She cared for them both equally and met their needs as individuals, and was so thoughtful and went above and beyond with how she did it. She also rescued us by being available to take them over Thanksgiving after a last-minute cancellation on the previous plans we had made. Yuka and her family are truly so special. They gave Cooper so much love and continued on with his normal routine. She texted daily updates and sent lots of photos and videos. We had a bit of an issue with Cooper due to a previous nail clipping that was cut too short. He needed a prescription and Yuka was so incredibly kind enough to go out of her way to pick it up at our vet. She was also very flexible with pick up time. Yuka's communication is outstanding, she provides a warm, loving, safe space for your pet, and she puts so much heart into everything! She really is the absolute best and I cannot thank her and her family enough. Will certainly be coming back even for just a visit!
Barbara was great with Java Chip! She kept us updated with photos and messages throughout the stay, followed all care instructions, and made Java Chip feel right at home in a clean, safe environment. Barabara genuinely loves the dogs in her care. We'll definitely book with Barbara again!
Gigi had a wonderful week at jacqueline's home. She adapted with her new doggie sitter immediately (Gigi is very shy) but took to Jacqueline immediately. Jacqueline has a easy, laid-back approach with Gigi - loving, attentive, and playful. Jacqueline kept in contact with me (daily) and sent me active videos of Gigi enjoying herself. Gigi's a little girl but she loves being outside. Jacqueline has a fence that was just right for Gigi. I highly recommend Jacqueline. Gigi was definitely spoiled and loved the entire week!
We highly recommend Jeffrey! We left our spoiled Bernedoodles with him while we were away for 2 weeks, and his daily photos and updates were amazing! We could absolutely see that they were comfortable and very well cared for during their stay. Jeffrey’s dog, Lily is the sweetest, and I know they are going to miss her! We will definitely use Jeffrey’s services again for future trips!
Lizzy took such great care of our big, energetic pups. She arranged a meet and greet beforehand so she could meet the dogs and they could be introduced to her home. Her fenced in back yard is every dog’s dream! She sent plenty of pictures and updates to ease our minds while we were away.
