Erin was incredible and I’ll definitely be recommending her for other friends that are visiting NYC! She was incredibly communicative, very friendly and I felt very comfortable leaving our dog Sedona in such great hands! We got lots of photo updates, and to top it off she was able to give us recommendations on where to go out in the city! This was this was my first time using Rover. My dog unexpectedly went into heat and we had to make alternate plans for her care. Christian responded quickly and efficiently. We felt fully confident in leaving our dog with him, even though she was requiring additional care and Grooming due to her heat. I would absolute him again!
