“Mary was a super attentive sitter. She made sure Mandy was safe and comfortable at all times. Mandy loves to cuddle and be around people and Mary and her partner were constantly giving her all the attention she wanted! Also when it was cold outside they would cover her paws or give her a sweater which was super sweet. And she provided constant updates every few hours so we always knew how Mandy was doing! Mandy is an older dog and when there was a concern for her health they brought it up immediately. Seriously Mary is a rock star sitter!!”

About: Hi, I’m April! I’m 28 and live in Philadelphia in a house with a fenced-in yard. I’m a lifelong dog lover and currently have two dogs of my own—my oldest is 12 years old and my youngest is 1½—so I’m comfortable caring for dogs at different ages, energy levels, and stages of life. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays, which gives me the flexibility to spend extra time with dogs and make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, potty breaks, and companionship. I’m looking to pick up a second gig doing something I genuinely enjoy, and caring for dogs feels like the perfect fit. Whether your dog needs a walk, some extra attention during the day, or a comfortable place to stay while you're away, I’d love to help. I understand how important it is to feel comfortable and confident leaving your dog in someone else’s care, and I’ll treat your pup like one of my own. I have a fenced yard where dogs can safely get some fresh air and play, and I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine, preferences, and care instructions. Jacqueline is the best dog sitter! She had a handful with my rescue Dude, a Shih Tzu mix. He was not medicated enough, because I did not realize that he was not quite as comfortable as he seemed at the Meet & Greet. Jacqueline called us, and we figured out a different medication schedule which did work. I recommend this sitter highly!
Sam and her daughter took care of our Bernese Mountain dog for three weeks while we were gone over the summer. She was easy to schedule with, and responsive when we checked in to see how things were going. She was thoughtful about introducing our dog to her dog (as well as her cats). Our dog came home happy! Katherine was an absolute life saver and caregiver to our dog, Mandy, while we were on vacation. She had recently had some swelling due to a bug bite. It was horrible timing to go on vacation, but Katherine had everything under control and made sure to let me know everyday how she was doing. She had to give her medicine multiple times per day and had no problems. I appreciated all of the daily pictures, videos and even the way they included Mandy in their 4th of July celebration.
