For the week was in the hospital/rehab facility, Nicole provided me daily updates and even sent me text photos of my cat. It really put my mind at ease. For about two weeks after I returned home, Nicole continued to take care of my cat. She was always showed up at the time she set for her visits. She performed all tasks in an excellent manner. She even got my mail for me. I got to know Nicole personally during her visits and found her to be a sweet, responsible and honest person who truly loves animals. Nicole watched my cat again for me for about four days in January of 2022 when I went out of town. She again provided me with daily updates and photos of my cat. I plan to use her anytime I have to go out of town. During my discussions with Nicole, she told me her husband had moved to Florida from Ohio a few years ago and that she operated a pet sitting service in Ohio for many years. Her experience showed in the excellent service she provided to me. I would highly recommend her to anyone needs someone responsible and trustworthy to care for their pet.”
