Since working with an array of different animal species, breeds, ages, and health levels, I know each animal has their own very specific care. I not only look forward to meeting their specific needs, but also to helping them be comfortable and relaxed during my time with them. I will work with you to follow their routine and comfort levels as much as possible.

I'd like to know any and all information about your pets. I know everyone has different routines, comforts, and worries when it comes to their pets, so the more you can tell me the better the experience will be with your loved ones! No information is too small or unimportant when taking care of someone's family. For example, is your dog reactive to squirrels or doesn't like their feet being touched? Is your cat going to try to escape when the door opens? Are there any toys your ferrets shouldn't have during play time? Any additional information that you can provide about your pets will help me to give them the best experience possible.

I like doing whatever your dog enjoys! Long walks with lots of sniffs? Check. Short sprints around town? Check. Playing fetch or tug in the yard? Check. Doing enrichment for treat or attention? Check. I'm up for it all and would love to give your pet a great day.

I have cared for a variety of animals my whole life and am a huge animal lover and advocate. I deeply care about your pets well-being and treatment, and I will take care of them like they are my own. I have a great level of experience taking care of dogs, ferrets, rats, rabbits, and fish. I have moderate experience with cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, and birds. I am comfortable with and adore all types and species of animals, including reptiles, amphibians, arachnids, insects, and any other exotic pets you might have! I'd love to take care of any and all of your pets needs! I have been a volunteer dog walker at various SPCAs for over 4 years. With that, I have lots of experience walking and taking care of dogs of different breeds, different levels of health, different stages in life, and of different difficulty levels. My own dogs, ferrets, and rats have needed lots of medications, so I am comfortable and have a lot of experience administering pill and liquid medications to different animals safely and efficiently. I also have experience with specialty diets, such as dogs who have allergies, weight management diets, and liver and kidney disease diets. Dog walking, cat companionship, house sitting, and exotic animal proficient. Exotic animal care will be billed at the "cat care" rate.

It was wonderful going on vacation for 2 weeks and knowing our cat was in good hands with Rachel. She was very thorough from the start requesting a meet and greet and detailed care instructions. While we were away Rachel provided daily updates including photos. Our cat is somewhat shy yet she allowed Rachel to approach and pet her. We will definitely book with Rachel again.
We feel so blessed that Rachael was able to care for our dog Ina, and 2 bunnies. She gave them phenomenal care and attention. For the meet and greet Rachael definitely cared about all the details, and was so sweet with Ina. She sent awesome pics each visit, and updated me on all the important things. Thank you Rachael!
