She sent daily updates, pictures and videos. When I came back home everything looked great and my dog was very happy as well!! The dogs had a few minor medical things which she communicated to me and we worked out a plan-she even cooked for them to calm Martha’s upset tummy The animals were happy and comfortable when we got home. The house was in good order. We got so many great pics too!!!! She also offered to stay later if needed (we had some traffic delays) which was nice (we didn’t need it in the end but the offer was appreciated). Thanks Alex!!!!
This was this was my first time using Rover. My dog unexpectedly went into heat and we had to make alternate plans for her care. Christian responded quickly and efficiently. We felt fully confident in leaving our dog with him, even though she was requiring additional care and Grooming due to her heat. I would absolute him again!
Angelina was very responsive. My 2 older dogs are super easy but we threw a puppy into the mix which I know can be challenging. She reached out with any questions. The house was neat and clean when we came home. She offered to stay if our flight home was delayed.
We loved having Cadence stay with our dog, Levi. We just got back from our 5 day trip to a clean house and a happy dog. She updated us daily on all of the things we asked her to, and she followed his typical schedule, which made us feel comfortable leaving him with her. I trust Ally to take care of my baby because she reads his behavior and needs the same way I do. For example, when it’s super hot out she keeps his walks short and utilizes the pool and indoor activities to make sure my dog gets the exercise he needs! She’s naturally an amazing dog sitter!
Sabrina house-sat and took care of my two nutty little cats for 7 days and did a wonderful job. One of my cats needs a lot of pills and a bandage change and Sabrina was totally able to handle that. She came by before my trip to familiarize herself with the kitties and make sure she understood all the instructions, which I thought was really caring and responsible of her. I was in a pinch as a loved one unfortunately passed, leaving me on a time crunch to find a sitter for a funeral. My dog is recovering from eye surgery which initially made me nervous about putting him in someone else’s care. From other reviews, I could instantly tell that Jesse would be the perfect fit, and I could not be happier with the outcome! Jesse went above and beyond with excellent communication, punctuality, a positive attitude, and a relaxed demeanor. My dog and Jesse instantly got along, Jesse was ready to jump right in! I felt completely at ease knowing my dog was in great hands, an understatement. Jesse was so awesome that I’m thinking of planning some vacations, I won’t have to even think twice about who to go to for watching my little pup.
