesses and collers provided by family. All babies will need to be secured in golf cart.

I have a front and backyard -the back has a linai and a pool but it is enclosed. I have access to multiple fields nearby to my house. I allow dogs to swim in the pool with the owner's permission. My house flooring has no carpet so messes are easy to clean up. Requirement: For the safety of our future dogs we will be sitting,we require proof of up to date vaccinations and flea/tick treatment. A copy or picture of your pets most recent veterinarian visit summary will be fine.
“Melissa was excellent and Sam and Bailey really took to Melissa. We were kept in constant communication and she made their visit personable. They were relaxed and felt like they were home. We appreciate the way she cared for our fur babies. We will definitely use Mellisa any time we are out of town. She cared for Sam and Bailey as we would.”

“Teddy and Gina enjoyed their stay with Rebecca. During their visit, Rebecca sent pictures of Teddy and Gina playing and snuggling. Rebecca was easy to communicate with and was responsive to all our questions. This was a great first experience.”

“Very caring and loving sitter. The dogs were really well kept. She was extremely patient and went above and beyond with my geriatric dog, which was greatly appreciated.”

“This was the second time Mary has kept Sadie for me and I wish I could leave 10 stars. She and Marc are exceptional. They both love dogs and it definitely shows in the care they provide. I love all the updates and adorable pictures they texted me each day. Thank you both for taking such great care of Sadie.”

“June did a superb job with Bentley & followed all of the instructions with his medications & feeding etc. She is obviously a dog lover & I think he got spoiled a bit as today he seems a bit off being back at home! Apparently he decided to get into bed with June to sleep, something he never does at our house! She responded to any questions via text or by phone and kept us informed through videos and photos every day. We would have no problem leaving him again with Miss June.”

“This is the second vacation that we’ve left Benji with Debbie and she is the BEST! Her home is perfectly setup for doggies and her little guy Teddy is the greatest playmate!! I will absolutely continue to book Debbie as often as possible!”

“We are so pleased with the care Chrissy provides our girls when we are gone. My dogs come back happy and obviously well-cared for. Very grateful we have a caretaker we trust! Thank you, Chrissy!”

“Beautiful home & perfect place for my dog! Her doggies kept mine company, and so did her kids. There is so much yard space (5 acres) to run around, and Diannette and her family cared for Buttercup like their own. He seemed very content in photos she sent. Highly recommend.”

“Krista was wonderful taking care of our family member while we were out for a week. Love her daily updates and pictures! Krista was also generous with her time and gave us additional time to pick up our little one after a 6 hour flight delay.”

“Joanna was very flexible and patient with the schedule. I could tell she cared about my cats. I appreciate her being able to take care of my cats last minute. I will be definitely using her again.”

“Our cat was very unhappy when we arrived home - because she clearly missed Berkley! Berkley is everything you want in a sitter: conscientious, communicative and caring. She was great with every aspect of our cat’s care, and had no aversion to administering medicine if needed. We will definitely use her again and highly recommend!”

“I would definitely ask Melissa to watch my fur babies again! She went above and beyond providing love and attention to my kitty and lots of pictures and updates. Very happy with her service!”

“Lori is a fantastic pet sitter. We have two tuxedo cats and she handled them perfectly. The pictures she sent they were laying around and loving as she was petting them & brushing them as well. We were able to take a great vacation and not worry about our cats while we were gone.”

“Sabrina was beyond phenomenal! From the first meet and greet, we immediately felt confident that she would be responsible to watch our home and our cat. She was timely, organized and clean, communicative, and sent us the cutest photo updates. She is also very detail oriented and shared a few updates on our cat to ensure we were aware of a few habits that could be indicative of a developing ear infection. We cannot wait to hire Sabrina again in the future!”

“Teri is not only reliable, she go the extra mile to ensure your pet is safe, happy, content, rightly cared for. I promptly received a photo every morning, an update on his demeanor, an apology when a hairball was discovered on a white carpet, plus a sincere attempt in it's removal. My lil' boy was even gifted a new toy! How thoughtful and generous. I strongly recommend Teri for all you kitty owners, she's a godsend.”

“Attentive and responsive sitter. Victoria communicated with us during an unexpected neighborhood emergency, working with first responders to permit her access to our pets and relayed pertinent information to us. She thoughtfully informed us of issues which might point to a health concern. Will recommend and will certainly request her services again.”

“Thank God for Melissa… She took excellent care of my Kitties even though they are scared of strangers. I was out of the country during the cold snap and she walked into a very cold house, but got my thermostat working so it stayed at 70°… not in the 40”s she walked into and let me know what was going on every day she came. Everything was clean and taken care of. I will definitely call her again when I am traveling.”

About: I’ve cared for cats my entire life and currently work in cat care at a local shelter, where I spend my mornings caring for cats of all personalities — from shy and fearful to playful and affectionate. I’m especially experienced with nervous or timid cats and understand how to move at their pace to help them feel safe and comfortable. I’m confident with feeding routines, litter care, and creating a calm environment during visits. I truly enjoy getting to know each cat’s personality and making sure they feel cared for and relaxed while their owner is away.

“If you’re looking for a pet sitter who treats your fur baby like their own, look no further! She checked in on my cat every single day last week while I was out of town, and from the very first visit, I could tell he was in great hands. What truly set her apart was the communication — she sent photos and updates after every drop-in without me even having to ask. As a pet parent who worries from afar, that peace of mind was priceless. She made sure he was eating, drinking, and staying entertained with his toys, which is honestly everything you hope for when you can’t be there yourself. The trust factor is real — I’ve already booked her again for an upcoming work trip, and this time she’ll be caring for my dogs too. That says it all! If you want someone reliable, attentive, and genuinely caring, Carol Ann is your person!”

“I could tell once I came home my dogs (2 big 65 lbs boys) were super happy and relaxed after Ernest's visits. He is great with communication and I feel has proven to be very dependable. You can see he loves dogs and dogs love him. I look forward to working with him again in the future.”

“Jessica was great! This was the 1st real vacation that we've taken in 10 yrs all because we couldn't leave our 3 kitties boarded. We agreed to try Rover & after meeting Jessica, we knew we were doing the right thing! Our kitties are spoiled... no doubt about it... and it was going to take a special person to be patient & loving enough for this task! Enter Jessica! We had the best person for the job! I see other vacays in our future! Thank you Jessica (& Rover).”

About: I grew up around cats and have always been comfortable caring for them and understanding their different personalities and routines. Over the years, I’ve helped care for cats in both home and pet sitting settings, including feeding, litter box maintenance, playtime, and providing a calm environment while owners are away. I genuinely enjoy being around animals and aim to provide dependable, attentive care so both pets and owners feel comfortable and at ease.
About: I love dogs. Friends call me the whisperer. I lost my Princess 2 years ago to cancer and I find that this is the best medicine for me. I love to travel so having another baby right now is not in the cards. Taking care of your baby is the next best thing. I have had people fly me out to Portland, California, and New York to pet sit for them. I absolutley love it. Some of the dogs I have cared for were sick or new family members. I love to take them on new adventures but only if Mom and Dad are okay with it. I also love to train, play, and hug on them. My only job is taking care of your dog, so I am with them the entire day and night. Sometimes they will go on a golf cart ride with me. My yard is not fenced in so your dog would be walked regularly. There are plenty of grassy areas next to and accross the street from me. If there is a schedule you have for the dog that is what will be followed.
About: I have taken care of and have had pets since I was a baby. I actually was born into a house that already had a dog. I have the most experience with dogs but I have also had, and have taken care of cats. I love to be interactive with pets, take them on walks, and give them lots of pets! I am a true animal lover through and through and I can’t wait to make a new furry friend. I have personally been a pet sitter for family & friends for many years but decided to try Rover to make some extra money. I work full-time in Lake County. I will service Lake, Marion & Citrus counties. If you’re local to my job I can break free on my lunch break to let your trusted companion outside. I do have a second part-time job that I just got that will sometimes keep me out until nighttime during the week and varying hours on weekends. I am looking to pet sit for others only. Please contact me about my rates if you have any questions-I am flexible! :) I’m not looking to sit pets in my home at this time but whatever safety protocols you have for your pet (fence, gates) I will ensure they are watched carefully. I will follow all care instructions to a T!! Your pet is my pet!

“Kelicathran was so nice and accommodating. We never had time for a meet and greet but it was as if she already knew us. She welcomed all of us and took excellent care of our girls. We loved the pics. We will definitely use her again and highly recommend her to anyone.”
“Chrissy was quick to respond, which was so appreciated when we realized we needed a dog sitter at the last minute. Our dog Elsa was spoiled with healthy treats and play pals- dog tv and attention. We recommend Chrissy and who knows if she’s doing a pick up anyway, she may pick your dog too. Pleasant experience working with her.”

About: Certified by the American Red Cross in Dog and Cat First Aid/CPR, includes training on CPR, choking, wound care, seizures and general care. Our family has had dogs for over 20 years. We have loved and cared for them from puppies to seniors. We currently have 2 gentle dogs in our household that play well with other dogs. Dogs are invited to play in our fenced in yard and swim in our pool. My husband and I both work from home that provides us with ample time during breaks and lunches to play and care for ours and your pets. My husband works 7 days on and then has 7 days off. This provides him with a lot of flexibility to provide attention to our furry friends. When our teenage son is home from school, he too enjoys playing with the pooches. We split our time between Florida and Minnesota, so some of our pictures may have palm trees or pine trees, depending on where we are. :) Our yard is fenced in and we do have access to a field for dogs to play fetch. We allow dogs to swim in the pool with the owners permission. Our flooring has no carpet so messes are easy to clean up. Vaccination & Flea Treatment Requirement: For the safety of our dogs, and the future dogs we will be sitting, we require proof of up to date vaccinations and flea/tick treatment. A copy or picture of your pets most recent veterinarian visit summary will be fine.

About: Hi! I’m an experienced and reliable dog walker with a genuine love for animals and a passion for providing safe, attentive care. I’ve worked with dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities—from energetic puppies who love adventure to senior dogs who need a slower pace and extra patience. I understand that every dog is unique, so I take time to learn their routines, personality, and individual needs to make sure they feel comfortable and happy. My goal is to give your dog not only exercise, but also companionship, attention, and a positive experience while you’re away. I’m dependable, patient, and committed to treating every dog like family. Safety is always my top priority, and I believe in positive reinforcement, consistency, and building trust with both pets and owners. You can count on regular updates and communication so you can feel confident knowing your furry friend is in caring hands. I look forward to meeting you and your pup and becoming someone both of you can rely on! I don’t have a daily routine or pets of my own at this time, I have learned that pet care becomes a set of repeating rhythms spread across the day rather than one big task. A typical routine often looks like this: * Morning: feeding, fresh water, a walk or litter-box cleanup, and a quick check that the pet seems normal in energy and behavior. * During the day: exercise, play, mental stimulation, bathroom breaks, and attention that matches the animal’s needs. * Evening: another meal if needed, more activity or bonding time, grooming for some pets, and preparing a comfortable sleep setup. * Less frequent tasks: brushing, nail trims, cleaning habitats or bedding, training, medications, and vet appointments. Different pets shift the balance a lot. A dog may anchor your day around walks and exercise, while a cat may need shorter play sessions and litter maintenance. Good home pet care usually includes consistent food and fresh water, regular exercise and play, a clean living space, grooming, and attention to health and behavior. Dogs often need walks and training; cats need litter-box maintenance and play. I also watch for changes in appetite, energy, or behavior because those can be early signs that something is off.
About: I have been a pet owner (dogs and/or cats) for over 30 years of my life. I have past experience as a vet tech and a groomer, and I would love the opportunity to meet and treat your pup as one of my own. We have two other pups in the home who love other dogs and are hoping they’ll have a chance to play with your dogs soon! I currently work remotely, from my home for my job, so I am available to care for your pet(s) any time they may need it. I have a fenced back yard (half of which is 6ft vinyl privacy fencing) and two energetic pups of my own, to keep your doggo(s) entertained for hours.
“My golden doodle, Brandy had her first sleep over with Charles and she loved it! While there, Brandy was treated like family. She was comfortable, happy, and well cared for. I received pictures of Brandy and updates. The yard is incredibly big, fenced in, lots of shade. This is a perfect place for any dog to be!”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Shayla was wonderful! She communicated with me throughout the stay and even sent pics and videos which was great for this nervous dog momma. My dog warmed up to her immediately and seemed to be right at home. I would definitely recommend this dog sitter and plan to use her again the next time I’m in town ❤️”

About: I love owning and caring for animals! I've owned quite a few animals in my lifetime and have cared for animals with varying personalities, ages, and medical requirements. I have a lot of experience with very large dogs including a 150 lb Labrador and German Shepherds, but I have cared for dogs of all sizes and breeds! I do NOT discriminate with any breed including Pit Bulls and Rottweilers. I will take animals that may have aggressive tendencies but none with a history of physical attacks. My biggest concern is making sure your animal is as comfortable and happy as can be while you are away! I am open to check-ins; Having an animal is like having a child so whenever you want to check in on your buddy, don't be afraid to call. I have open availability right now. When your animal is under my care they will be with me 24/7 meaning frequent walks and bathroom breaks, trips to the park, and any activities your pet enjoys to do with you! Right now I have open availability so whether it’s in the morning or evening just a check in or an overnight stay, I can accommodate! It’s important for me to make sure your pet his giving the attention and love he needs while you’re away! I will always make sure they have plenty of potty breaks and play time! Or snuggles and relaxing, whatever you and your pet prefer.
“Alexus was so nice and I love that she has a limit of 3 dogs to sit a day. My dog likes to play with other dogs, but he gets overwhelmed with a crowd of friends. He enjoyed his stay and I would be glad to have Alexus keep my boy again.”

“Always know that Marshall will be well looked-after in Adrienne’s home. Very professional and quick to respond. Marshall had a good time there today! We can always tell by how he behaves after we pick him up. 🥰”

“Maryjane was fantastic while dog sitting my puppy for three days! She was very accommodating with times I could drop and pick him up and Milo loved going there! We will definitely be using her again! Thank you Maryjane!”

“Teri continues to be my dog’s favorite dog walker for those times I need an extra hand. She is so sweet to Bella and they love each other so much! Terri continues to be reliable and punctual, and I hope that she continues to be available when I need her.”

“Lori is AMAZING! It takes a very special pet sensitive person to be able to calm a new rescue animal who has been through trauma. Lori had Pippy literally eating out of her hand by the second walk! And Kingsley was equally pleased with her services! 6 paws 🐾🐾 🐾! ❤️”

We rescued him at the beginning of this year, but have had dogs for the last 15 years. We live in a condo located in a quiet neighborhood. We don't have a fenced in yard, but there is lots of space to run around and it's a very dog friendly neighborhood. I am available for pet sitting, pet boarding, doggy daycare or dog walks. My dog Jack is very friendly and loves to play. One of our favorite weekend activities is meeting new friends at the dog park. Hope to meet your favorite family member soon!
“Jennifer is amazing and takes care of my Lacey as if she is her own! Lacey actual makes gleeful noises when she knows Jennifer is about to arrive! Jennifer was also so kind to make last minute arrangements for Lacey to stay with her parents when we had to head out of town. She’s a marvel, she is trustworthy- & comes & goes from our home when we are not here. Jennifer gets 10 star rating!”

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and am a proud cat and dog mom at home. I currently work in cat care at a local shelter, where I spend my mornings caring for cats of all personalities — from shy and scared to playful and affectionate. I’m very comfortable with feeding routines, litter care, and making sure each pet feels safe and comfortable in their own environment. I’m especially patient with nervous or timid cats and always let animals warm up at their own pace. I also have experience caring for dogs, including walks, playtime, and basic care. I understand that every pet is different, and I always adjust my approach to match their needs and personality. Whether your pet needs attention, exercise, or just a calm and reliable presence, I’ll treat them like they’re my own. I'm reliable, attentive, and always happy to send updates so you can feel totally at ease while you're away. I currently work part-time in cat care at a local shelter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays, and am typically available for visits later in the afternoon on those days. I have the most availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and can accommodate a variety of times for drop-in visits and dog walks. I like to keep Fridays as a personal day, but may occasionally be available depending on the request. I always do my best to be flexible and work with your pet’s routine whenever possible. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priority. I understand how important it is to trust someone in your home, and I treat both your space and your pets with the utmost care and respect. I follow all instructions closely, including feeding routines, medications (if needed), and any specific preferences your pet may have. I’m very mindful of doors, gates, and overall safety to ensure your pet is always secure. I have experience working with animals of different temperaments, including shy or nervous pets, and I always move at their pace to help them feel comfortable and safe. I’m also happy to provide updates and photos during visits so you can feel confident and at ease while you’re away. 🧡 On occasion my husband, Sean, may accompany me during visits. He is also very calm, respectful, and loves animals, but I will always communicate this in advance to ensure you’re comfortable.

About: I have taken care of lot's of animals my whole entire life both dog and cat pet sitting for years. All of my friends, family and patients have relied on me to take care of their Pets for short and long periods.

“Krista was wonderful taking care of our family member while we were out for a week. Love her daily updates and pictures! Krista was also generous with her time and gave us additional time to pick up our little one after a 6 hour flight delay.”

“We used Anne for the first time for a weekend overnight at her home with our dog. She arranged for us to meet before the weekend to get everyone comfortable, which was very much appreciated. During our dog's stay, Anne stayed in touch with videos and photos. The visit was a huge success! We recommend Anne for anyone looking for dog watching services.”

“We had to leave our two sweet boys, Bogey and Moose, over Christmas, and Gage & Annie made the whole thing feel like a cozy family vacation for them instead of just boarding. From the meet & greet to pickup, they were so thoughtful and easy to communicate with — quick responses, super flexible on timing, and always double-checking details like arrival times. They sent daily updates with adorable photos and videos: the boys playing fetch, getting belly rubs and snuggles at night, hanging out in their own spare room for quiet time, and even some special Christmas surprises like a stocking and new toys! They only take two dogs at a time so everyone gets tons of personal attention, and it really showed — my boys were happy, calm, and clearly spoiled with love and play. The updates kept me smiling the whole trip and made leaving them so much easier. When I picked them up, they were relaxed, excited to see me, and looked like they’d had the best time. If you want your pups to feel like part of the family while you’re away, Gage & Annie are the real deal. We’re already looking forward to booking them again! Highly recommend — thank you for making our Christmas trip worry-free and giving our boys such a special stay!”

“We felt completely at ease leaving Ollie in Dr. Vicki’s care. She was attentive, caring, and professional, and it was clear that Ollie was relaxed and happy the entire time.”

“I just can’t say enough good things about our little Shih Tzu boarding with Andrea. We were very apprehensive about boarding our dog anywhere, but after reading her excellent reviews and coupled with the reliability and convenience of using Rover, we decided to board with Andrea. She cared for our dog as if she were a trusted family member. She also took her and picked her up from a grooming appointment. We had peace of mind that our dog was being extremely well cared for. She’s fantastic! Thank you Andrea. We look forward to boarding with you again anytime we go away.”
