“Chelsea is an angel. My Rocky is terrified of people and we didn’t think we would be able to leave him with anyone but Chelsea went above and beyond to make him feel safe and secure. She even hand fed him to get him to eat.”

“Angela did an amazing job taking care of Gigi. Gigi was a happy tired girl when I picked her up from having so much fun. Highly recommend. I look forward to using Angela again.”

“Christine and Matt were great! My dog seemed to fit in perfectly with their two pups and they gave me daily updates! I would definitely recommend.... Look forward to using them again.”

“Eden, Gal and Cruizey were so wonderful to not only my dog, Luna but welcomed me to wait out a severe storm in their home. As the storm passed through, Luna was shaking and hiding behind the couch which is very difficult to get her to come out. Eden calmly retrieved her and picked her up and handed her to me with such ease. Luna slept and ate well and feels right at home!! TYSM, you truly are a gift!”

“Alyssa and Eric have watched Apollo before and again were great with him! She’s great at sending updates and pictures and keeping you reassured your pet is in good hands. I’ll definitely continue to book with them 🙂”

“This was our first time using the Rover app. Irina made it so easy and we instantly felt comfortable with her. Our puppy is only 5 months old and still a baby and Irina was great with her! She stayed in touch throughout our trip and sent pictures and put our mind at ease. I would definitely recommend using Irina. We are already booked again!”

“Being new to LA, coming from the east coast and not knowing anybody here. I came across Christalle's profile when I was looking for someone to watch my 11 year old Jack Russell Terrier, Casper. I felt the positive vibes all around when I met them for the first time. They are wonderful and loving people that I would love to hang out with socially. As a result, Casper had a wonderful stay with Christalle and Brek. They would let me know how Casper was doing and sent pics. I absolutely recommend them for your dog! I know they love animals! ”

About: I'm an enthusiastic dog walker and sitter that has a passion for dogs and rescuing them. I have been involved in dog rescue and fostering in the Syracuse area for a number of years. I've cared for a number of my own dogs and cats from young to seniors. I've also been a foster parent to a number of dogs when rescues needed someone. I can handle the most challenging of dogs down to little babies and everything in between. Your dog will get plenty of love and attention when I'm around! I give all dogs the same love and affection I would give my own dog and see the importance of cuddle and buddy time along with good exercise. I show confidence when I'm with a dog so that they know there is trust with me from the beginning. I currently work part time, so have plenty of time to spend with your fur baby. I am always available after 3:00 p.m. during the week, before 8:00 a.m. or anytime on the weekends. I've got a very pet friendly home. I live in a single story, ranch house that has a fully fenced back yard. I do not have children at home that we would need to worry about and I'm very respectful if needed to go into a client's home. Safety and security are always at the forefront.
“All the Stars!!! This was our dogs first stay using Rover with Jenna and we couldn't be more pleased! Someone who cares for our pup like it was their own with daily pictures and updates! Penny had the best time playing with Stitch and followed good girl rules while she was there. We appreciate Jenna opening her home to our Doggo and taking the best care of her while we were away. Thank you isn't enough for taking such good care of our fur baby!”

“Our plans fell through at the last minute for Rory and Rachel was very flexible for the stay. Rory was initially sad that we were leaving her but after just one night with Rachel and her family, Rory was sad to be leaving them. It was clear that Rachel took great care of Rory during the stay! Would recommend.”

“Brent treated our Belle as his own, let her sleep in his bed and even took her to have breakfast with his Grandfather. Exactly the type of person we want caring for our girl. I would highly recommend his services but want to keep him just for ourselves as we travel quite a bit. I’ll try not to be selfish and give others a chance using a wonderful dog sitter.”

“Sue was so wonderful to board with! Unfortunately, due to weather and flight delays, we had to extend our trip a bit on both ends, and Sue was extremely helpful and willing to take our pet for the extra time. We also got daily photo updates, so we knew he was settling in well and well taken care of. She was even willing to do a meet and greet prior to the start of our trip. We would definitely recommend her to others, thank you Sue!”

“Elayeshia took amazing care of Oreo. She was amazing at giving me updates throughout coupled with very cute photos of his stay. Oreo had such a great time at her place that when he came back i could see he was tired from a weekend of nonstop playing with her dogs :)”

“Nina was a lifesaver! She was able to schedule a meet and greet, and book our dog for the weekend with short notice. She was very communicative. We received updates, and pictures, which was so appreciated. Our dog seemed very content during his stay with Nina. We are looking forward to using her again!”

Felt very comfortable sending my dog to them for the weekend. They were very easy to communicate with and sent photos each day. My dog got plenty of time to play with others and a comfy place to rest. They also were very flexible and accommodating when I needed to change the time!

As always, Elsie had a wonderful overnight visit with Duncan and Joan. But this time was unique, as we needed to book at the last minute. The family was flexible regarding drop-off and pick-up times despite preparing to leave for vacation on that same morning after the overnight. We appreciated so much your kind assistance in working with us on the scheduling. Thank you, Joan, Duncan (and sister Anna). Elsie is looking forward to future belly rubs from you! We appreciated so much
My two goldens were living this best lives while staying at Shannon’s. Daily swimming, lounging by the pool, frozen treats, sleeping wherever they chose! They were so well cared for and definitely spoiled by Shannon! I received texts and videos about everything they did! I was so comfortable going away!! I highly highly recommend Shannon for your dogs !😁

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
