He gets a lot of love and personalized attention. She keeps him engaged and plenty of exercise which helps him not be so active when he gets the puppy "zoomies" in the evening. “Polina is a nice intelligent person. I highly recommend her. I left my puppy for 9 nights and Polina kept in touch all the time about how my puppy is and what my puppy is doing. She really takes good care of my puppy, by walking him every 3 hours and feeding him as I asked her to. When I came to pick the puppy up, I found that the puppy was very happy, vitally joyful, and very active.”

She kept me updated every single day by sending videos and messages, letting me know when they had dinner and when they were settled in for the night. It gave me so much peace of mind to see how comfortable and well cared for they were. In one of the videos, I saw her giving one of my boys cuddles, and he was clearly loving the attention, which meant a lot to me. I had sent them with a full bag of their belongings, and everything was returned exactly as I left it, which I really appreciated. On top of that, my flight ended up being delayed, and they were incredibly understanding and accommodating with the change in timing. Their flexibility and kindness truly stood out. Overall, I was extremely happy with the level of care and attention my boys received.
