This was this was my first time using Rover. My dog unexpectedly went into heat and we had to make alternate plans for her care. Christian responded quickly and efficiently. Kristen was absolutely wonderful with our dogs! She was reliable, kind, and really took the time to make sure everyone was comfortable. She came over several times before our trip to meet the dogs, learn their routine, and get to know their personalities, which gave us so much peace of mind. We have four dogs, so caring for them is no small task, and Kristen handled everything so well. She kept us updated while we were away and was very attentive to their needs.
