About: I grew up with dogs and all sorts of pets so I have been around them my entire life! I currently have an English Bulldog and a Boston Terrier who I trained when she was a puppy! In addition to this, I petsit for multiple families in my neighborhood! This ranges from overnight stays to just walking/playing outside. I am experienced with dogs of all sizes as most of my clients from home have large breeds! I also work at a dog daycare/boarding facility in the summer and volunteer at the CNYSPCA during my free time in college :) I’m currently a student at Syracuse University so during the week I have class certain days but am free before/after that and free over the weekends as well. I am very flexible when it comes to weekday scheduling as I am always willing move things around to make everything easier for you! I am a huge animal lover so know that I treat every animal with kindness and love. I will always make sure they are fed on time, have clean water in their bowls, can go on frequent walks/let outside, and lots of cuddles!

I was nervous to leave them for this amount of time especially because one is elderly and has some health issues. Janyl immediately put me at ease during our initial meet and greet. She was very thorough, asked great questions, and was clearly very knowledgable. Janyl had great intuition when it came to the cats' temperaments. She checked in with me daily, sent lots of pictures, and gave me a detailed run down of what she and the cats did each day. She even clipped their nails during her visit and vacuumed. My home was neat and tidy when I returned from a long travel day (so nice). The cats seemed to be very comfortable with her and I was able to enjoy my time away knowing they were in such good hands. About: I've been around animals my whole life and can't imagine it any other way! I've always had cats and dogs and care for them with so much love. I grew up with corgis and have experience with dogs of all sizes and personalities. Right now, I have two cats, a long-haired dachshund, and a Jack Russel-Chihuahua mix who keep life interesting! I've also cared for guinea pigs, a mouse, a bearded dragon, macaws, and lived with a pet snake growing up. Whether it's a kitten or a senior pup, I truly enjoy spending time with animals and giving them the same love and comfort they give us. About: I've been a pet parent since my teens, from Dixies to Bernese! Would love to bring your dog with me on my walks/runs. I have a large fenced in yard for roaming and single floor home. I am available for boarding for weekends or full week. I do work 4-10s M-Th so would be better suited for older dogs if during the week. I am home Fri -sun for more attention on weekends. I have no kids and single floor home if those are restrictions for your pet. There is room inside for a crate if needed. The large back yard is fully fenced in and great for fetch. I do walk/run regularly and would love for your pet to join me if they are up to it.

About: I have had responsibilities of taking care of dogs since I was 10 years old. I have experience raising a pup of my own, but also caring for injured and elderly dogs as well. I have the flexibility to let your pup out hourly if need be, walk/play with them at lunch (typically an hour lunch). I have a large fenced in yard where your fur baby can run and play all day or lounge in the sun! I am active outdoors so your pup would receive at least one walk a day!
