About: Hi, my name is Leah! I am currently a student looking for some extra work to help me with school! I chose Rover because animals are one of my biggest loves! I have always been an animal lover, I am the type of person that points out every dog I see to talk about how cute it is. I grew up with a Brittany Spaniel with a ton of energy. We got her when I was pretty young so for a while I did more of observing when it came to taking care of her but as I got older I took on more responsibility with her. A few years ago my sister and I adopted our newest baby, pictured in 90% of my photos (she lives with my sister now since I am in college). She is a lot more laid back and would sleep all day if she could so I have had experience with both high and low energy dogs. To me pets aren't just pets, they are a member of your family and that is why their safety and well-being are of my upmost priority. I know that you want your baby to be with someone that you trust and that they will love and I want to be that for your family! I am currently a student and work part time but my schedule is pretty open! On weekdays my mornings/early afternoon are open as well as after 5:30 in the evening (Fridays I am free all day) and I do not work on the weekends so those are pretty much always open! Your pets safety is always my number one priority! When caring for your pet I want them to feel safe and loved and I will do whatever needed to do so!
“Wendy and Dean are always polite, friendly and thoughtful with us and Cafe. Cafe enjoyed his stay and felt like one of the family. It is comforting to know he is in good hands and well taken care of. Thanks again Wendy and Dean!!”

La Crosse pet parents share their Rover experiences
Holly and her finance were amazing with Bean, my thirteen year old Chihuahua. She treated him as family, took him for walks, and included him with their outdoor activities. Holly kept me up-to-date regularly and sent me photos, which alleviated my separation anxiety. I will definitely go back to Holly in the future for Bean. She’s was also very flexible in scheduling drop off and pickup times. I highly recommend her!

With this being our first time using Rover for a boarding stay, I was anxious at first. However, Kirsten sent multiple pictures of our dog to us while we were away, calming any nerves instantly. She was so easy to communicate with, flexible with drop off/pick up times, and I felt at total ease with our dog being with her while we were away. We will definitely use them again in the future! Overall a great experience for us and no complaints at all.
