Dog Walkers in Fayetteville, NY

About: I’ve had dogs basically my whole life, ranging from just one dog to at one point six in the house that my family and I cared for together. Because of that, I’m comfortable with different personalities, energy levels, and routines, and I understand how important it is to make sure pets feel safe, cared for, and comfortable. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I am available Monday through Thursday, since I work weekends Friday through Sunday. That gives me dedicated time during the week to focus on visits, walks, and making sure each pet gets reliable care and attention. For drop-in visits and walks, I care for pets by keeping them comfortable in their usual routine and environment. During drop-in visits, I can provide food and water, bathroom breaks, playtime, and plenty of attention while making sure everything looks normal and they are doing well. During walks, I focus on safe, attentive handling and making sure each dog gets exercise at a pace that fits their needs. I always try to follow the owner’s instructions closely so their pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

About: I’ve always felt a special connection to animals and I love spending time with them. I grew up with 4 dogs, 5 cats, and 2 rabbits, so I’m comfortable around lots of different animals! I accept pets of all breeds, sizes, and ages, and my top priority is caring for your pet and keeping them healthy and happy! I have a part-time job where I work in the afternoons, so I’m really able to be flexible in when I care for pets! I would be able to work with you and your dog for whatever works best for the both of us! About: No dog deserves the kennel! Why settle for the pound when they can spend a night in a home with an owner-on-loan; either in your house on in a house that has raised two other pets from puppyhood to old age? Admittedly, there are stairs and hardwood floors in my house, but I have bought several carpets for my old dog to move around on and can lay them down for your dog’s convenience. We also have a big backyard that your dog will love to run around in (and no predators, unless you count woodchucks and geese) and a long leash that can go all the way to the end of the property line. I love dogs and after a day with me, your furry friend will mistake me for his mother. I’m most busy Wednesdays-Thursdays, so I marked them out on the calendar, but if petsitting is required for several days, that is easy to accommodate! I also don’t mind waking up every few hours to take a dog out—I have not quite reached the age where sleep is important. I won’t allow your dog to roam around outside unleashed (sorry, but I don’t want to lose them!), but when they’re outside, I’ll make sure they have the freedom to run around to their heart’s content. Additionally, I’m willing to walk them in any weather they’ll put up with and even let them sleep on the couch/spare bed, if they’re not too dirty.

About: I've been working with animals since I was little. I've worked with all sizes of dogs and also have taken care of cats. I've watched senior pets and pets with specific health needs. I also have a formal education in animal behavior as a nice added bonus! I'm currently working part time during the summers and I'm in college the rest of the year. I have plenty of free time to watch your cats. I can do drop in/walks during the week and if you're pet is okay alone more than 4 hours I can also pet sit during the week. I can dog sit any weekend. I only do dog sitting as my home isn't suitable for boarding. I do however reliable transportation and can watch your pet at your home. I also maintain plants and some smaller reptiles/amphibians so I can help keep your house in order while you're away.

About: I've been a pet parent since my teens, from Dixies to Bernese! Would love to bring your dog with me on my walks/runs. I have a large fenced in yard for roaming and single floor home. I am available for boarding for weekends or full week. I do work 4-10s M-Th so would be better suited for older dogs if during the week. I am home Fri -sun for more attention on weekends. I have no kids and single floor home if those are restrictions for your pet. There is room inside for a crate if needed. The large back yard is fully fenced in and great for fetch. I do walk/run regularly and would love for your pet to join me if they are up to it.

About: Before I could even remember, I have always been surrounded by dogs. Whether I am with small or giant dogs, I love them all so much! It is one of my many enjoyments to be able to make a dogs day (more like they make my day)! I am excited for the opportunity to walk, feed, and/or play with your dog! I am a graduate student working on my masters in school counseling. Being a full-time student, I have extensive time to be able to fit pet care into my schedule. Caring for my client's dogs, I treat them with the same respect and love as I would to my own dog. It is important for me to give them the most attention and affection because their lives are only so long. I will make sure that your dog is met with all their needs.

About: Have grown up with dogs my entire life and now am a proud owner of my own dog, Goose, who is a male bernedoodle. He is a bundle of joy and loves being around other dogs. I work remote half the week so have plenty of time to walk/dog sit/board and Goose would love to have a friend around. I currently work remote 2/3 days a week so have a lot of time on my hands during those remote days! My bernedoodle loves other dogs and would very much enjoy having a friend on a walk or around the house. My dog and I go on daily walks and lots of tennis ball tosses. He is treated like a King as ALL dogs should be!

About: Watching pets is fun at my home for your pet and for me! I’m home all day and will provide your pet with lots of love and attention! I love watching pets after losing my dog a year ago.
