Christine and Matt were wonderful with Logan! He had a great stay and we were grateful for the regular updates and photos. Logan got along well with their 2 dogs, and was tired out when we picked him up after being away! They went above and beyond getting Logan to eat, and communicated with us well. We will absolutely use them again!

Polina is a nice intelligent person. I highly recommend her. I left my puppy for 9 nights and Polina kept in touch all the time about how my puppy is and what my puppy is doing. She really takes good care of my puppy, by walking him every 3 hours and feeding him as I asked her to. When I came to pick the puppy up, I found that the puppy was very happy, vitally joyful, and very active.

We appreciate their attention to my dog’s medical conditions, and frequent updates with videos and pictures. The love and warmth we received from her and family is highly appreciated!

Rachel was excellent!! She sent me so many photos of Betty having a good time with her dog, as well some content of Betty lounging around with her kids. I felt at ease my whole trip because I could tell my dog was cared for and most of all, happy. I would for sure book with Rachel again!

What a great experience! Matt and Christie are very good about sending pictures every day so I felt so comfortable having my pup there. She was so worn out when I picked her up that she went right to sleep for many hours. I highly recommend them.

Kiera took such wonderful care of my senior guy! I dropped him off at her home while I moved into my new place and I had such peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. Kiera sent me pics and videos of Chico playing and out on walks with her sweet senior girl! I will definitely bring Chico back to Kiera’s in the future.

Christalle and Brek were such great and loving dog sitters! They set up a meet and greet so Jasper could get acclimated to their space before dropping him off, which I think helped him feel more at home. They sent us lots of pictures, and I know they treated him like family. Thanks so much!

Donna is an amazing woman with the dogs in her care. Our senior Sophia stayed with Donna recently- instead of being scared, we saw that she made new doggie friends, explored the beautiful yard, roamed the deck like it was her own. She was a happy camper! Thank you so very much Donna.

About: I'm an enthusiastic dog walker and sitter that has a passion for dogs and rescuing them. I have been involved in dog rescue and fostering in the Syracuse area for a number of years. I've cared for a number of my own dogs and cats from young to seniors. I've also been a foster parent to a number of dogs when rescues needed someone. I can handle the most challenging of dogs down to little babies and everything in between. Your dog will get plenty of love and attention when I'm around! I give all dogs the same love and affection I would give my own dog and see the importance of cuddle and buddy time along with good exercise. I show confidence when I'm with a dog so that they know there is trust with me from the beginning. I currently work part time, so have plenty of time to spend with your fur baby. I am always available after 3:00 p.m. during the week, before 8:00 a.m. or anytime on the weekends. I've got a very pet friendly home. I live in a single story, ranch house that has a fully fenced back yard. I do not have children at home that we would need to worry about and I'm very respectful if needed to go into a client's home. Safety and security are always at the forefront.

Kara took excellent care of our Maisy dog. While we were out of town, she sent updates and pictures of Maisy's stay with her. Kara was also very gracious by accommodating our work schedules with flexible drop off and pick up times. We would not hesitate to have Maisy stay with her again in the future.

My two goldens were living this best lives while staying at Shannon’s. Daily swimming, lounging by the pool, frozen treats, sleeping wherever they chose! They were so well cared for and definitely spoiled by Shannon! I received texts and videos about everything they did! I was so comfortable going away!! I highly highly recommend Shannon for your dogs !😁

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
