About: I have always had animals in my life my entire life. My first job was at a dog kennel as a kennel attendant. My family has even fostered animals and helped them find their forever homes. I currently work for the Humane Society. I am currently a part time college student, but I will have plenty of time with your fur babies. Willing to make yours and my schedule work. At the moment I am not accepting animals at my home, but I am willing to go to client's homes to care for their fur babies. Anywhere from letting them outside to play and go for walks to making sure they have food, water, and a clean bed to relax in.

About: I’ve cared for dogs most of my life and truly love all breeds and personalities. Your dog will feel safe, loved, and well cared for every visit. I offer walks tailored to your dog’s needs—whether it’s a quick potty break or a longer walk to burn energy. I’m also experienced with administering both oral and topical medications. In addition to dogs, I have experience caring for cats, birds, chickens, turtles/tortoises, and hamsters—so you can feel confident all your pets are in good hands. I am at stay at home mama with time to spare. My son is in school for 6.5 hours so I’m all yours. Even after school I’m available just with a sidekick. I keep dogs on a short leash. If you don’t have a fenced in yard no worries we shall secure the neighborhood instead. At my home we have a fenced in yard to keep my dogs safe and secure

About: I've had dogs my whole life, worked as a bather at a grooming solon & worked at 2 different dog boarding kennels. I've also pet sat before for neighbors & friends. I'm also very comfterable around dogs & cats. I'm a stay at home mom, so I have plenty of time to give your pet lots of love, care & cuddles that they deserve! I have 1 dog that NEVER interacts with pets that stay in my home. When the guest pet is to be let out/ played with my dog is crested behind a closed door & vise versa. The safety of all pets is my top priority!

About: I am very punctual when it comes to feeding times taking out for walks and playtime and I know the difference between spoiling a dog and Trina dog well All day every day as long as it’s before 6 PM or before, the sun goes down cause I can’t really see well at night I do not provide any service services when it comes to dog sitting within my household or anyone else’s household. Please let me make that clear.

About: What I have been told my entire life is that I have a way of making animals, no matter cats or dogs, calm and relaxed! I grew up around dogs my entire life of all shapes and sizes. from newfoundland's and saint Bernard's, to dachshunds and Australian shepherds and every where in between. In this house we love all fun loving dogs, as well as your adorable felines! I am currently a stay at home single mother, attending school for criminal justice with the goal to enter the forensics world. during the school year I’m a substitute teacher for Marion county, so, during the summer as well as other holiday breaks and weekends I need something to fill those gaps! as I would also be available after school hours! creating my own schedule is crucial during this time, luckily, it involves something that I enjoy as well! and can help others too!! this isn’t a service I’m currently providing in my home as I live in a small space with no fenced in yard unfortunately! in my clients home I will always remain respectful, focused, and attentive to your fur babies! entering someone else’s space is completely sacred and I aim to always be professional and honor your home as if it was my own.

About: I have owned a pit bull for the past five years, so I fully understand the energy and responsibility that can come with caring for a strong and spirited dog. In addition to this, I’ve had the opportunity to care for a variety of other breeds, including a Chihuahua, Golden Retriever, and several Labradors. Each one has been a joy to look after—friendly, affectionate, and full of personality. By the end of the day, they were happy, well-exercised, and ready to rest. I am currently a college student with a flexible schedule. My mornings and evenings are consistently available, while my afternoon availability can vary from day to day. However, I am reliably available for morning and evening care every day, if needed. I will walk your dog only in the areas you designate and for the distance you are comfortable with. Your dog’s safety is my top priority by always maintain a respectful distance from other dogs and people to avoid overstimulation or potential incidents. I also carry a backup leash in case of emergency, as well as waste bags to ensure the area is kept clean.

About: I’ve been caring for animals for over 15 years. I speak fluent Spanish! I’ve raised my dog Zoso since I was 14 when she was a puppy, she recently passed away at 17 years old so having other dogs around makes me so happy. I also have two cats who are young, orange, and friendly, and I own horses, so I’m experienced with pets of all sizes and personalities. Friends, neighbors, and family have trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, and care for their pets, and I treat every animal as if they were my own. About: I have experience caring for dogs, cats, fish, geckos, birds, hamsters, hermit crabs and turtles. In addition to basic care, I have administered medicine as instructed for dogs with diabetes. Our animals are part of the family and I take the safety of all animals very personally. I treat each animal as if it were my own. Feeding on their schedule, letting them out through the day, walks, keeping them company overnight. Whatever their normal routine was, I kept it going. I’ve also spent time around show dogs, basenjis specifically, so I know what it looks like when a dog is kept to a stricter standard of care. I have cats now too, so I’m used to reading animals and catching when something seems off. I’m home all day, which means I notice fast. I’m comfortable with big dogs and high energy dogs. Pits and labs especially, they don’t intimidate me at all. If your dog has anything specific going on we can go through it at the meet and greet. I work from home full time, so I’m around all day. Pet care isn’t something I fit in between other things, it’s just part of my normal day. Message me any time and I’ll get back to you almost instantly. I have a house with a fenced yard, so dogs get real outside time on their own schedule instead of a quick trip before I run out the door. I’m home all day, which means I catch things fast if something seems off. I have cats, so I only take dogs that do okay around them. Gates stay up and I’m careful every time a door opens. If your dog is reactive to cats we can talk about it at the meet and greet and figure out if it’s a good fit.

About: Since I was a child, I have always had pets in my house; dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, fish, etc. I have experience in basic training, working with senior dogs, medicating dogs, puppies (both caring for and potty training), and body language in dogs. I know much about mannerisms and behavior in dogs as well as how to combat the bad ones. I have worked with all types of dogs, as I have worked in the pet food industry before. I have volunteered with multiple dog rescues in Florida including The Animal League and Hound Haven. I am a certified Canine Training & Behavior Specialist as of 2021. I am currently half way through a pet nutrition course as of 2022. I currently have a business from my home. If I have any markets, I would have to leave during the day for about 4-6 hours to handle that and possibly longer hours due to markets themselves. I have recently moved to a 3 acre plot, in which we are currently building a doggy haven with tons of fenced in running area and in the future pools and play equipment. If a VIP (very important pet) doesn't have access to a backyard I like to walk 3+ times daily depending on the dog. I feed my dogs twice a day on the best food I make myself. I have literal baskets of dog toys as well as safe chews for the dogs who like to chew. I'd rather not take dogs to a dog park as of the safety issue. I have two horses and 18 chickens that roam on my 3 acres and can take dogs as long as they are on leash to meet them. I live with a roommate who also helps take care of any pets in the house. I have five pets in the house; my pigeon, Sterling who 'rules the roost'; my two ferrets, Dobby & Dougal who love to play; my large (75lbs) dog, Blake who is excited at first then is calm; and my medium (30lbs) dog Akira who is most playful of the bunch. I watch all interactions with my pets and do have 'safety' crates for my pets if any issues of socialization.

About: I've always been a dog lover. We have had experience watching our family and friends dogs for periods of time, prior to joining Rover. We grew up with dogs and have had pets all of our lives. I currently own a miniature dachshund named Mushu. I take watching your dog seriously. It’s important that they are cared for, loved, safe, and most importantly that they have fun. Because they are on vacation too! They'll have free rein of my apartment with plenty of room to play and places to curl up and nap. I don't have any kids and only board one dog at a time, so your pup's "vacation" can be as stress-free as possible! I live near lots of walking paths and enjoy going on long walks myself, so if your dog can walk (or even run) for 2-4 miles at a time, then we can certainly do that! If not, we can stay closer to home for some short walks or hanging out in several large grassy areas close by. I love taking lots of pictures of my furry sleepovers, and will be happy to send you updates and pics as often as you like while you are away! We look forward to having the opportunity to watch your furry family member.
