About: I have always loved dogs and cats and always love being around them so I would love the opportunity to make you and your animals happy. Pet care is already a big part of my daily routine. I care for my 14-year-old dog and two cats every day, which includes feeding, fresh water, exercise, litter box maintenance, grooming when needed, and making sure they are comfortable and happy. Caring for senior pets has also taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and paying attention to changes in behavior or health. Because pet care is already a regular part of my life, I am comfortable incorporating additional pets into my schedule and providing them with reliable, attentive care. 🐾 Whether caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as consistent as possible to help them feel comfortable and secure. My best boy Oreo recently crossed the Rainbow Bridge and I am ready to shower that love on your furry loved ones. I love all animals and have a fondness for dogs of any type. I have had various size dogs all my life. I have been involved with animal rescue organizations, as well as fostered many dogs. My current dog was a foster that I ended up adopting. I am retired and available to take care of your fur babies in your home! I love playing, snuggling, and walking with them. Your fur babies will get plenty of attention and I will provide pictures while you are away. It will be my honor to take care of your cherished family member and ensure they are happy. Since I am retired my schedule is flexible. I am available to care for your fur baby and take care of your home, as needed. A typical routine often looks like this: * Morning: feeding, fresh water, a walk or litter-box cleanup, and a quick check that the pet seems normal in energy and behavior. * During the day: exercise, play, mental stimulation, bathroom breaks, and attention that matches the animal’s needs. * Evening: another meal if needed, more activity or bonding time, grooming for some pets, and preparing a comfortable sleep setup. * Less frequent tasks: brushing, nail trims, cleaning habitats or bedding, training, medications, and vet appointments. Different pets shift the balance a lot. A dog may anchor your day around walks and exercise, while a cat may need shorter play sessions and litter maintenance. About: Hey pet parents! If you need a trustworthy animal sitter and/or walker, I’m you’re girl! I have plenty of experience caring for dogs. I have dog sat for several of my neighbors in the past. I know how to care for them and can even train them to learn basic commands. I, myself, have an 8 year old German Shepherd, who only gets the best treatment. I greatly enjoy walking dogs, as I know they spend most of their time at home. Every walk is an adventure for them, as well as necessary exercise. I currently work from home during the day and have the flexibility to work with your pet’s routine and needs! On the weekends I am very flexible as well. I have a large dog myself as well as a puppy so I am very accustomed to walking large dogs and staying cautious when leaving so no sneaky pups or cats run past. If you are worried about walks with your pet and would prefer backyard time only, I will be sure to get some playtime in so they can still get exercise and burn off some energy.
