About: I have always had animals in my life my entire life. My first job was at a dog kennel as a kennel attendant. My family has even fostered animals and helped them find their forever homes. I currently work for the Humane Society. I am currently a part time college student, but I will have plenty of time with your fur babies. Willing to make yours and my schedule work. At the moment I am not accepting animals at my home, but I am willing to go to client's homes to care for their fur babies. Anywhere from letting them outside to play and go for walks to making sure they have food, water, and a clean bed to relax in.

In addition to this, I’ve had the opportunity to care for a variety of other breeds, including a Chihuahua, Golden Retriever, and several Labradors. Each one has been a joy to look after—friendly, affectionate, and full of personality. By the end of the day, they were happy, well-exercised, and ready to rest. I am currently a college student with a flexible schedule. My mornings and evenings are consistently available, while my afternoon availability can vary from day to day. However, I am reliably available for morning and evening care every day, if needed. I will walk your dog only in the areas you designate and for the distance you are comfortable with. Your dog’s safety is my top priority by always maintain a respectful distance from other dogs and people to avoid overstimulation or potential incidents. I also carry a backup leash in case of emergency, as well as waste bags to ensure the area is kept clean.

I just moved back to the area and I only work a couple nights a week so I have plenty of availability to care for your pets! Animals shouldn’t have to spend a full day alone, I am available for walks, visits, and any loving attention needed for your pets while you work. My two dogs are spoiled. About: I started caring for dogs over 20 years ago when I was working with a vet in Colorado doing a pet nutrition study with her. She was just starting a doggie daycare and I fell in love with the whole concept. When I moved back home to Ocala in 2007 there were no dog friendly places like there were in Colorado so I decided to open an in home dog daycare. I’ve been doing that for the last 18 years. I have years of experience in dog nutrition, dog boarding and daycare as well working with dogs with special needs whether emotional or due to abuse. I have experience with many different health issues in dogs such as epilepsy, diabetes, megaesophagus, and more. I’m am qualified to give injections, medication, and specialized care for dogs recovering from surgeries, injuries, and physical disabilities. I also have experience with pregnant and nursing moms and their puppies. Pet care is my full time job and life. I do not have any other job. I do have to keep a pretty organized schedule :) My home has a 6’ privacy fence and is set up for dogs to feel that they are at their second home. All dogs coming into my home are fully screened and temperament tested. All vaccinations, recent negative fecal, and proof of preventatives are required before staying. I do provide puppy care in owner’s homes, but not in my home until they are fully vaccinated. I do stay pretty full with boarding, but I am looking to expand and add the service of in-your-home visits mid-day during the week for dogs that have to stay home all day while mom and dad work.
