Hi! I have pet/house sat for 9 years now for both dogs and cats (and hermit crabs, lizards, hedgehogs and hamsters)! I take pride in giving you peace of mind that your furry family member is well taken care of while you are away. I am familiar with administering medication and handling particularly nervous pets who struggle with separation anxiety. Some pet parents apologize if their furbabies need to sleep in bed with me, I say never apologize, because I hope they do!!!

When you reach out for my services, I like to set up an initial meet and greet where I meet you and your furchild to ensure their comfortability with me. (I want them to be as comfy as possible too!) I am very thorough and will review all basic care needs with you such as feeding, walking, medication, etcetera

Kate was absolutley wonderful for our fur babies! She took her own time to meet them before coming to house sit so they could be comfortable and they adorded her! It was so nice to know I had left them in good hands.
Kate watched our two dogs and two cats for a week. They were all so well loved and taken care of while we were away. She gave our dog Mickey medicine every day, scooped the cat boxes, played with our dogs and snuggled all of the animals daily. We will definitely use her again!
Our pets loved Kate! She was so flexible and accommodating with scheduling. Both our dog & cat are older and Kate was comfortable caring for them. We had regular updates and pictures from her and she was sure to make sure we were all on the same page. It was such a relief feeling confident that our pets and home were in good hands while we were away! We would absolutely love to have Kate stay again and would highly recommend her!
This was our first time using Kate and within days I knew I would use her again. My dog ended up not feeling well leaving Kate to have to clean up vomit. She kindly made rice and chicken for our dog and communicated enough to set my mind to ease. Both the cat and dog slept with her the first night so I knew they were in good hands! Kate is well spoken and trustworthy. We highly recommend booking with Kate to sit your pets!
Kate watched our anxious pup Peanut for a long weekend, staying in our home. She did an amazing job making him (and us) so comfortable. She was very flexible with meeting him in advance and getting to know his routine and quirks. She kept us updated throughout our trip with pictures, which we really appreciated. Our home was exactly as it was when we left - she was incredibly neat! I would absolutely recommend Kate and we will certainly be using her in the future!
This is the 2nd time using Kate. She took great care of Honey and our home. The house was left in impeccable condition and Honey looks well fed and happy. Kate will definitely be our go to sitter if available.

Schedule
I work a flexible full-time, hybrid/remote Monday through Friday job. I can guarantee being 100% available weekends, and weekday mornings and evenings before and after work. During my work day, I basically set my own appointments with clients so I can adjust my schedule for your pets. Sometimes there will be stretches where I will be out for about 4-5 hours max during the work day. (Due to my schedule, I am Unable to sit for puppies learning to be house broken during the week).
